Right - Long story short. Been wanting to make a "endgame" kind of system, with custom watercooling. My current 8700K and a new 2080 to fit.
But... I wanted to go a bit further, so I've hired an artist to help put some artwork on the case itself, which is on its way to a printer who does work like this.
It was that or put in another 2080 or something similar overkill. And I've always wanted to have a "proper" showpiece for LAN parties like Dreamhack and conventions.
Something ala. this basically.
Quite hyped as well. Wasn't cheap though. Looking at something like 400โฌ all in all. Though I can re-use the artwork going forward. The final PSD is like a GB or so. 
I suck at spending my money, and going from essentially welfare to getting a proper paycheck has left me with some spending money. I've probably spent something like 800โฌ in total on the project, with the 2080 being payment for previous work.

First the keycaps are looking really cool. They are a kind of art and not meant to be to just beeing a keycap, this is especially true for the Thors Hammer because I guess that it's not the best to press it.

Is it normal for switches with stiffer springs to be quieter?

Yeah.
I used to use a Ducky Shine when I worked in an office, and a few of my colleagues complained (mildly) about the noise.
So I ordered some o-rings and put them on, and the complaints stopped.
It wasn't the click that bothered them, it was the sound of the keycap bottoming out that was distracting, because it's hollow and echo-ey.
I'm thankful, however, that this keyboard allows me to set the switch actuation distance higher, as it's taking getting used to.

I can FEEL that my typing has slowed down. But I'm hoping I get used to them.

Would replacing the springs on QWEASD and maybe 12345 with 55cN springs, and keeping the rest of the keyboard at 80cN wreck your ability to type?
The drastically different stiffnesses...
I could easily test, I guess.
I have 6 unused blues.
The new springs are adding about 5ms of latency.
So, fair warning if you need that 5ms for whatever. ๐
