As for running the memory test I would generally recommend google's stressapptest.
Only issue is that it is generally a bit of a pain to get to it.
For that reason I made a modified arch iso which includes it.
To run it just install this iso on a usb stick using Rufus: https://we.tl/t-kPvuKUUpsS
boot it and type stressapptest -s 3600
This takes as the command says one hour but generally if there are no issues found in the first 5 minutes it's probably very stable.
I had unstable memory where I could game for hours without crashes and here I found errors in the first minute.
If it doesn't give you any errors reinstalling windows is a good bet
