thats the amount of protein you would have to keep an eye on to fulfill

you need to track calories, there's a nice app called MyFitnessPal

get that one, with that app you can actually scan literally every supermarket food after its nutritients

so you observe for 1 week your calorie intake

and then you weigh yourself in the morning

right after waking up

#

if the calorie intake you had a day prior has made you move up in weight

you cut 100 calories

if you mean worst as in "yeah we all knew France had it from the get go" then i slightly disagree but mostly agree with your point. Barring fullbacks France had a top 5 player in the world in every possible position. I think it speaks to not only the quality of the players regardless of their youth, but to the stories of each of them, as far as being good goes. Like Mbappe and Kante were no names last world cup, and they were absolutely VITAL in this one. To be fair though I'm massively biased because I love Les Bleus and have since I was a kid, but idk, I can't really see why anyone dislikes them winning (besides Mbappe's stupid theatrics in the later matches)

When it comes to playoff teams matchups this season
Ravens have 1 win against a playoff team
Chargers, Bears, Colts, Chiefs, Texans, and Seahawks have 2
Cowboys, Eagles, and Saints have 3
Rams and Patriots have 4

When it comes to the off season
I'd target 2nd and 3rd rounder for TEs and Tackles. 1st rd for an interior D lineman. Looks like Derek Rivers is finally getting play time and Trey has been consistent. Just need a huge and strong young boy to be a threat on the inside. Dorsett can possibly be something 1 day, Julz isn't the same, lost Danny and Cooks, Gordon is the best receiver we've had in years. I think it's bad luck. Maybe we find an undrafted gem in the dirt for WR. I think Duke Dawson and JC are the future of the secondary. I'm glad Cyrus Jones isn't on the team anymore. Maybe look for 2 more pieces to try out for the secondary, late in the draft.
As for QBs, I think they're grooming Danny Etling. I see him with 12 and Hoyer in the practice videos almost every other week. I wouldn't bet on him tho.

So I'm gonna try my best to guess the playoffs right now. WC round is this weekend, in the AFC you have the #6 Colts at the #3 Texans and the #5 Chargers at the #4 Ravens, in the NFC you have the #6 Eagles at the #3 Bears and the #5 Seahawks at the #4 Cowboys. I got Colts over the Texans, Ravens over the Chargers, Bears over the Eagles, and Seahawks over the Cowboys.
That would make the Divisional round in the AFC #6 Colts at #1 Chiefs, and #4 Ravens at #2 Patriots. In the NFC it would be #5 Seahawks at #1 Saints, and #3 Bears at #2 Rams. I'll go Chiefs over the Colts, Pats over the Ravens, Saints over the Seahawks, and Bears over the Rams.
AFC Championship game would be Patriots at the Chiefs, and the NFC Championship would be Bears at the Saints. I'll go Chiefs over the Patriots and Bears over the Saints.
That would make Superbowl 53 Bears vs Chiefs, in which case give me the Bears to win it all. That defense is just too good.

The run that the Colts have been on is crazy. They should beat the Texans. Chargers are overrated to me, so I agree with the Ravens pick. I think the Eagles are scary in the playoffs and Trubisky isn't experienced enough, so the Eagles should win. Seahawks have way more experience and I just don't believe in Dak. Chiefs will desroy Colts. Bill is going to show Lamar things that he hasn't seen defensively. The secondary won't have that much of a problem. It's the pass rush that will have the headache. Derek Rivers is finally getting play time and Trey is emerging as a dope edge rusher. So I give it to the Pats. Bill usually treats young opposing QBs like shit.
The only place that's fuzzy to me in the divisional round is Bears vs Rams. Rams are perfectly balanced, while the Bears are obviously reliant on their defense. This will be a true test for Trubisky if he gets there.

I just think the Rams have been exposed recently, or at least the game plan on how to beat them has been revealed. On offense just double team Donald and force someone else in the front 7 to step up (which they haven't done thus far) then you can just pick on guys like Marcus Peters or go across the middle. On defense just shut down the run and force Goff to have to win on his own, he struggles when he has to.

That Bears D just seems like too much to handle for me. Mack, Smith, Trevathan, Floyd, Hicks, and Goldman is just a disgustingly excellent front 7, and that back end with Fuller and Amukamara and Jackson and Amos is just so damn opportunistic. There are absolutely valid concerns on how Trubisky is gonna perform in the playoffs but the Bears have been smart on offense, if they let guys like Howard and Cohen carry the load and then take shots to Robinson or Burton then I just don't see anyone capable of stopping them.

Their defense is undoubtedly amazing but I trust the Rams team that had to learn it the hard way by getting thrown out of the playoffs R1 by the Falcons last year

Not to mention Rams offense works extremely well when their whole running game is working and making first down plays. And now not only will they have Gurley coming back from a 2 week rest but have an amazing pickup CJ Anderson behind him who has essentially gotten 300 yds in 2 games since getting picked up

Even the backup will be providing all the first downs and will allow Goff to screen off and get a lot more first down plays without having to make a lot of big yder plays

#

And Trubisky didn't exactly excel against the Rams either, he won't here either. Rams D is gonna be the best shape it has been in a long while

It'll be a close one but Rams will close it out (assuming Bears even get past Nick Foles Improbable Eagles)

But because the last games the eagles have won, the pass rush has been handled, and then some

Aaron Donald and Suh with the Rams, JJ Watt with the Texans, and Kerigan with the Redskins, all handled

All had pretty bad games vs the eagles

And as mentioned earlier, trubisky doesn't have much experience

But more importantly, because the eagles secondary is not playing up to par - people tend to forget about our front. Long, Cox, Graham, Bennett are beasts in pass rush. But we also have Nigel bradham and Jordan Hicks back as LBs. Our defense may look scary on sunday
