If going purely off of xp/cast per cast probably wind strike with air staff since it can hit up to 8 now. But just a heads up this is a terrible training method idea. Even if you did a higher level spell. Would be a lot better off getting magic xp via high alchemy in sepulcher/ZMI/your choice of multiskill content

If you do want 10 min afk magic training fire bolt with chaos gauntlets on [[Frost Crab]]s is much better xp/hr than gemstone crab

Still shit though. Mage just slowly creeps up for free, blowing orbs to 93 craft is like 500k mage xp, alchs are forever, even casting things like thralls adds up
