Fastest way to get to crabclaw caves as low level ironman to afk crabs sometimes?

Pest Control teleport via the Grouping interface (or a Pest control teleport), take the boat back to Port Sarim, then to Land's End via Veos and run north-east upon arrival. Is this one the fastest?
