I was wondering what content is available to solo ironman that is better to do as a group? I know loot isn't shared but is there anything that is better to do with other people rather than solo?

Better is subjective. I prefer team cox and I could grind it longer yet you get more drops per hour in normal scale solo vs team and it seems mostly people prefer solos
