@lethal island Definitely get the linear switches for analog. I got all blues but ended up ordering a pack of linear blacks for the keys I usually use as analogs. The extra pressure of the blacks make them smoother in my experience. I've actually ordered a bunch of even heavier springs to see if it can be improved even further.

It definitely is. It's new tech, and most games don't know what to do with it. yet.
But that's how all new tech kind of started - Wooting are ultimately tapping into the excellent 360 controller support for most games, but not all games can handle mouse + controller at the same time.

I'm having a blank screen no sound problem after the opening load screen and it's been suggested that it may be something to do with razer chroma / RGB keyboards

I got another new hard drive because Toshiba sucks, and reinstalled windows 10 on my SSD, and tried to copy paste all my games installs over from one disk to the new one. But I've now discovered that Origin, Uplay, Twitch, Epic Games Store don't work if you just copy paste them. Steam does work (although i tried to manually copy an individual game and that didn't work). BattleNet I didn't try

Epic games when i copy paste a folder game "folder already exists, can't install there". Origin and twitch say nothing and just install anew, no option to detect, Uplay has an option to detect installed game files upon installing your game- can't shortcut the install by pasting the data after beginning the download.

Keeping public cheats out is still fairly important though. Especially in free2play games. Some systems for anti cheat do work quite well mostly once that are integrated into the engine itself.

Every server has a discord and if someone is an issue I just clip it
Squad been around about as long as r6
Just has very specific server licensing terms
Certain rules must be enforced and every licensed server needs a discord with admin contact
Ban someone once and they are never a problem again
It's pretty necessary for enjoyable games in a heavily teamwork based large team game
The ban list on my usual server is like 1200 people lol
They've been around for over 3 years it averages out to around a ban a day
It's become a bit segmented. In a good way
Hardcore players have serious servers, theres casual servers, theres milsim servers
Only issue is that certain communities want different things out of the game development
So they've begun a process to whitelist mods on licensed servers
They kind of set the shooting mechanics at a mid ground to try to make everyone happy and it failed
Some players want weapons to be way less accurate so they can play a live action RTS
Some people think suppression is stupid because it's based on fear
I just think the recoil should have less RNG

The reason they banned me is because I was in a tank, fighting another tank. Which is extremely loud, so I couldn't hear the other SLs for a period of about one minute
Then I got messaged telling me not to use tanks as taxis and that I deserved the ban. Then they banned all the friends I was playing with at the time
