I'm 65 Thieving, and have 1.25m gp since I did Wintertodt to 99 FM. Should I continue to 77 Thieving, or should I continue the guide? I see the next mention of Thieving is 1.4 step 91, where we do artglass. Is it optimal to do artglass to 78 if I progress from step 33 at 65 Thieving?

if u have the gp needed you can carry on with other alternatives

you may want 100-200k as leeway tho imo

arteglass is optimal to 99 pretty much, but u will prob have to thieve elves and do pyramid plunder for some items too

yep no need to train more thieving other than a bit spare for leeway ^

there is a diary req of 75 at some point which is the soonest you might run into a thieving req

Update - I reached the point where I needed to steal from the Keldegrim gem stall for the diary during Giant Dwarf, and I couldn't. I don't like not finishing a step, so I waited until I was in the desert again (changing POH to Polli, mining sandstone to 43 mining) so I could weave a blackjacking session in (rather than going out of my way). Now I'm 75, and thinking of going to 77 so I can get 78 at artglass later for the dorg chest req.
