Would you guys still play Ironman mode (not gim), if you only had a couple hours here end there, but in some weekends the whole day?
Recently the wife and I got our new house, so lots of time has been spent in the garden and in the house etc.
We are also trying to get pregnant, so there will probably be even less hours available.
Therefor I struggle a little to get motivation to play the game atm.

I'm maxed, so for me it's just pvm left. Primarily raids/nex. Little in game time I often spend on random niche items or clogging

Not a bad idea! I thought about doing some shooting stars aswell, just for the afk part and for the crafting xp - otherwise I could just get crafting from seaweed and then afk mine prayer

Im similar situation. Married, with a couple kids. I mostly play on mobile, I honestly probably couldn’t play without it. Low level on my iron currently but I still enjoy it.
I use extra free time when I can get on PC to do quests and more intensive things. But people can do a lot on mobile still as it is

Hmm, i believe osrs is a heavy grind game, if you take very long for even small progress, your not going to enjoy osrs that much

When you play a main but only have a few hours per day, you will likely fall into the "I have to make as much gp as possible" to feel like your time is being spent correctly.
With an ironman, sure you'll have some long long grinds in the future, but there will be many quick grinds in the beginning you just don't experience as a main.
It took me 150kc to get my rune scimmy from the guys at zmi and I LEAPT out of my chair when it dropped.

Sure you can't grind out bandos all day anymore, but there's still plenty of fun grinds to do that won't take up a tremendous amount of hours
(Also how do you have 83 herblore with only 75 farming)

Should just have to do fruit trees, Calquat, hardwood, and Hespori. Honestly once you can get to 82 to boost to 85 for hard farming contracts you can coast for a while. Farming contacts are just so key long term
And it wouldn’t take long to get to 82 tbh

I'm having an awesome time on my iron with very limited playtime. My son is almost two and we are a few weeks away from our second child.
The most important thing in my mind is setting boundaries and having self control so your video game hobby doesn't become destructive. Prioritize your family, your health, your job/financial security, and maintaining healthy relationships. After that, enjoy whatever hobby you like.
Personally, getting a steam deck completely opened up the game for me. I play while watching shows with my wife.
