Harvest everything after contract?

Hi all! I am just wondering how to go about my farming contracts. If I harvest my contract (let's say jangerberries) do I also harvest other crops for some extra exp in the meantime (e.g., herbs, tree?) or is it better to keep everything for the next possible contracts? Thanks!

For example: I just had snape grass and then strawberries. Now I have all the other crops ready to harvest, but do I leave them for a possible next contract or do I re-plant them?

I’ve farmed my allotment/herb patches out of cycle a few times since they had time to grow back, but there were a few caveats at play.

1. I had an iasor buff rolling so the chance of disease on the herb patch was minimal.
2. I had a white lily planted so there was no chance for the allotments to be diseased.
3. I was in need of Snape grass for prayer potions and I used the harvest/deposit trick for compost with watermelon/strawberries.

Outside of that it’s probably not worth bothering for the same reason that you don’t really use the allotments on farm runs.

I would stock up on snapegrass and potato cactus and sometimes do watermelon into compost when the contract is over 1h cuz they can regrow and i had iasor so very low risk
