In my regular circle of people I interact with, there are 2 people, me and someone else. Windows seems to hate us. Forced Updates would never go away or turning them off in any way wouldn't help. It regularly killed itself to complete unusability and I even lost the entire data on my boot drive.

I asked around, and I found a local ish guy who does this professionally for streamers.
It's something called UV print. You can kind of feel the texture, if you touch it. It was physically printed on, not a vinyl. 😃
He does some cool work.
This is how the UV printing process looks like. I assume there's a big arm that slowly prints onto the surface.
Not super expensive either. He charged me 110€ for the top and side panel.
The artwork commision itself was around 200

I thought that izip_longest may have changed as somepoint considering that I remember the grouper recipe returning a list of strings previously, but I tested old code which used that and on multiple systems incase it was a weird version issue. Sadly, my mind went to that instead of confirming that the code did what I thought the documentation said it did. When looking at the code, it's pretty clear that it's not recreating a string. My solution for the coding challenge was to have the return value do a join on each tuple. Luckily, even though I sunk around half my time into that one dumb issue, I got the rest of the challenge completed with time to spare.
