i got a lot of herbs from the druids under edgeville, they rop lotting bag since its lvl 1 wildy and u can store extra herbs in there

quests will get you very far, if i remember correctly theres a small gap in the high 20s to low 30s you might need to make a few herbs.

Made some compost + energy pots and was good to go around that gap in no time

But yeah quests then diary lamps carry the early herb
