like if they find you use the same exe a known cheat tool does but it doesnt detect the cheat so it might not ban you but take the data to review it first
once again a point of not disclosing everything to make it harder to find a way around it

an issue was found, so every data pack that has string X gets collected, a tool runs over it and finds the only common thing is a new windows process, human sees that and adjusts the anti cheat to not trigger via the new process

basically every single case of data collection can be used for good and bad cases
