honestly, a friend let me playtest a little thing he made, and i immediatly found ways and methods to play the game in unwanted ways. or at least ways he thought was funny
of course it's important to test what you coded, yes
but it is also important to have someone else have a go at what you made, to see how someone who doesnt know the works behind (the code) and just tries the most seemingly random things out
you simply arent as neutral on a game you are coding than someone else
and yeah, in that case the more the better
increases the likelyhood of random things being found, like bugs. and the more start finding it or can recreate it, the more important to fix
probably the reason why so many games get post release updates pretty fast in some cases.

Man. Im gonna be honest. When i wanted to try out gothic fleet armada 2, i had low expectations. But the game is good. Like, really good.
The story is rich and keeps you going with random invasions. Not a single turn i was bored.
And that is just with the imperial campaign.
And the ships are diverse enough, even though they sometimes look alike. And the difference is races is good. Each race needs to be handled exeptionally different.

I don't do a lot of things with purely numbers, but overall I find it pretty convenient to shift both my hands up to the number row and type that way.

Keypad is great for keybinds for me as it differentietes between the keypad and normal versions, even the home,pageup,pagedown, etc. More buttons, more keybinds, more sheninigans, more kernel panics, more fun, more memes on keybinds, more productivity. Havent setup much keybinds with the keypad yet, currently most of the keybinds spawn applications.

Digging through game files can be so fun. Digging through siege 1.0, there was Year 1 Season 1 and Year 1 Season 2 files. There was even recruit files for them, but alas, they went unused. The only reason I can think of is since it would not give Ubisoft that sweet sweet cash as well as making it pointless to play the DLC operators when you can simply play recruit.

But the emulator work through the 'cd key' of a legit version that only shows inside the game on the switch. So it works when you already got a switch. Its simply an emulator to make them work on pc. Ofcourse, you can skip this step by simply googling that code and use it.

I mean if you cant stop 2 players from griefing the entire town and large wooden building with ~10 players you suck really badly. DIdnt even need to get to my friend for gear as just went to the warehouse and took a set of the armourstand. went through searching for ender pearls, potions, apples, food, enchanted shit, diamond armour as they the armourstand had iron. Found a stack of tnt and flint and steel in one of those. No diamond set sadly, but they had a very enchanted sword in there, a notch apple, few golden apples, few enderpearls, took some gravel and cobble aswell but no potions were anywhere. or just missed those in the rush. And trapped the place in case they came in as there was no other worthwile loot. some time later hearrd it go off as two players were near it looking for us.

He knew they had a lot of storage underground as well and probably has the best loot there, also lots of their production is there.
