#What is best to smith my bars into?

Hello everyone :),

I’ve done some searching on what to use my already smelted bars for and just wanted some confirmation on what is best to do.

Mith: How many would I need for slayer mob tagging? I’m currently 25m exp ish with no heart, so having some more ammunition to tag things wouldn’t hurt. The rest I’d assume I’d make mithril platebodies.

Adamant: I’m fairly confident I’d be making platbodies.

Rune: Would it be worth making a large sum of rune darts to use in the blowpipe? I’m able to mine and fletch amethyst darts currently, I’m just wondering how worth it it would be to make a large sum of rune darts to readily use vs time mining and making amethyst darts?

If so, what’s a good stack of rune darts to make? With the rest of the rune is it best to make rune legs to high alch? Or is it better to do swords or platbodies? I haven’t found much on this topic.

Disclaimer: I am planning on using my gold ore to get 99 smithing, but I’m more so doing this to prepare gp for the scar mining update and to train 86-99 con. I currently have 270m raw gp or so atm, so just curious where I should invest these resources in.

Im not sure anyone really bothers making plates + alching, sure you can but most people just do UIM gold for smithing. If you haven't done so you could complete the clog for giants foundry with your bars if thats something you care about

for your rune dart question, just get amethyst. rune darts arent really worth using

I've already green logged giant's foundry.

I guess a better way to phrase it would be I'd be shop hopping selling items. I already have 99 smithing in gold banked. Just curious what to use my already processed bars for.

alchs are fine, rune darts are pretty good since the bars are usually 0 time from pvm, iirc?? or alchs for more money ig

Rune darts are absolutely fine lol, if you need cash can smith addy+ into items to sell otherwise leave it
