@ripe tendon the steam refunds criterea is pretty clear and always get's accepted automatically, as long as you don't refund dozens of games a month, had a friend once refund like 10 games in a month

if you are over the 2 hour criterea a customer supporet will look at the refund and decide, if you aren't harshly over the criterea you usually still get it

the really bad points are timed exclusives and no offline play imo though
