Weird request, but someone shared a TOA invo "checklist" of sorts working up from like 100-410 or something adding invo each time. I bookmarked it, but apparently i bookmarked the discord attachment link so its no longer available. Just wondering if anyone had something similar.

Piggy backing on this, is there a good way to learn insanity? It's pretty annoying to spend 40 minutes in a raid to then get bonked during insanity and have to reset

Hey, author of that chart here

Yeah that's why Insanity is on even at the very first step. There's not a "neat" way to learn it. All the rooms can be learned in Entry Mode but not Wardens

Best way is probably still just do some raid with 70RL with just Overclocked 1 + Overclocked 2 + Insanity on. And then if you die in p3 you just restart on p1 I think? So you'll have to re-do a bit but it's not thaaat bad. You can bring a bunch of brews with you too

For bowfa, the key is to think of it as a 3-part cycle: attack+move, attack+move again, and finally attack+move+move. Once you recognize when it's the attack+move+move, you'll easily be able to reset the cycle as needed. Here's a clip that shows this pattern pretty clearly IMO --

That's correct. If you cant clear phase 3, it pushes you back to phase 1.

Ah cool thanks. Somehow I didn't consider just bringing more brews whilst I'm learning it. So I could realistically only die once or twice before having no supplies left to practice

Imo you should try learning Upset Stomach, Stay Vigilant, and Boulderdash immediately after Insanity

#

Same reasons: hard to learn, muscle memory works against you if you practice without them, and punishing to add on if you learn them too late

Makes sense, happy to give those a go as well. Just waiting on my bgs drop before I send some more runs

Yea the big advantage of those is that you can just go into entry mode and grind the bosses in whatever order so you can practice Upset Stomach over and over again until you get a feel for the rocks. That's what I did and it was very valuable

#

Ditto for Boulderdash for example. It's good to get used to not only the timing of the mechanic but also to practice how your inventory will look and move during the fight -- that way you don't panic

#

Pay attention to this -- I know that this will be here so I was already putting my mouse in position for this switch

#

You can really practice this kinda stuff in entry mode so that you become an "expert of your own inventory", as it were. Consistency in how you do everything will make the room feel a lot more manageable!

Thanks dude, lots of helpful tips. TOA is the first raid I've done and think I currently have 3 completions so this is very useful stuff

No worries, good luck

camping crystal legs I just 1-way to bowfa and wait a tick before running into a boulder

bp is more efficient for sure, just needs multiple swaps
