I would do all arrows

Err like 2:1 or 3:1 arrows to darts

Amethyst darts are barely better than rune darts, but amethyst arrows are significantly better than rune arrows

if you don't have tbow yet ("I'll have" rather than "I have") then I would just convert those into darts as needed and don't convert anything else yet

Once you have tbow then sure you can commit to a ratio

Otherwise you never know, you could go 2x dry on tbow and use up all of your amethyst on darts
