Poirot lot of books till Cards on the Table ||Man I get the feeling ik what Curtain's plot is gonna be based on hints and stuff in these books till now. Some books seen to hint at future/other plots in the series, like i am 100% sure one of the earlier books hinted at the premises of Cards on the Table. And i think I spotted 3 or 4 references to Poirot solving his own murder by now. And ik from somewhere that Christie had planned out Curtain really well and kept it locked up or something until she retired. I am almost sure Curtain is gonna be the book where Poirot does solve his own murder from beyond the grave somehow||

Poirot in general ||Man I really like the series so much. The way the stories are structured is so good. And i really like this "psychology of the crime" approach. And the climaxes with Professor Poirot giving a play-by-play of the crime are so satisfying to read. And the style is so addictive. The books have a way of teasing and tempting you and it's like you can almost see the answer but it's just out of reach, like, when you forget something and it's on the tip of your tongue but it just won't come out. And it all flows so seamlessly from setup to crime to investigation to explanation. That Master of Mystery title really is deserved||

Spider-Man No Way Home || The movie was incredible man. Even hours later after the showing, I still keep thinking about what had taken place. The reveals for Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire was absolutely crazy to me, was glad to see them back into action, Dafoe’s performance was fucking wild as well, out of the six villains brought in Goblin really just stood out to me because of that, and May’s death was painful to witness, and just seeing how broken Peter was afterwards To add to that, the moments where he had to part with MJ and Ned before the spell that would cause them to forget Peter’s existence really just made me sad. At the same time, I do appreciate he was able to accept the consequences that spawned from the whole ordeal of trying to get people to forget who he was, a huge sacrifice for him to lose the time with ones he held dear. I like to view that as growth as a person from what he was when we saw him in Homecoming, but when I saw the classic red and blue suit, that was fucking neat too. Anyways, really cool movie, enjoyed it all the way through||
