I'm working on maxing. 93 herb atm with thousands of grimy herbs from pvm. Is it worthwhile to clean em myself or not? I'm not in a rush to finish herblore off cause I still have other skills to go

cleaning herbs is over EHP

if you have more than enough herb xp you dont have to though, just pay 200gp each to have them cleaned

Since you also probably wont care abput effective gp rates

degrime is garbo, it's basically worst of both -- you're manually clicking and not getting good xp

either pay or clean by urself basically
u can clean 11.5k herbs/hr using vanilla methods -- I had a clip somewhere but I cleaned all 6.5k of my herbs in just a tad over half an hour

it's prob possible to reach upwards of 13k with mousekeys but I use linux so not for me

Yeah I’m just going to click them manually. What would you do with low level grimy herbs like tarromins and harralanders? I’ve got about 10k grimy, are they worth cleaning for the xp?

I think harralander cleaning is legit but not sure about tarromin
Let me check

EHP is 73.5k apparently, and I can clean 11.5k/hr
So if each herb gives >6.3 XP per clean, then it's worth
Harralander is just about breakeven at 6.3 exactly
So nothing below that is wroth
