Looking to some chaos elemental and was looking for decent food, that wont let it unequip my stuff. Is there any decently healing food we can easily get?

Summer pies are good if you have them from clues since they restore run energy too.

Stews otherwise, which you can buy from shops. Warrior guild shop is decently close to a bank, but there are other shops that might be better? Not sure.

Ideally you use brews. Saving them really isn't a thing

#

ToA also doesn't use all that many

Probably easier to just use karams and a food sack

Had success using blighted mantas and 2 sacks of potatoes. Have an open slot so it tries to take your armor off and you can react to the green, empty your sack to fill open spots and take 0 dmg

Buy potatoes/onions/cabbages at grand tree

Yeah that definitely seems easiest way if not brews

Late night pvp worlds seemed to be the best way to avoid pkers but you’re probably looking at 10+ deaths regardless

Brews are the one resource on an ironman that is never limited and toa as you push invos up you generally use yellow keris to heal aka prayer pots so you end up using very little brews in the grand scheme of things

#

Id suck it up and just use your brews

Make sure to turn off vial smasher if you have that on
