Is the fastest way to stack Ancient GWD KC to serp+bp and tag everything? What's the expected KC/hour that you can stack using that method?

I’d do it on tele grabs for a long session tbh, they both have decent drops, can just extend the trip real long, bring antidote and 2-3 range pot
