Are there any methods that would allow me to continue raising my combat stats so I can finish off the remaining quest? I essentially want to get them all knocked out but I started struggling in While Guthix Sleeps since it seems my stats are low. Should I rush slayer? I also hate agility so took a break from HS to increase mage.

Do chins with crystal hally specs woven in for extra melee levels

I believe Monkey Madness 2 caves are the best - quest is definitely doable with your levels

after that u can do slayer to 69 with piety on and div ines

then u can catch chins in prif for range
