Processing the gold ore is always going to be meta xp, and coal is useful for when you get rune ore. Rune darts/ nails/ alchables are always useful.
I don’t know if the rest is meta useful

Yeah hybrid smelt it all

gold -> smelt for xp
mithril -> sell for tokkul
addy -> hybrid smelt -> make platebodies -> alch
can also make some addy nails for use in sepulchre and optionally some mithril platebodies since you are quite early game

I’m not 100% sure this is efficient, but maybe make like 3k mithril darts for hespori pods & spindle adds when you do those fights? Correct me if I’m wrong

you get a bunch of free tagging darts from gwd

i think mithril is worth smelting this early in the acc, i have a vague memory of iron bruh correcting me when i told someone not to smelt it

i would guess mith starts being vendor trash when you've unlocked sote
