Optimal slayer block list for Cave Kraken?

My buddies said they would teach me toa/cox if I get trident/warped sceptre. I haven't done the quest yet for sceptre and I do want a trident. I have spent 2k slayer points skipping as well as doing chill tasks trying to get a kraken task since 87 slayer. I am now 25% into lvl 88. I've been point boosting only for the 10-task bonus because i'll lose my mind doing 50 in a row.

Current blocks:
Iron Drags (will change to hellhounds)
Steel Drags (will change to lizardmen)
Wyrms
Spiritual creates (will change to fire giants)
5th slot not unlocked (291qp)

I have read the google doc created by 2 gods - parasailer and so iron bruh and input my block list into the calc. And realize my block list is poor. Any suggestions for blocks?

im sorry but I think you're in a rough spot. Skipping for trident makes it a lot more difficult to progress slayer after. I think your best bet in the medium to longer run is picking up with regular slayer and going for a slightly point positive block/skip list

if you want to rush trident or warped sceptre you may have to improvise for a while, neither item will have an overly huge impact on raids though so if its just some group learner runs I'd ask if you can take a non-mage role instead

at toa you hardly mage so undead grasp is fine, and also the raid level scaling strongly promotes going for high raid level. Having lousy magic options is completely fine for ToA

at CoX the point system means your chance of items will be bad anyway, a trident isnt going to make or break that imo

personally id get your complete set of blocks slots asap, and weigh your wish for some early learner raids against the medium and longer term slayer grind

if you've spent most of your points skipping for krakens you're basically at the start of slayer but with an expanded task list. I'd accept a lot of mediocre tasks en route to fixing your block and skip list, and aiming for a slightly point positive in the longer run

I dont have a dwh. and tbh i've been skipping lizardman. For some reason I cba to do them. I've been tunnel visioning trident. Cause my goal was to: Trident -> Barrows for runes for 2 zenytes I have + mory elite-> some raids

But beggars can't be choosers at this point

its your call, I think trident is not a milestone at all and people focusing on it are mostly setting themselves up for disappointment

also if you do send barrows id personally recommend not getting any crypt kc, the loot is so poor its not worth the time

if you want runes you can instead buy those or use the scar essence mine

Yeah I saw what you wrote and I agree. I've been doing semi afk or chill tasks like bloodvelds, fire giants, daggs, and all the bursting ones, plus some easy ones like baby black drags, ankous, kalphites ect. and skipping anything that requires me to pay attention fully or slow like blk demons, lizards, drakes, suqahs ect

Was going to scar mine/buy choas runes. ~30k for for an oynx would be ~3m e

ahrims is nice over mystics but is not really important or worth seeking out

Ya so barrows would only be for runes/ahrims/ full set for mory elite to save me gp although I do have 20m so i guess it wouldnt be the worth thing to buy the runes

barrows is really slow without better mage gear

Pick x, y that makes you happy
e.g. x = 100k chaos and y = 50k death
I'd prob pick 50k chaos and 75k death runes

You won't rly run out of 50k chaos runes until you own shadow
