A EULA cannot override laws. If a EULA says you must sacrifice your first-born to Cthulu in order to use the software.. you're still up for murder if you actually do it. Likewise, if the EULA says they reserve the right to charge you extra money for no reason as they so choose... pretty sure they can't actually do that either, as there are (probably) laws against that.
