My screen suddenly starts flickering with what i assume to be a slower refresh rate...and whatever was onscreen when ita started remains onscreen like very bad burnin
But its not burnin because i verified the display is working perfectly fine
So do i have a bad gpu?
This is the seccond time this has happened....but it's been quite a few months
The issue doesn't persist in the bios
I have a bad feeling it's the graphics card
I'm updating the right now and doing a clean install
But it just happened randomly
And when I shut down and restarted I got a bad system config info blue screen
The ghosting went away but the flickering did not
Its the entire screen
I guess that's my last hope

every time i want to use my Digital sound output, it just sends shitty static noise when i play something on netflix, but on everything else it works fine (games, youtube, spotify etc...)

Edge is allowed to use the alternative DRM API, which allows for hardware acceleration. Chrome isn't, except on ChromeOS.
I'd call that a Netflix issue, not DRM, since they chose to go that route.
