Bowfa and no trident is the way to go

Regular trident (without occult, possibly with) is just not good enough to outdps bowfa at any phase

Highly recommend doing both veng and thralls. If you red x the boat after a kill you can do veng -> SBS on the way there and automatically start the fight ready to click the thrall. It's good to spawn the thrall on 1st available tick because otherwise it can have trouble pathing to where zulrah moves later if it's not near the middle. With my range only setup I usually bring 5 angler/manta/karams (15 food total) and it's good for 5-7 kill trips most of the time. You shouldn't have to go through a ton of food.

Zulrah isnt too bad after shadow +bofa. (1720 kills for BP, 1200ish with shadow)

Might be a fair assumption? I am somewhere thinking i u got the bowfa, anguish, and suffering, youd have all prereqs to finishing it as efficiently as possible for the forseeable point

I can only speak from my position of grinding zulrah when i was 87 slayer to increase the efficiency of toa just a tad

I agree zulrah is the worst boss in the game. It's not a boss it's a memory game, it's rare devs just go "ah fuck it first 50 deaths free" because they recognize how shit it is to learn, theres no feedback as to what your supposed to be doing as a player, you need to remember what your supposed to do, before your supposed to do it
