As for the ps5 streaming on pc, generally pc's have more memory which will increase over time which gives pc's a larger potential buffer and thuss less need for faster streaming from storage on the same content. As there will be enough low times to fill up the memory again on even an average ssd.

I tried to turn off firewall, uninstall/reinstall battleye, flush dns, verify integrity, run as administrator, use a different connection, changing priority, turning on and off UPnP... The only 3 other options I see are reinstall Windows, reinstall Rainbow or port forward. However, I don't see why I would need to do any of these considering I was able to play yesterday and I did not do any modifications to my system. Game did not have an update. Modem was not modified and did not get a firmware update. BattlEye service is indeed running and so are the processes. Port forwarding is also illogical considering BattlEye states that they do not need it.
It's driving me nuts though. Support is useless. Error code is cryptic and vague, as is usual with them. Searching "Client not responding" and "[2-0x00019008]" was useless. Looking for people with the problem in the past 24 hours was also useless.

I don't know how easy it is for a cheat engine to specifically detect it's running in wine or similar. My guess is not very hard. Same for KVM.
