Currently doing Tithe and it seems pretty easy and relatively quick to get the farming outfit. Made me wonder what other ones are worth prioritizing.

farming outfit is pretty weak since you'll be getting a lot of post99 xp anyway and farming is quite fast, but feel free to get it if you want

full prospectors is required for a diary task

anglers probably worth getting as well

carpenter is kinda same as farming, really does not matter but if you wanna get it get it

prob loses you time but if youre doing mahog homes anyway why not

same story for smith, if youre efficient you never do foundry
