Is Soulflame horn any good in cox / tob ?
If so on how many people do you use it and on what bosses etc?

In cox the horn would have been amazing at techton, however now that the first hammer is garenteed to hit it's value is much lower. In TOB horn can be used by the fill hammer rotation at soatezeg. One player can set horn to 1 person and use it every soat phase to guarantee a hammer hits. This is slightly more efficient than having the person wait to see if none of the hammers hit. There is also a horn into double BGS stratagy that a single player could use in an organized raid. In general the TOB consensus I see is that you do not bring horn unless you are going with a pre-made team.

I don't think anyone uses it at tob except for irons that have no other spec weapons and want to pot with their friends

Not super useful at tob tbh but it's nice in cm speeds for guaranteeing zgs doesn't splash on mutta
