Cleaning grimy torstols with Zahur and giving them to Dr. Jekyll will give you stamina potions.
It’s very slow and luck dependant, but no effort, if already in possession of torstols.

It’s worthwhile using super energies and to make dueling rings for energy restore. Generally you wouldn’t use stams/energies at lower level anyway besides like short term blast furnace
