Graceful on a late game iron

Contemplating selling my graceful for amylase crystals.

I never use my graceful and can't really think of anything I would do that requires graceful.

For runecrafting, I would use the raiments outfit.

The only places that come to mind are blast furnace, herbiboar, sepulchre, pyramid plunder. I plan on doing PP for one or two sceptres but that's it.

Any insight? Unsure if it's worth keeping some pieces and only selling parts of the outfit. E.g., using spottier cape + boots of lightness and keeping the rest of the outfit

you can get over 1k doses an hour effectively so I wouldn't bother with selling graceful

Graceful is not useful anywhere you are constantly running. It’s definitely useless at hallowed Sep

How’d you get that many out of interest?

force spawning marks of grace yields around 45 marks an hour with every lap being ~1min each yielding ~53k xp or 0.54 ehp. 45marks/hr divided my 0.46hrs lost yields an effective rate of ~970 amylase an hour. making staminas is over ehp so no timeloss there.

It's not efficient for blast furnace, technically. You don't wear the gloves and are never standing still, so regular weight reduction gear is better
