When do you stop looting floor 1? 2? Do you always loot them? Do you only skip certain loots depending on the obstacle?

I dont think it does. The early floor obstacles aren't any faster than later floors and the rewards are quite a bit worse. Looting the two f3 chests is more marks than looting f1/f2 for half the time.
You also want/need more tools for those floors so they are even slower when you start

If you have some vamp dusts laying around perhaps braziers but still you would have less for higher levels

Depends on where you're at in the account but you should stop looting floors one and two once you have the pages for the collection log from them. For efficiencies sake you should only loot floor 4 and floor 5 as they have the greater chances of rolling the higher tier loot. (Check the wiki for more info) med t

You don't loot floor 3 either unless you don't have 82 agility, and still need unique tools
