taking a cursory glance at apex legends benchmarks at 1440p/High seems to reveal no obvious sign of a CPU bottleneck holding the GPU back
if the lows were down to a CPU bottleneck I'd expect the higher end GPUs to all have pretty much the same lows
and since the 2080 Ti is getting above the 2080 and the VII is around the 2080 which is all what you'd expect, I can't see how yours would be at 50% load

so is probably the most expensive to implement in a motherboard
