I don't have an alt to setup bursting. Is it still worth trying to burst them without an alt, or should I just block tzhaar outside of fight caves time tasks?

its not worth it, with or without an alt

I would block the task unless you are hunting jad pet or the likes

you can burst them without an alt, obviously its a pain since you need to be healing constantly. like if ur just trying to bumrush slayer theyre a low level option.
