#bossing progression for a new osrs player

Hi so I recently started osrs as ironmna I've no experience with bossing in osrs I'm obviously going to need to to boss for gear upgrades are there any good resources which provide a sort of bossing path to learn/do as a new osrs player as an iromnan also any general tips would be great

The short answer is you do very little pvm until you complete song of the elves, which will take you a few hundred hours at least

Sote is song of the elves. It is a quest with some of the highest requirements in the game. It's a bit of a milestone because it gives you access to a boss called the corrupted gauntlet, and the rewards from that are much better than anything else you can plausibly get at that level of account progression

I can suggest some earlier game goals though, that might help give you some more structure and ideas to look into

Useful stuff:
Desert Treasure - opens up an efficient money maker to help you fund other goals
Berserker Ring - bis ring for a very long time
A Kingdom Divided - very strong spell that increases your dps a lot
Recipe for Disaster - bis gloves
Dragon Defender - bis offhand
Fire Cape - very good cloak
70 prayer - unlocks piety which is a huge dps increase

Those are things you can do earlier on that might give you some ideas for what to do

Sounds good will keep these on my radar currently following the bruhsailors ironman pathway at Wintertodt atm so still very long way to go but loving this so far

Oh, I’ve never thought about doing earth/air orbs on ancients. I just wear ring of dueling to tele to Ferox, then use soul wars portal to get to Edgeville.
