Probably not, the true bowfa replacement is bp with masori + amethyst, if you dont have those and you still using crystal, you are probably better off using bowfa in quite a few places
Im in a similar situation, i end up bringing bowfa-bp-tbow at toa, since bowfa is significantly better than bp at akkha and obelisk, to name a few examples

worth is subjective, if you have no use for the bowfa then might as well swap it
i swapped mine over after finishing leviathan and callisto
really just depends how much you care about the shards

The converse is that it's always possible that bowfa has additional uses added with, e.g. Varlamore, in the vein of Leviathan and Callisto and Bandos pre-shadow
Whereas it's very hard to imagine that blade has additional uses added because tent is always a very close competitor in both damage and accuracy
If they do buff blade and other 4t weapons next month, then I think the situation will be different. Of course at the current moment if you do finish those grinds then bowfa is worthless, but I think it's worth being forward-thinking about the situation because tent whips are basically free and honestly not really worse than blade by as much people claim
The only way I could see blade becoming more useful is if they magnify max hits a la Wardens p2

I made blade because it gives me a max in a few rooms in tob for the several hundred raids to get scythe at the cost of a few hours of thieving worth of crystal shards

you can always swap it back and forth as much as you want but its not gonna be anywhere near time efficient with gathering all the shards anymore i think
i swapped mine to a blade pre fang cuz it was 5% dps or something on verzik and slightly reduced risk of wiping so felt like a decent choice but now that u can fang verzik i dont think its worth it at all
the only place it has a chance of helping is nylos u get a tiny increased chance of getting the mvp if ur skilled at swapping gear
and maybe itll save a bloat down at some point
