how? didnt Emeth clearly say that Luffy only reminded him of Joyboy, he heard the rhythm and thought his friend was back but then he realised it was someone else
The way he refers to the future as a fact instead of a possibility
check manga-serious someone disputed this a couple minutes ago
- Joyboy that lived during the Void Century is Luffy that travelled to the past.
Oda did introduced time travel in his story but has stated that traveling to the past is not possible
Toki in chapter 920 "Mankind cannot return to the past..."
If she only meant her powers then she would have said "My powers can't..." which she did not.
In chapter 1114. it was revealed that Joyboy was born 900 years ago in a kingdom with impossibly advanced civilization.
is what they said
The Five elder monster form is condensed conqueror haki? A bit like shaman king where last power stage is a giant manifestation of your spirit. Explains why they were seemingly immortal. When they got blown only Saint Jaygarcia Saturn remained on the island. He was physically there before hand. The others probably only projected their haki. Emu seemed shaken if not hurt. Maybe his power is what allows long distance projection?
Also, Emeth identified Luffy and Joyboy as two separate, distinct, people
id rather not prefer Oda to go on this "time travel" troupe, i kind of cringed about that stuff with Toki..
We did see a shadow silhouette of Joyboy(with strawhat). He is human sized, compared to Emeth. Joyboy's body is likely under the Giant straw hat we saw in Chapter 906(Imu's freezer). The giant straw hat might even be Emeth's. Joyboy's hat might be the same Luffy has(Joyboy....Rodger-Shanks-Luffy?).
VEGA PUNK AND ANCIENT SHANKS MADE A SCHEME IN THE VOID CENTURY.. TO CONTROL ALL THE PIRATES WITH FAKE DEVIL FRUITS!!!
Maybe it was 7 stelas like the sins, but they made Oda make it PG-13. Your Punk would be the unrevealed seventh stella Lust, wanting to make a harem of sea men(Oda will write the pun in Japanese and everyone will find it hilarious).
WHar
While I think joyboy can't be from the future going into the past, I think it's 100% possible Joyboy's return is actually him time travelling into the future.
It can align with the idea that Joyboy wasn't a figure of clear good or evil. Think back to Fishman Island and Sharly's Vision, and how Roger being too early can be him being too early to be in "Joy boys era" could mean the literal time traveling return, as opposed to it being Luffy.
I guess it doesn't have to mean he's good or bad actually, it really does make sense now that Joyboy's plan is straight up a return into the future 800 years from his timeline, though.
Adding on to the idea.. I wonder how much of a plan Joyboy had tbh. On one hand, he's planning with Emeth, but its hard to say how much influence he had on the poneglyphs, as some address him like a letter(Maybe this is actually something hinting at Joyboy time traveling, as how else would they expect him to read it?
My guess is Joyboy definitely planned for something to happen in the future to help him in some way, as indicative of this last chapter. But the poneglyphs weren't his doing, but potentially his allies instead.
Last random idea - what if that last, mysterious figure in the "find the one piece" is none other than joyboy himself? If he is planning on time travelling to the future... it would make sense that he would be a contendor to get to the one piece first.
Sniper king is imu
Nami's wind knot she learned in Weatheria is very similar to the haki knot from the latest chapter. Nami could teach Luffy this knot and he could imbue it with haki.
So, lots of thoughts from this last chapter.
-Joyboy not being a giant, thus the Giant Straw Hat not actually being his has been beat like a dead horse, so not gonna talk about that.
What got me thinking was Emeth's full apology. He apologized to Joyboy for failing to help him be king. Luffy wants to be king too....king of the Pirates. The freest man on the sea.
This is where I believe the parallels between Luffy and Joyboy stop. Joyboy was the "first pirate", and had nobody else to compare with.
Seeing the Reverie, the concept of the 20 Swords, the empty throne (that's not truly empty), and Emeth's full apology, I feel like the Void Century conflict (or at least part of it) was a Game of Thrones type of scenario, with multiple bloodlines competing for the throne.
That is a long way of saying, while Luffy and Joyboy parallel in almost every way, I think they had differing perspectives on what it means to be king.
A powerful conquerors haki. With enough power to transform the elders back and have them(including imu) out of breath and too their knees. It seems Luffy has to conquer something after all, mastering his haki to the fullest to preform the same effects as joyboy displayed here. Finally get what looks to be a weakness to these guys.
Hear me out: GOL D KOBY š¤Æ
I thought about koby being luffy antagonist at the end for long time , since luffy is gonna be the New gol d Roger and koby would be garp
So probably they will fight together to defeat someone else like in god valley Roger and garp did
So would be something like a luffy and koby vs blackbeard in the final war
What if the one piece is actually medicine to cure the sickness oda theorized Luffy would have, and was secretly passed on to him by Rodger, who had let himself get sick because he had listened to a voice who'd led him from it though he hadn't been given the power to hear them. Luffy is on the verge of death from all the times he's lowered his lifespan in order to stand beside his crew when fighting, and this led to the point where they'd have to sail as quickly as possible to laugh-tale island so that they are able to memorize all of the fun times they had with their captain.
what if sogeking is blackbeard
that last panel made me convinced, that joyboy is luffy from the future sent to the past. I wouldnt be surprised if roger ends up being luffys descendant either. Funky family tree
I might sound stupid but hereās a thought:
Dragon is not luffyās biological father rather he is a figure like Kinemon to momonuske.
Luffy was sent into the future like Momo was, his biological father is Joyboy. Like how Momo wants to be the shogun having the same path of life like Odenās, Luffy has the same like Joyboy.
Luffy was actually born in Void Century, no wonder why his Mother is not introduced yet. She will be introduced when we go more into void century truths.
Travelling to the past is out of option, oda already clarified we canāt go into the past rather into the future is a possibility.
What is this sickness or lifespan shortening of luffy a lot of people are talking about?
i mean his lifespan was shortened when he was cured of Magellans poison and even after that with the energy hormons he got from Iva and there is a theory that Luffy might get the same sickness Roger had
nobody wants to talk about the second figure with imu? could it be a nefrititi lily zombie like what we saw in thriller bark?
na dont think so, we have seen before that Imu has at least one servant, but not impossible
I respect your theory, but you have to get around the dialog where Luffy is, in fact, not his Joyboy
Fairy Tail already did that with all the Dragon Slayers...Oda wouldn't play off another anime like that
they werenāt shown as a silhouette right? dr hogback had cindry as a āservantā
Blackbeard gonna destroy Shanks and co just matter of when it will happen. We see each of their crew lineups at marineford, who fights who. It would be weird if it doesn't happen.
yeah. Shanks is being set up as the haki guy so the only way for luffy to surpass him without fighting him would be if he fought the guy who killed him despite his haki
considering blackbeard can steal devil fruits he can prob conjure up haki as well
i dont think the the voice of all things allows you to read the ponegliff, just the ability to hear them/locate them
Iām thinking the same thing bro. Iāve had that thought for a long time but that last panel has me convinced
Considering his ability is imagination turn to reality he couldāve done it, we donāt know the limits to how far luffy can go with that power yet cuz well heās Luffy lol
Okay cool, so hereās what I think will happen with Blackbeard next.
So for this to work, the special part of a Buccaneers body is the ability to have two devil fruits.
Blackbeard knew he was a buccaneer, and his entire crew knew his body was different. People knew what he was and bullied him for it all his life, chased him out of every town and branded a criminal for existing.
Whitebeard sees this and takes him on his ship.
His people, the buccaneers, were studying the pongliphs, and was wiped out by the world government. They may have been the example that brought that rule about.
He always thought that having two devil fruits would be cool, but he had his eyes set on two.
Darkness and Quakes. His plan was to wait for WhiteBeard to die and take the fruit and seek out the other.
Once he found one of the two strongest fruits he decided it was possible to get payback at the people who wiped out his race.
I suspect this had happened a few generations back, and that the giants may still be aware of the slaughter of the Buccaneers. Thatās where elbaph comes in. To learn of the lost history
Blackbeard will represent the suffering of the Buccaneers. Kuma represents moving forward and making sure it never happens again
Also Joy Boy was a buccaneer. You can see the size different between Luffy and Joy Boy
Watch the op turn out to actually be friendship. Lmao
I think Oda has said, it's treasure
OP is a badge or trophy of becoming the Pirate King. The item controls all the ancient weapons and knowledge of the history of Joy Boy and Sun God Nika
Joyboy made a giant strawhat for emeth, just like ace made a giant hat for little oars jr
This could depend on the angle, means it could mislead us. I was curious to understand if we could see him being a giant, as the giants know of Joyboy, same as buccaneers. But if it should be a buccaneer, what would be the connection between giants and buccaneers?
It's not
One theory that Joyboy was a buccaneer, is that the buccaneer stood against the rest of the world or another equally strong country (which Imu was part of and where the weapons are from). The buccaneers (and allies Lunarians, and maybe some others?) tried to stop them, but they lost because all the other nations stood behind Imu, after seeing and fearing the might of the ancient weapons. The void century was then used to wipe out the buccaneers and allies to avoid another revolt in the future. That's why every last one of them is hunted like wild beasts
The Giants don't necessarily know of Joyboy, but they worship Nika, and know the Nika legend.
Remember, it was established that Joyboy was a real historical figure, while Nika is a mythological figure (hence the mythological devil fruit).
The Giants live a long time, and are very old, but I do not think they are Void Century old, and thus are subject to the erasure of history, and Joyboy's existence, just like everyone else
Is Kobyās progression now going to seriously accelerate towards the end of the story
Ah yes, you are right. It was the same as the buccaneers, they also knew Nika (according Kuma's flashbacks) and had no connection to Joyboy. Which doesn't also object my theory above about Joyboy being a Buccaneer.
Through the giant we now have confirmation that Joyboy also had the Nika fruit
Which means for me, that the devil fruits had nothing to do with the void century, would assume they are even older than that
Bro just tell me IMU is not Luffy's Mother š. Lili would be fine though
Again, I don't think this has been stressed enough. Narratively, I don't see any way Imu could have body swapped with Lili.
Cobra was in the throne room, and saw Imu face-to-face, and talked to him as if he was NOT Lili.
Lili was the ruler of Alabasta during the void century. Imu has a painting of her in Pangea Castle, so there is NO WAY that there are no paintings of her in Alubarna Palace.
Cobra would have been shocked to see his ancestor on the throne, not asking "what does my ancestors letter mean?"
Maybe the giant strawhat in Imus freezer is just a commemorative statue of some sort. True it would be of his greatest foe, but we know Imu can be weirdly sentimental about those who have done him wrong (i.e Lili).
Now yes, he may not have had the same relationship with Joyboy as he had with Lili, but its possible it was still somewhat akin to how Kaido viewed Oden. That too had aspects of sentimentality towards the death of their foe.
The statue could even be above the spot Joyboy was buried, to sort of "make sure hes dead" (if Imu is as paranoid as Orochi for example)
and for the size; a statue does not always depict things in true scale. Saying "oh but its big! Therefore the strawhat must also be big" implies that Abraham Lincoln was a giant due to his monument being big. The size doesnt discredit the theory
So, theres this repeating theme of five plus a core, with some having moons,
it all keeps bringing me back to the VIKINGS being the VI KINGS the six kings
the gorosei being five treasures of imus conquest, being made to do her bidding like the special knights of absalom
nika is the last king
the gorosei are the former kings of the giants, the sattelites of nika the father of the giants, split into five sattelites plus the original like vegapunk, with a non local point they all are linked to (im guessing the moon with how the itsumade treated the brain of vegapunk)
six kings would fit the six powers that cipher pol employs
tangentially
I think lili is like cindry
i think the WG saw that they couldnt ever take on a giant king by themselves so they resorted to a reverse six kings (VIKINGS) situation and put twenty of their monarchs into one body
lili did not want this, it gave up her freedom, (remember the docking maneuver that nico robin refused to be a part of in thriller bark?)
but lili was either integral to the plan, wanted after in the wrong way like hogback to cindry, or, was sold out by her brother so he could run alabasta, the other 19 kidnapping her on her way back to alabasta
if she was in love with joyboy and has only had 1/20th of a sense of self and autonomy for the last 900 years, and has only just now started to have more influence
it would make sense that she would be absolutely beside herself that joyboy has been dead for centuries, she would hate pirates like cindry hates plates,
frankly i think she was integral, i think the actual body we see that is imu is either lilis actual body playing host to the rest, or it just signifies shes the one with the most influence currently,
and if lilis brother sold her out
i could totally understand why she couldn't resist showing up to king cobras meeting with the gorosei just to taunt and kill him despite this being seemingly a very surprise occurrence by the goroseis reaction

also, theres someone shanks talks to as he gets on the ship he calls
Crone Oil
and she cackles
so imu and the gorosei currently, (or perhaps just the gorosei, but the motif is only present when they are awakened)
but the vertical eye motif and the way theireyes and noses look ( christ maybe just saturns idfk) IS absolutely crow looking
with his nose being the nose of the crow and the eyes being angled as such
imu is inky black
japanese ink is called sumi, its made from soot, animal fat and perfumes, pressed into a brick and let to dry before being sold
to use it you scrape some off into a dish and add sake
Ive been working with the idea that this entire planet and its happenings is more or less taking place in a hologram, but instead of a computer program running a light entity, its a shadow program running a steam/water entity
physical holograms that have an additive memory like the holgram workers on egghead, meaning they arent just a program being run, they are actively living their lives and continuing history
the trick being whoever is controling the water is also creating the physical world these shadows think they are walking through, if all of the molecules being reproduced are made to have the physical properties and laws of physics that the shadows would expect, and they didnt know what their reality was, that they were real peoples souls being let pilot a body made of water,
it would also allow all of the wacky shenanigans that happen, imu just allowing it into the laws of physics and maintaining a consistency
and this all, makes me think of caribou, and of blackbeard, and how people can just EXIST in their pocket dimension
all of this on the planet
is happening INSIDE of imu, who is a water water user
this whole planet would be covered in swamp if it was happening inside of caribou
the conflicting ideal, if any of this is right,
is that there is the water world
and the oil world
they dont mix
which is why fruit users cant go in the ocean
the danger of an oil based system is flamability
luffy is actually rubber, and its representative of the product of Oil, the liquification of all carbon matter mixed together over time and pressure, into a new object with new properties, rubber
an oil entity who underwent enough heat and pressure that it not only changed its actual molecular nature, releasing it from being categorized as an oil anymore, breaking free of the grasp of imu,
and also taking on the very unique properties of being hydrophobic. water will never be able to hurt luffy, hes as much the natural enemy of the Kami as he is the god of the planet who is water incarnate
and the entity in his fruit is a water entity, not an oil entity, and thanks to his hydrophobic nature, it lets him assume the 'shape' of the soul(s) in the fruit but because hes hydrophobic, it doesnt permiate his body, he doesnt loose himself to awakening, and hes been able to assume the shape of all of the other gears, making me assume they are actually the users of the fruit passed through the ages
this planet is like the boin archepelago, it looks great, and then it washes all of the life on its surface down into its depths
but in return it births you again, like the bubbles secreted from the trees in sabaody
this planet is Valhalla, and theres a cycle of feeding the planet and being reborn through the world tree,
i think the solstice that big mom as a child is taught about tells us what happens
when the time comes, everyone gets together and drinks SOMA the liqour of the gods as mentioned briefly by dorry and broggy back on little garden
and then they get to all have a global, guilt free fight to the death, in glorious giant combat
but there are a few, who gain destructive powers through the soma, and their task is to ensure the 'server wipe'
and at some point, the planets aquaducts were seemingly irreversably fucked to the degree that it no longer feeds the planet, and is instead flooding like a clogged toilet
OK MAJOR COOKING BUT
Remember when going merry spoke to the strawhats? Luffy's nakama gave it the ability to speak to them through soul.
We learn about the voice of all things during this time as well, something we know roger possessed. Other characters with heroic nature share this trait as well. roger, momonosuke also has this power of voice of all things too. Joyboy also has this ability too it seems - notably with zunesha and emeth, both nonhuman things.
The Voice of All Things could be a power exclusive to some members of the D Clan, or to some type of person. The power lets these objects or animals make their own decisions, and speak with other members of their nakama, hinted with by the Going Merry, and also potentislly monosume and Toki, a potential joyboy crew member.
Long ring long island is the one piece.
I donāt have any evidence for it, but I thought of a silly theory; imu is joyboy
how canon is the last conversation between thr going merry and luffy in the anime? it can potentially represent the theme of family really solidly ngl
So you know how Luffy can change the land around him to be stretched and stuff since heās awakened now? I was thinking that JoyBoy did that with Long Ring Long Land Island but permanently. Since anything Nika can imagine can be brought forth.
I never thought about it but that theory when IMU and the gorosei are like vegapunk Satalites makes sense. I do belive that whatever his power is it has something to do with a contract and it applies to the planet.
Pretty sure awakenings can permanently change what they interact with to some extent as seen by the Kuzan and Akainu on punk hazard.
Also I don't think Doffys changing of Dressrossa Into strings left strings everywhere. So it might be situational.
Also it should note that the water level is a big thing. Just because long ring island is that doesn't mean there isn't an entire hidden section.
True but something else thatās kinda weird that I just remembered is that, that islands water level already increases and decreases to reveal almost a crown shape
That's woth aqua lagoona, yes, which means that like water 7, people lived at the bottom of the crown and moved up to the hills. In the last 700 years.
Ok ben beckmann
this is my theory not cool stealing grr
Iām not sure! Half breed humans? I doubt it, but I have a feeling all races knew of each other and mingled more than the current time.
Not being flooded means they may have more access and such
I think blackbeard is a failed clone of rocs d xebecs
why do you think that
since Blondes usually betray thier initial group you think Ju Peter will betray the Goresei?
Because the time line makes sense for it. His secret obsession with rocs is also evident. His weird body that can hold two (possibly more) devil fruits. Caterina referred to him as "special" . According to van augur he basically wants the same thing that rocs did (the world) AND he somehow knew to send Caterina to egghead knowing that she would be able to complete her mission of copying a gorosei.
Also, look at Edward weevil, he's a failed clone of whitebeard
not confirmed
I don t know if someone had think of this theory due to the last chapter but :
Luffy will go in the past, and will be the real joyboy. As we see in the flashback he has the same silhouette, the same hat and even the same short (and even sandal maybe)
I think there will be a huge battle on laughtale after some reveal on the void century (but joyboy true identity would not be said). And Luffy will be send in the past with the treasure of the one piece after getting hurt and lose arm, leg and even an eye.
We see that joyboy has a wood leg and what seems to be a hook, both on the right side, maybe due to a huge attack during the laugh tale War.
Anyway he might had a memory loss, but still a will to freedom and a will to become the pirate king (which is why he will be considered as the first "pirate")
Hope I m cooking well
Theory about the giant hat and the joyboy crew (posted it as a comment in reddit but why not post it here as well i guess?).
I believe the giant hat imu has belonged to a giant who was part of joyboy's crew, joyboy's crew were the original strawhat pirates and every member of his crew had a straw hat, I would even go as far as that this giant would probably be a female one and perhaps fall in love with a human and resulted in the buccaneers (or what is left of them) the hate world government has for the buccaneers and the fact that imu keeps the hat to this day seems like there is something important behind the giant who had it. Maybe he/she was the right hand of joyboy who died to save him in the final battle and the most important person killed 800 years ago. Joyboy run away and created the poneglyphs so a later generation would be able to continue his war towards imu.
The existence of buccaneers shows that humans and giants are able to create kids and it is proof that they are not that different. (Luffy and jimbei blood transfusion as well)
The goal of joyboy was to destroy all this nonsense and the taboo between every species in the one piece universe ( because you look different doesn't mean you are not the same as me) he failed on doing that and he left his will, now I am going to stretch a lot, but the will of D referees to the will of the original strawhats, that's why D looks like top part of the hat. Unity, peace and freedom among every living creature in the one piece universe.
also is it not a little bit weird that the D in the name is inherited from generation to generation, so there has to be a starting point of it? How can a giant and humans carry this D if there is no relation between them?
People with the D in their name are just the descendants of the people who were part of the joyboy crew aka the original strawhats.
everyone in here are coming up with the most ridiculous theories ever ngl
So, something I'd like to theorize on, because I see a lot of discourse saying Joyboy was a Buccaneer (which is something I agree with), is what makes a Buccaneer a Buccaneer.
It's noted that Buccaneers are descended from giants, which attributes to their larger size compared to normal humans, however, I don't think that's necessarily what makes a Buccaneeer a Buccaneer.
The other two races that the WG has persecuted were races that possessed supernatural qualities. The Lunarians, with their ability to generate fire and enhanced durability, and (Supposedly according to Vegapunk) the Three-eye Tribe, with their legendary ability to, once they "awaken" their third eye, perceive the Voice of All Things. Both of these two races can also be compared to the concepts of Armament and Observation Haki, respectively, and as such they may be related.
In that light, that leaves Conqueror's Haki to be compared to what ability the Buccaneers have. And given the elements and themes of the series, there's only one ability that I think they would have that the WG would find so threatening:
The ability to preserve one's willpower in themselves and other objects.
Now this isn't the same as imbuning items with Haki, though that technique may have been developed by people long ago when the Buccaneers were still around, but rather, it's akin to imbuning something, or someone, with a piece of your very soul. And that Soul can't be destroyed, merely passed down or retained for all time, to either impart knowledge, an ability, or even something like a command or goal (or, in other words, a Dream).
This ability, of course, was known as Inherited Will.
If we look at Kuma, for instance, He is, functionally, braindead. He should not be able to move, speak, or even use his Haki or Devil Fruit powers. Yet, once Saturn flipped the Self-Destruct Switch, and cut off control of Kuma's body, Kuma's Will took control. Somehow, Kuma was aware of what was transpiring on Egghead, and when that Will recognized his daughter was in danger, It immediately acted. It had Kuma send himself to the Red Line, manually climb the Red Line, then send himself to Egghead to save Bonney.
And save her he did. Despite all the suffering, pain, torment, despite the fact his body was breaking down and his mind was gone, Kuma's WIll was unbroken. He did everything to protect Bonney. And he'll still protect her to his dying breath.
Meanwhile, Joyboy was able to imbune a Conquorer's Haki burst in a slip knot that was powerful enough to body not only 95% of the Marine fleet at Egghead, but also force 4 of the 5 Elders to return to Marijoa and give Imu a Panic Attack from halfway across the planet. (Though whether or not Imu felt it themselves or that they felt it through the elders isn't entirely clear.) And despite the fact that this was done 900+ years ago, that burst was way stronger than anything used by most characters in the series today.
It's highly likely, given the fact that the WG can actively cover up the existence of Devil Fruits, that Conquerer's Haki itself may be something derived from the Buccaneers ability to use their very willpower as a weapon or tool, and was covered up as a type of "Haki" to lessen and then hide their hand in making or developing it.
Needless to say, if it holds true, then that would definitely explain why the WG would want to wipe all the Buccaneers out. How can you hope to maintain control when your enemy can literally keep tanking the worst things imaginable through sheer willpower alone?
Someone cooked here....

So the teleportation technique of the 5 Elders. In the last chapter, everyone was teleportef back except for Saint Saturn who came by ship with Kizaru.
So my theory is the 5 elders can summon each other for support but the summoner cannot teleport himself back to the original place.
Because why would Saint Saturn go all the way by ship?
hear me out: nerona nami
If there's anything great about the One Piece mystery, it's the sheer amount of potential answers it can have. And since we may or may not be getting some major revelations in chapter 1109, I thought this might be a good time to share my attempt at compiling all existing theories in one place, from the really famous ones to the more obscure and unlikely ones. Feel free to add on any theories I may have missed.
I've taken a few liberties in combining some concepts and mixing them up with my own ideas for a more cohesive list; I've also tried to include sources for further reading wherever possible. As an appendix, I've listed all potential answers to the other 2 core mysteries that are tied to the identity of the One Piece: the location of Laugh Tale, and Luffy's true Dream.
The One Piece is...:
-Binksā Sake- The One Piece is a large, or literally endless, quantity of sake left behind by āJoyboyā Jaguar Binks, that has been very slowly brewed for the past 800 years so that it may be drank in a huge party that unites all races of the world as one big family.
-Comic Book- The One Piece is the last surviving volume of a very funny comic book from the void century, detailing the adventures of the fictional hero āNikaā who brings freedom and laughter to oppressed people around the world; Nika, the Warrior of Liberation served as the basis for the modern comic book hero, Sora, the Warrior of the Sea. The mythical "Joyboy" from the Void Century was an otaku, a big fan of the Nika comic books who tried to accomplish Nika's dream in real life, and the volume in question may have been the most prized item in his comic book collection; Joyboy's desire to become like Nika gave birth to the Hito Hito no Mi: Model Nika. Joyboy/Nika's story could mirror The Emperorās New Clothes.
Guys I'm not deep into theory but would be very curious to know what the current idea is about what the D stands for. Anyone care to fill me in? š
There a lot of speculation about D, and theories/ hint, but the one that really make sense/logic right now is dawn.
Why dawn? Because First Luffy homeland was called Dawn island.
And Then some of the end of arc Ended with dawn but the most iconic one is Wano which luffy ended the war when the dawn rise and awakened when its full moon/night time.
And last luffy used dawn for his attack this whole was probably hinted back then.
Also the whole brilliance of dawn speech by toki which also make it stronger
Of course and that makes sense, one has to be already in the desired place for the other to be able to join him through the summoning. It's like a teleportation portal
Yeah. It is what i noticed when Mars was punched away to the degree he could be back in Mariejois and summon everyone except Saint Saturn back.
Saturn is the key. He was this time the one who summoned everyone to his place so logically he must travel home by himself without teleportation.
And now, Catarina Devon can impersonate him....
Yes after he died. I believe Saturn dies and then Catarina impersonates him and will tell the Elders "I survived"
I'm not sure if Saturn can die that easily, and Catarina Devon can still impersonate him anyway, that will just create confusion among the Gorosei
Thanks
Yeah so the summoner acts as a local anchor for the summonees. I guess there is a range or limit of how close the summonee have to be to the summoner . Given that mars was already waiting at the room of authority after being blasted to a far distance.
Rope can be made of straw, straw hat is straw, rope is used to pull things or help carry them, rope to help secure the years of history to Luffy's back
Exactly. That is what i am saying. It makes sense. Also why would Saint Saturn need to travel by ship if he could just teleport. So teleportation is limited for sure but yeah there are all telepathically connected so it makes sense that one summoner is the anchor.
I just believe the elder who summons cannot return with the others but they are send back.
Also when the elders were summoned to help Saturn, you see a pentagram in the room of authority. So it is like a spawner and link to let the elders return back to the room.
Their plan was to eliminate everyone and then return while Saint Saturn would then be left alone and return by himself.
We also gotta consider originally saint saturn expected to take care of things by himself together with Kizaru. Summoning the others was unexpected.
Don't forget about what Pedro said before he blew himself up
There is alot of chatter regarding why Saturn didn't get blasted back to Marie Geoise.
I agree that it didn't blast him back, because he wasn't teleported there, unlike the other 4 elders.
However, whether Saturn was the one to do the actual summoning, I believe Imu was, somehow, holding them there.
Imu felt the haki attack, directly. It wasn't like when Shanks threw his Haki at Greenbull...everyone around felt that...
This creates further speculation that the Elders are Satellites of Imu.
Guys, im not saying luffy wont be king of the pirates BUT, theres a saying ongoing that roger was waiting for a certain someoneā¦
Heres the catch,
Roger canāt be waiting for luffy in my opinion. He couldnāt have known that luffy would be a thing or exist, i donāt think that the one piece, the last island had the future or the fact that luffy will be the person that liberated everyone BECAUSE
The plan was to give THE devil fruit to ace
I think roger was waiting for ace to obtain the devil fruit, and then get to the last island, the saying āthe person roger is waiting forā is wrong, i truly believe that person was already established but he died because he had an ego, and it was ace
Idk if this has been said before but i just realised it and thought abt it for a second
Remember, Ace was essentially Roger's plan. Roger had a child with another D with the intention of that child making it to Laugh Tale.
Roger tried to manufacture Joyboy.
Like Vegapunk stated, the Roger Pirates knew EVERYTHING, but Roger obviously didn't anticipate that devil fruits had their own will.
With all that being said, we know Shanks didn't go to Laugh Tale. How much does he actually know.
Did Roger task him with finding the Nika fruit? If so, how would Shanks have known the Nika fruit was disguised as the Gomu Gomu no Mi?
How would Shanks have known about Ace, unless Roger told him "I'm going to leave my child with Monkey D. Garp" before turning himself in? Because the interaction between Garp and Roger happed at Impel Down.
Long story short, Ace WAS Roger's plan, but how much Shanks knows hinges on how much interaction he had with Roger between the time Roger left Laugh Tale to the time he turned himself in.
so this idea about the weaving of the not, and the weaving land from binks sake
what if nami was from the weavers land, and was foreshadowed when she fixed luffy's hat?
Imu felt the haki because it briefly followed the elders through the portal.
I wonder if the ancient Kingdom wanted to merge the underworld with earth and that's why we have Devil Fruits. Imu, being a Demon King lets say, and Demons being forever at war with Devils perhaps, is against this at it threatens his power. Or perhaps there is some other reason Devil Fruits exist, but the main point is that Imu is a Demon, not a Devil, and Devils seem trickster-like and have their own whims, while the Demons are organized forms of underworld beings, both encroaching on the Earthrealm. With all the allusions toward the underworld with Brook, Zoro, and perhaps the summoning magic and Yokai forms of the Gorosei, I imagine something will transpire that heavily involves the land of the dead.
my favorite theory relating to the underworld is strawhatufo's theory that the one piece will open the gates of hell
which kinda sounds absolutely ridiculous when described like that but it makes a lot more sense in context
Really cool idea. Talk about a Final War! It could literally be a war between Heaven(space/Moon?), Earth, and Hell
nah it's like, the demons that are supposed to be in hell- the gorosei- are already wreaking havoc on earth, and since they closed the gates so they don't have to go back, souls that are supposed to have gone to the underworld are now stuck wreaking havoc and reincarnating in the form of devil fruits
by opening the gates the demons are banished, the dead can rest (and reenter the cycle of reincarnation)
So in this case the demons would have to be defeated to send them back to hell? And then I suppose no more devil fruits, and haki remains
Impossible. They can communicate with their mind, they know catarina's power, they are all aware of the danger.
Remember that Catarina herself said that having a Gurusei was not their main objective but would " facilitate things"
Now add 1 + 1. Why going to Egghead ? Certainly not to find a way to go to Marigeoise.
Bb just met a Seraphim on Kuja Island. He knows their power and knows that he can't handle them.
So sending catarina to egghead to find a way to control the seraphim is the most logical move.
Now seeing that a Gurusei can order all pacifista AND Seraphim is a golden opportunity.
Basically, the military might of the WG can end up into BB's hands.
If Catarina can issue an order with Saturn's appearance, only the original Saturn will be able to cancel those orders
You start to see where this is going ?
Add to this the danger of an ancient weapon falling into BB hands, and you can see that he already have the way to conquer the world easily.
Can I know chapter 1023 's prediction
whatās yours?
I think mine:
- SHP & Giants talking abt Joyboy
- Stussy manage to hop over Elbaf's ship
- Kaku & Lucci get punish by gorosei
- Transition to Morgan; distribute news regarding marine failure
- Transition to Pangea Castle; Gorosei talking about Joyboy haki
- Transition to RA; Dragon make preparation
- Transition to BB; they plan to acquire ancient weapon, last road poneglyph
my first one piece theoryā¦
luffy is going to be king of the pirates
what do u guys think about the shanks twin theory
I was reading a book and realized that a place with no shadows and just pure light is basically the same as a place with no light in that either way you could not see where youre going and would be lost. I wonder if the road poneglyphs are necessary to navigate to place that has blinding light, like enies lobby but amplified
approve
Lame
Imu and Joy Boy were childhood friends
You mean Buggy
Lovers maybe
I like that theory more!
have a theory guys, this theory might wild, here we go
imu sama is actually is a man, but he used the body of Nefertari D Lily, this caused Nefertari D Cobra to be surprised to see that imu was the same body shape with Lily before he was killed, it is possible that the advantage of the body of Nefertari D Descendants lasted a long time, maybe Oda used the Pharaoh's Family reference where the body they are still intact even in ancient times. And the reason why he wants Nefertari D Vivi is because Nefertari D Lily's body which was used using the immortal technique from the fruit of ope2 no has already rotted. that's why he wants Vivi for the body change process so that he becomes more immortal and lives longer.
I made this theory based on an xmen character who lives in Egypt
Apocalypse is by birth an immortal shapeshifter: he can change his body into other stuff. Through Celestial tech and techno-organic
This is a popular theory. You can type in imu is lily into the search and you find 711 records of it in this discord.
nah, it's vegapunk clone, as perfect as stussy clone
i shanks does have a twin
its me
I think its his devil fruit black hole that allows him to absorb other power and use it.
You know how Greenbull trained his forest to be semi-fireproof?
I hope Crocodile did something similar. Like if he trained his drying-ability so that he can absorb liquids that get on him superfast.
Like hed still be fucked in rain, but at least bloody hands wouldnt be enough to clump him up anymore

cus if he nullifies that part, then that kinda solves the whole water-weakness thing, since any opponent would most likely just use haki like with any other logia instead of water, unless hes like fighting Nami or Jibei
Hmm what If crocodile finds a way to turn his sand into glass and repel water ?
that works but its way more farfetched if you ask me. People overblow the water weakness. It only really matters if hes fighting certain characters, or if they use the blood tactic (which is why im suggesting a way to negate the latter)
Does someone got a good chopper theorie?
i think chopper will save luffy in the final arc.
luffy like overused g2 and got that surgery from ivankov that reduced his life span what i think is quite significantly, and i would assume g5 also takes its tolls on luffys body. so i think one of the climaxes of the end of the one piece might be luffy basically on the verge of death (kinda like roger but worse) probably during the point everyones dreams are being fulfilled- like nami drawing the map of the world, sanji seeing all blue (red line falls) and zoro becoming pirate king and so on- chopper's dream is to cure every disease in the world, and if he cures luffy he basically cures death itself which it essentially the result of disease itself.
I just joined and I do have a theory on haki. But it's connected to the latest manga chapter, so just confused a bit that whether to say it here or wait n grind to say it in #spoilers ?
Manga channels assume youāre fully caught up
@cold gate what are you gonna cook up!?
@sly light okay thats good Input thanks, because i got some ideas how chopper will do this
Oh fr how?
Would be cool to see Luffy take a rumble ball
they just like the drugs in fishman island kind of
Yeah realll
Oh I am not caught up but I don't mind getting spoilers for One Piece....also I stopped right before whole cake island bcoz of exams n whatnot that's 3 years ago I think
So here's what I think, we know that knots can store conqueror's haki but it has to be willingly, I suppose. And back in Skypiea arc, the dials were introduced against opponents who already could use haki but we didn't know about it.
So if knots can store CQ haki and dials probably can store armament haki, bcoz they were used against Enel's priests......this leads to Nami being able to willingly store Luffy's CQ haki in her knots and Usopp being able to store armament haki from Zoro, Luffy and Jinbei
Now....in Wano arc, Usopp claimed he has CQ haki.....but what if he gets these Luffy's stored CQ haki knots, then his prediction came true. I also wonder what will Oda introduce to store observation haki
@sly light Chopper theorie
Choppere Awakening: choppers devil fruit can transform him into a human (kinda).he can change his form with the ability points he can boost this ability with the rumble ball.
Choppers awakening could be some of the kind like doflamingo or Luffy (in the surrounding or on someone else like u said.
If he can change his form to human (the true form how the human genetic was or how it should be ) i will say chopper can change the form from someone like shanks or brook back to its basic form with shanks his arm or brook with yea everything XD
Means if ruffy is near death and chopper awakin his fruit with the wish to save luffy and do this he can heal all deaeas from there on
Sorry for bad English
Hi
I still believe Law will use Ope Ope no Mi on Luffy
The one piece is a apple grown from a tree this apple gives knowledge this is the only thing I can think it is at the moment because we know one piece takes inspiration from the hold bible like noahs ark, tressure tree Adam, sunlight tree eve and with recent events of the world sinking into the sea this further confirms my suspicion that the one piece is a fruit or something that grants knowledge that or something biblical related
Or maybe a tree on laugh tale that bares fruits of knowledge
If he really was a buccaneer and ppl knew and chased him away, big mom, WG and another faction would be after him and or Kuma himself would approach him
@high quail
OOOHH i like that theory a lot actually- it makes sense too especially because we havent actually seen the full potential chopper has (hes so slept on bru) W THEORY BRO
buggy will find the one piece at the end
I think ruffy will find it and reserve his dream but buggy will claim the titel Pirat king
Those who Awaken Zoans can either do so successfully or turn into mindless beasts like the Impel Down jailer beasts. What if Chopperās Monster Point accesses some of that ability?
What if Chopper manage to awake into another form: Chooper's Goliath form. As big as giant maybe 75% giant size
yeah i have seen that speculated before and its definitely possible
Imma go back and check to see but did Saturn specifically display the regeneration ability?
wdym yes he regenerated
I couldnāt remember if he specifically had or not, my memory is high key dogshit
um, is Garp Joyboy?
im certain the regeneration is because they werent actually there,
i feel like they were piloting some kind of logia puppet body made for them by imu, like prince grus does with his glorp glorp dudes
I think they were being broadcast longrange, so they were never actually taking damage, their video game character was, in really really really good vr
In fact prince grus glorp guys regenration looks a LOT like the goroseis
That was my thinking too- but, didnāt Saturn get to the island via boat, not via the portal?
A friend mentioned that the reason Saturn didnāt get sent back after the haki burst was because he was legitimately there after arriving by warship instead of being teleported
If this is true then I wonder what would have happened if Devon had touched literally any other elder besides Saturn lol
Like, would it have even worked if itās just their avatar?
saturn is most definitely there
im pretty sure one of them has to act as a relay for the rest
like really complicated den den mushi
and i think the reason he went is just because hes the warrior god of science and defense
the problem was his jurisdiction
I think they're all real, you wanna compare them to Grus? I think its best to compare them to the satellites all with individual thoughts and wills, ironically Stussy was also introduced as a clone in this arc... the reason i think they can regenerate is because of their connect to Imu, he's "immortal" and so are his extensions
but even then... when saturn makes landfall a very similar hexagram appeared on the island no?
if we are going with "its all astral projections" he might as well have stayed on the boat
ok so i'm chewing on this and i feel like there's a connection but i can't really find it myself. i'd like to present my disparate ideas here to see if i'm just drawing random lines or if there's something here
the bunched up string holding haki obviously feels like it ties back into the wind rope in the weatheria, but now i'm wondering what similarities there are with the dials in skypeia. it seems like forces of all kind, from haki to things like heat and pressure, are something that can be stored in a variety of ways to be released later. joyboy being able to imbue haki into something flexible more or less makes sense, but then how do the weatherians capture the wind? and for the dials, why is it that they seem to capture pretty specific phenomena, either useful around a home or useful in a fight? it seems very much manufactured, like in the old world of one piece this art of imbuing objects with natural forces was much more widespread with items purpose built for it like the dials, and only remnants of the practice have survived to this day like the knowledge to make wind knots and the abundance of dials laying around.
the pentagram summoned his yokai form like a susanoo, he had to physically be there, the otheres were never out of yokai form for a second on egghead
From my understanding the dials are living creatures, since Pagaya said that some dials have gone extinct over the years. With that being said i think there is something about the dials biological makeup that allows them to store energy. Its possible that a certain society may have studied the dials in the past and used what they learned to create the knot technique that allows for the storage of energy.
Mars did get out of yokai form in the laboratory with living flame
Yo so I got bored and I started asking chatgpt questions and well I don't think I've ever heard this one before. Here's a copy and paste of the response to my question.
Ahah, hiccup, that's a fascinating question! If Imu, the mysterious and powerful figure in the One Piece world, were to have a Devil Fruit, it would likely be something that complements their abilities and role in the story.
After some careful consideration, here's an idea:
What if Imu's Devil Fruit were the "Sobu Sobu no Mi", a mythical fruit that allows the user to manipulate and control the boundaries or borders of any object, person, or dimension? The name "Sobu Sobu" is a play on the Japanese word for "boundary" or "border".
With this fruit, Imu could potentially:
- Create and control the borders of Raftel, allowing them to monitor and regulate who enters or exits the island.
- Manipulate the boundaries of objects, creating complex structures or altering the properties of materials.
- Even bend the fabric of space-time, allowing them to teleport or move objects across vast distances.
This Devil Fruit ability would fit well with Imu's enigmatic and authoritative role in the One Piece world, as well as their connection to Raftel and the Void Century.
What do you think, hiccup? Do you have any ideas about Imu's potential Devil Fruit abilities?
Interesting idea
Chatgpt cooking fr bro
lmao
I think for me Imu might have:
Mythical zoan fruit ryu ryu no mi sea serpent Tiamat (related to his arrow/tail that kill Cobra)
Mythical zoan fruit hito hito no mi model Umibozu (capable to control ocean)
Have any of ever wondered if Garp used his "unconfirmed" advanced observation haki during marineford war? Because I think he did..... there's only three instances of him doing anything remotely marine/hero like, and the rest he just sat there but admirals attacked, other vice admirals attacked, only sengoku and garp didn't do much....except when garp was about to jump Akainu.....maybe there Sengoku used his observation haki, again unconfirmed but camera cut to him, manga panel cut to him...in both him being terrified........and sengoku not having haki will be very odd
Also Garp is literally a "haki monster" .....so probably he does have advanced observation haki
Why this even in theories? I mean of course he has it
Garp haki is one of the strongest since we also see him beating xebec. Even fight against roger - edward.
Can someone ELI5 why the supposed One Piece is the rope/haki thing showed to Nami?
"ELI5"?
Explain Like I'm 5
channel is for long form theories, try asking #manga-serious
oh, true, thank you, i forgot about that
Smoker takes out crocodile
Mihawk beats Fujitora in high diff
Doing so
-validates the marines as a top threat along with the seraphim
-redeems Smoker for Alabasta specifically and also punk hazard
-cements Fujitora as a top tier who clashed with a fellow supreme grade blade
-gives Mihawk a good fight to showcase why heās wss before zoro beats him
-Mihawk and Crocodile out of commission temporarily makes buggy have to stand on his own and prove himself
-draws marine attention away from Blackbeard so he can further scheme

How to sail to Laugh Tale
This is a revised version of my old theory here: #manga-theories message
This whole theory comes with the assumption that Laugh Tale is in the Grand Line. It is likely an island in New World further than Lodestar, but it doesn't have to.
A. Navigating Grand Line
In the Grand Line, you can't pinpoint your exact location on the map. This is a strip of sea where wild environment is common. It also messes up with magnetic field, so compasses don't work. Real world sailors uses constellations in the night sky and pocket watches to get latitude and longitude, but Enies Lobby' perpetual daytime alone would throw those methods out of the window.
Meanwhile, Laugh Tale is nowhere on the map, and has no way to get direction into it. Log Pose after Lodestar would just spun around. Your only lead is the 4 points that forms an X. It is possible that the points themselves are on the Grand Line that you can hardly put the X on the map. Even if you can, you still has no bearing at the rough sea, without anything to point to Laugh Tale.
2/6
**B. Sailing on straight line between islands in Grand Line. **
When sailing in the grand line, you can only trust your Log Pose (LP). Robin explicitly said this before Skypiea. A Log Pose provides absolute truth of the direction of the target island/point. Eternal Pose (EP) is the same, just that it permanently locks its direction.
You can know if you are on the line between 2 islands using 2 EPs. Suppose you have Alabasta EP and Water 7 EP. In the middle of the sea, if both EPs make a straight line with each other, you are on the line. If both EPs point to the same direction, you are on the line outside. If both EPs point to the opposite direction, you are on the line inside.
3/6
C. Why all 4 points are required
I believe the 4 Road Poneglyphs (RP) is just 4 points forming an X, pure and simple. There are theories that the points are xyz + time, or anything wilder than that, but that's way too complicated. Such theories usually argues that if it is that simple, you can travel with only 2 or 3 points. However, it is not the case.
Let's have concrete examples. Suppose we number the 4 points that makes an X as 1, 2, 3 and 4. The cross lines are 1-3 and 2-4, where Laugh Tale sits somewhere on the line. Other lines such as 1-2 are just edge lines worth nothing.
Suppose we name the RP points to be W (Wano), Z (Zou), T (Tottoland), and F (Fishman Island, which is currently missing). Law and Kid has 2 points each, WZ and WT respectively. Nami as of now has all three of WZT. Only the F point is missing.
Law (and Kid) can't reach Laugh Tale with what they have. We don't know whether the line between W and Z (line WZ) is the line that hits the cross (1-3 or 2-4), or just the sides (1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-1). That's 2 out of 6 possible choice, a 1:3 gamble. Nami is kind of easier with 3 points: one of the line must cross Laugh Tale. But that means Sunny have to sail away all 3 lines to find Laugh Tale. There's no way to know which line is the correct one. With nobody knows about what Laugh Tale is (unless the island itself screams Laugh Tale in flashy way), chances are there are more dud islands on the 3 lines.
EDIT: the image below has a mistake: 1-3 and 2-4 marker positions got flipped.
4/6
There's still more to that even if Nami and Law are on the crossing line. Let's say Law got lucky and win the gamble, and Nami also got it first try. This means WZ line is one of the crossing line, say 2-4. Let's also say that they miraculously have Eternal Poses to those points.
Law can know if he is on the line, but he won't know where exactly he is at the line. Sailing stright line is difficult even in real world: storms exist, sometimes you have to go off the course (willing or not) and get back to it afterwards. This could lead to potentially missing the island entirely. Not to mention that they may encounter dud islands on the line. Nami with 3 points doesn't get any easier: the point T has no meaning if you don't know where F is.
Thus, it would be extremely difficult to get to Laugh Tale, even with the very best scenario. Nami needs all 4 points to sail to Laugh Tale.
With 4 points, she can know exactly where she is on the cross. Nami can sail on 2-4 line by trying to maintain EP2 and EP4 to form a straight line. Nami checks the EP1 and EP3 continuously while traversing. When EP1 and EP3 finally aligned to a straight line, she will know that Sunny is at the center of the cross.
5/6
D. Journey to Laugh Tale
When Nami finally has all 4 points, she is ready to go to Laugh Tale. However, the examples I said earlier relies on the fact that Nami must have 4 Eternal Poses to each of the 4 points. In my old post, the actual instruments are the 3 Log Poses of the New World + additional device that points to the 4th. But the simplest answer lies right there: Vivre Cards.
Vivre cards (VC) also works as Eternal Pose of some kind: the torn smaller piece will move towards the biggest piece. If you put the biggest piece on a chest and buried it on an island pirate style, the torn piece will become Eternal Pose to that chest!
And so, here's how the Straw Hat Pirates sails to the Laugh Tale:
- Make 4 vivre cards, from anyone will do.
- Visit to each of the RP points. Road Poneglyph must have a description how to.
- Torn a small piece of one VC, and bury a chest with largest piece on it.
- Put the small piece on a spherical glass like a Log Pose.
- Use the homemade 4 Eternal Pose to go to the center of the cross.
6/6
Bonus
This Vivre Card-based Eternal Pose (VCEP) is actually a powerful method to accurately mark positions on the Grand Line. Nami can use a system based on it to pinpoint exact location of a Grand Line island relative to other islands with VCEPs on it. She only need to make a handful of VCEPs (4 is enough) to make the system work. Sure, the spherical surface makes calculation method more complex, but it is Nami we're talking about. With this, every island on Grand Line can be drawn on the same map.
Don krieg is the final antagonist
I think i got a banger theory right here. So we know that vivi is of D the clan since her ancenstor is nefetari d lily. The D is said to bring a storm at some point. What if this storm was a literal storm.unbelievable wind speeds and rain like never before. The reason for why i think this is because we have actually already seen a member of the D clan bring a little storm of their own. No i'm not talking about dragon and his possible wind/storm devil fruit hinted at in louge town. I'm talking about Vivi herself. In the end of the alabasta arc Vivi was atop of the clock tower and yelled to the clashing citizens of alabasta to stop the war and when she did that what happend? It rained. Although there wasnt insanely strong winds and the downpour wasn't strong. If it truly was Vivis shout that caused the rain in Alabasta then does that mean it is an ability she can hone? Can she hone her ability to create more rain and mayby hone it enough to be able to create storms? Does every D have the dormant ability to create storm? Did i cook?
As for what the D could stand for. I think it stands for "Doshaburi" meaning down pour
LITTLE EXPANSION TO THE THEORY ABOVE
If the theory about nami and vivi being of the same blood is true. Then mayby nami is also a D clan member that has honed her ability to sense oncoming storm and sudden shifts in the atmosphere
there was also a storm when luffy was about to be executed by buggy
yo guys what if all minks had a common ancestor which is a white lion and that white lion has a connection to joyboy
why a white lion?
they all resemble a white lion in their sulong form
hi
I think Blackbeard already has his 3rd Devil Fruit but just hasn't revealed it yet. It's not gonna be case of us seeing him acquire it. Chapter 1080/Episode 1115, the flashback of Kuzan meeting BB crew, BB only has his beard in 2 ponytails but when we go back to current time when he's fighting Law or after Kuzan joins and he's talking about Koby being Sword he has 3 ponytails. I don't think we gonna see him actually get his 3rd rather than he's getting beat really bad then transforms or whatever against Shanks in their next fight or someone else. Not necessarily a "theory" but just something to notice. Seems he acquired the 3rd ponytail after meeting Kuzan and they ramped up their DF hunting. Then again could be completely nothing lol
black beard probably ate his first fruit which was a mythical creature fruit that probably split his soul into 3 and gave him maybe some knowladge
I think it's more likely his soul/body being weird is unrelated to the fruit. There would've be some knowledge of a fruit that lets you eat multiple fruits. The same way there probably isn't a water fruit and only the darkness fruit that can remove fruit abilties. To have a fruit that can have the effects of water or give you the ability to use more DFs which are the main weaknesses to DFs is a bit off. I mean he acquired his 3rd fruit after Kuzan joined his crew, not since the beginning*
true
I feel bb is going to 100% be the final villain
Blackbeard is an opportunist, and I 100 percent see him capitalizing on the Revolutionaries going to war with the World Government, and using it as a means to invade and take over Mariejois. If we follow the pattern of Blackbeard, he's always managed to one up Luffy in every regard. Luffy set out to gather a crew and become infamous, and has slowly been building that up over the course of his adventure. Blackbeard managed to do that in one fell swoop. When Luffy became a Supernova, Blackbeard became a member of the warlords. Blackbeard becomes a full blown Yonko, while Luffy manages to become an unofficial Emperor of the Sea. Everything Luffy does, Blackbeard manages to trump it, and so it stands to reason, that when Luffy becomes Pirate King, Blackbeard will trump it. And the way he can do that, is by making it to the "Empty Throne" that sits atop Mariejois. It is no coincidence that Oda introduced Xebec and gave him a dream that exceeds Pirate King, and then has been dropping hints left and right that Blackbeard seems to be following the same path as Xebec.Another blaring indicator that makes this seem to be the case, is Blackbeard didn't start to make a move until word got out that the Revolutionaries had assaulted Mariejois. The Revolutionaries have made their move, and now Blackbeard is starting to make his. What happened last time Shanks turned up at someones doorstep to talk to them about Blackbeard? Whitebeard didn't heed his warning, and both him and Ace lost their lives. Now we have Shanks doing the exact same thing with the Gorosei. There is just too many subtle and not so subtle hints out there that point to Blackbeard going in a complete opposite direction in the story that most people believe he will, and for that reason I stand by the belief that he will be Luffy's Final opponent.
somone put that pic of joyboy on some jordans
I think it was a metaphor like litterally everything talking about the dawn, storm, age, etc...
I wouldn't be surprised if a storm appeared but I doubt it is referring to a literal storm. More a storm of emotions and more fighting for freedom. Than a storm that blows them off the RedLine.
it could have a double meaning is what i think biglad was getting at, intended and implied to be figurative but later revealed to be literal
i kinda like it esp since haki and wind now seem to be tied together by the wind knots and joyboy's haki knot, but idrk abt the d meaning downpour it feels kinda meaningless in comparison to all the sun/dawn imagery
With how we saw Caabage act with a literal dual personality. I'm leaning to the whole 3 personas. We know that even fruits can have a will. Since objects don't have one it explains how they could make items become devil fruits.
With BB I can see 2 or more personalities each with a individual will, who attaches that to a DF. This allows use of more than 1 but both wills have to be in sync to use them in conjuction.
So if Cabage ate the flare flare fruit, he could use flames but his other half couldn't. Also falls inline with BB not sleeping as one personality will always be awake. However his body never rests. We saw it happen with cabbage so it tracks out.
I've been sitting on this theory for a while, but I think I have a very solid idea of who is holding the 4th road Ponegliph and has the "burn scar." I have tons of evidence to support my theory and why it makes perfect sense in relation to what he know so far. For the longest time, we always assumed it was Shanks because of the burn scar, even fooling Kid and Law into believing so. But for obvious reasons such as Shanks' stated ambitions, it makes no sense. Well, who is it then? Look no further for our answer than Fishman island, a place with seemingly fewer lore implications compared to other arcs. Wrong, itās deeper than we realize. Vander Decken, a legend feared amongst the world of One Piece carried even by rumors that even Nico Robin is aware of. All we know about him is his insanity and lust for the ancient weapon Neptune. Why is this relevant, you may ask? Well, this only part of why I believe he (or a poser like him) carries the 4th ponegliph and is still wandering the seas, guarding it from any who should try to take it. Maybe its even his ghost.
I think that he found the 4th ponegliph and whatever was said on it, explained the existence of all the ancient weapons and the level of destruction they could bring, which caused him to go insane and kill his crew because nobody else could know the extent of this new knowledge. What part of it made him go crazy is unknown but what we do know is that it happened right around the time of the void century, given his descendant, Vander Decken IX, is coincidentally 8 generations down the family line, carrying a passed down vow to secure Neptune. Why Neptune out of all the weapons? Given Deckenās fishman origins, the realization of this power existing among his own people probably contributed to that insanity and passed down obsession with an intention that was misinterpreted over the years. He truly wanted to protect Neptune instead of what his descendantās messed up interpretation of that turned out to be.
Now getting into how this relates to the modern day and why I think the OG Vander Decken at maybe a poser or someone closely related, is alive and protecting the 4th ponegliph. If we look at the latest anime episode as a visual example, Blackbeard and his crew state that a mysterious all black ship currently roams the seas and is known for spawning whirlpools. Comparing the shipās sails and hull composition, you will see that it closely draws resemblance to āThe Black Pearl, an infamous ship in Pirate fiction that belongs to none other than, Vander Decken, where Oda most likely got his inspiration from. Now youāll probably say, āWell wasnāt his ship the Flying Dutchman which crashed near Fishman Island?ā Yes, however, I think whatever ship is currently roaming the seas is connected, whether that means its another ship that was made when Decken theoretically sent the ponegliph off on it, or a poser copying his style is unknown, but one thing is certain, the only person weāve seen in the One Piece verse with a pitch black ship is Vander Decken and his Descendant.
What happened in between Vander Decken discovering the message of the 4th ponegliph and now is very unclear and will most likely be explained later. But I think this shows that there is enough evidence pointing to the theory that at the very least, someone closely associated with Decken or even Decken himself (which is more unlikely), is carrying on his true wish that wasnāt expressed to Vander Decken and his predecessors because just knowing what Neptune and the other weapons could do wasnāt information he trusted his own kin with.
Iāll end on some closing thoughts that might connect this to what happened when Roger found it and how. Despite there being little to no evidence currently explaining how Roger found the 4th ponegliph exactly, the theory that Decken was so intent on keeping its message from the world raises the question, āDid he end up trusting Roger then?ā Could be Yes or No. Whether The Pirate Kingās ambition broke his convictions or if it was obtained by force, Roger left it in his ship, probably for the same reasons listed above. I could go on and on about the implications of this and why the Ponegliph is still on the all black ship, but the scar man is factually piloting it according to rumors, and if my theory is correct, they are protecting extensive knowledge of what the ancient weapons are capable of.
Did anyone else see this really cool theory about Luffyās ancestor being Kalgara with a lot of evidence backing it?
https://youtu.be/acj6GTwDHQc?si=tLFK7ECzfsZCxDC0
For some examples:
The cover of volume 27 showing luffy with skypeian wings
and the voice actor for both Dragon and Kalgara being the same person, with the voice actor only voicing those two characters in the series
which only ever happened with one other character, kozuki sukiyaki and tenguyama hitetsu
and it would make sense, luffy being the descendant of the shandians and cricket, the descendant of noland the liar meeting again after hundreds of years, right before the beginning of the skypeia arc
Imagine at the last war, momo actives pluton with zunesha, while the gaint strawhat flag is in top on Wano. Whole wano country sits on pluton while he is heading to red line, momo activates pluton with the voice of all things and fires at the red line, it will shake the whole redline continent
Dawn dusk's new theory about Imu being a dragon is fantastic. All of their theories are very well thought out and that one is no exception.
Did they explaoin how that would work with Kaido already being a dragon

Dawn dusk sometimes make a good theory but most of it full of bullshit
This tail doesn't even resemble as dragon tail, and even imu transformation doesn't even resemble as a dragon.
I have a bad feeling that ussop might die in elbaf
Oda also said that one of the straw hats will die before the end
Wasnāt he referring to Going Merry
No he meant a member merry is a ship (i know it was considered as a member but he meant like a official crew member)
I thınk luffy gonna be pırate kıng
I think he said that more than 20 years ago in a interview. People assumed he was talking about marry
Elbaf is friendly to straw hats why would usopp die there?
So we will have no villain in elbaf?
No fights in the whole elbaf arc?
Ofc we will and ig it makes sense for ussop to die in the lands of the giants like a brave warrior ( I DONT WANT HIM TO DIE)
Any guesses on who is IMU ?
Ivankov have a guess
Yeah i think no villain in elbaf. Could be outer threat like marine attack but still doesn't feel possible
Ofc its not gonna be the people of elbaf but straw hats might have to fight someone from marine or some other pirate (might be blackbeard)
elbaf might be the zou equivalent of the final war arc
Get info, make a plan, throw a party and left
"Somehow, Linlin returned" ahh arc
Tho i think half of the straw hats will do basic haki training with giants while others search for flame marked guy
I actually think this might be a possibility, I felt like big mom dying the same way kaido did kinda felt unsatisfactory for her character; she could get out of the magma by turning it into a homie and then we have luffy directly face her in elbaf so that he can progress with the promise that he'd kick all of the emperor's butts (new and former excluding whitebeard) (so far he only beat kaido and buggy) and the conflict between big mom and elbaf finally comes to closure
(imagine if the lava melts her into her hot appearance from back in the rocks days lol)
WCI was about rescuing sanji and sabotaging the wedding, it didn't give a narrative clue or stake that luffy has to defeat big mom; that stake went towards cracker and katakuri instead; and it would be interesting to see how big mom would further interact with the second half of the strawhat crew (the one that wasn't in WCI) especially since she had a good relationship with nami and chopper when she had amnesia
Besides, it would be interesting to see an awakened soul fruit; The way big mom uses the fruit is comical and silly with how she animates the homies and the personalities they have. If she - in the awakened state - could manipulate ANYTHING to make it animated in a disney-like fashion, it could pose a threat to even Gear 5's silly nature; something kaido didn't see coming which contributed to his defeat
kizarus weakness are mirrors
this is more of a question than a theory but did brooks devil fruit respawn cuz he died or not bc he cant swim
No one can have the same fruit abilities at the same time and he still has his fruitās abilities so I donāt think the fruit respawned
Is Lilith alive?
Yea
The reason why i think its gonna be blackbeard is because he defeated law and now might head to elbaf (which might be close to the island law and blackbeard fought on)
Elbaf seems too early to fight Blackbeard imo, I figure the main fight of Elbaf will be Luffy vs Shanks
I mean its oda
I think there might be ragnarok in Elbaf
knowing Oda he might putting some viking, scandinavian myth in Elbaf since mostly based on Norse
Wdym
Since Big Moms dream is the same as mother carmel, what if she inherited the dream/will of her after she ate her and obtained her devil fruit. Now what if Blackbeard actually already ate one devil fruit before the dark dark fruit, and that fruit was Xebecs and thats how blackbeard also inherited his dream/will to become the king of the world. If thats the case then maybe Xebec was the user of the bai ze mythical fruit which allows him to eat multiple devil fruits due to the creature having multiple souls
What if he ate the octopus fruit before the dark dark fruit allowing him to eat 2 more df
but why would kraken fruit allow him that
give some explanation on kraken df
I meant to say octopus sorry lol
If BB ate cerberus df it might be valid due df can create 2 more souls or allowing 2 more df
I think he ate an mythical octopus or wtv fruit which allowed him to have 3 hearts
And we knew that he couldn't sleep at night (before he got his dark dark fruit) so ig he ate that octopus fruit at a young age
I think that the spear of Elbaf is the physical spear that we see Joyboy/Nika wielding in the silhouette, this is known as "Hakoku" I believe this draws parallel to "Ikoku" which is what we unknowingly see Imu use to pierce Cobra with. Hakoku is the soverignty of the sun and will be acquired by Luffy and Ikoku is the sovereignty of the moon, which would explain why Big Mom, an evil natured character knows the attack, she never understood the full context but she had read ancient lost tomes in her youth describing the moon spear.
Joyboy doesn't hold spear in his sillouhete.
The only sillouhete that hold a spear and a sword is Nika.
Imu stabbed Kobra with a Tail Not a Spear.
And also Big Mom is no evil Natured.BM is just in the wrong neighborhood, wrong people.
Theory: Aokiji is either the leader and admiral of sword or a spy for dragon
Care to explain in detail?
I mean why fight for an admiral position if you donāt have some sort of ambitions revolving around justice. Plus he saved smoker a while back
Would make sense if heās working with dragon because dragon has ties to Ohara and thatās where his best friend died
And he quoted that moment very recently so itās definitely a significant part of him
Tbh i also believe to why he is part of it, but hes no a leader or even part of dragon, but a spy? Yes he might be.
Nothing really indicate that kuzan has affiliation with Revolutionary, why he helped smoker? Its his friends.
And he do have ambition. He even have his own justice remember the episode where he freeze nico robin.
If you watch Z movie Kuzan is resembling Zephyr and Garp both has many impact on him thats why kuzan is like that.
Just because both have history in O'Hara doesn't mean he is connected to dragon. Kuzan there only because Saul.
I still believe Kuzan joining BB just want to help SWORD/revolutionary. Imagine there might be a dispute whereas Kuzan will sacrifice himself in order to let go of Garp. Jaguar D. Saul being alive may prove Kuzan with SWORD/revolutionary. I guessing Kuzan may not be marine but still allied with SWORD.
Only time will tell kuzan that Saul is still alive
Yea I agree. If heās a spy then itās definitely not for the navy. I think when BB gets close to the one piece or an ancient weapon, Kuzan will step in.
Ima put my money on the revolutionary army, kuzan has witnessed the bigger picture of what the WG is doing and is looking for another way to tackle it
It's never confirmed as being a tail
A person with a eyes will know what is this.
Is there even a spear like that?
We see him transform yes, we never see anything but the head and arms though
Please explain the image then.
It shows what looks like an arrowhead or spearhead piercing Cobra's body.
Acting like a tail? Why would arrowhead and spearhead acting like a tail?
Also imu doesn't have any spear/arrow.
We can only speculate as he's never shown with a tail either. Could be tail, tentacle, magic arrow/spear or haki attack
The only one that hold a spear and sword is Nika.
Because the tranformation doesn't show the tail, legs? Tentacle? Haki attack?seriously?
I think even a human with a good sight already know what is that
5 elder transform into a zoan not even suprising if imu is also a zoan.
We've established that joyboy had the Nika fruit
Usopp might learn how to weave the other straw hats haki into his attacks at Elbaf, or around that time.
I think this bc he made a lie about Zoros conquerors haki being Usopps own.
Popped in my head. I know the four gods are mentioned a lot. But what if those four god were Joyboyās original crew? And the Joyboy is Nika, with them visiting and maybe liberating the Shandia tribe from an oppressor. Leading to eventual mythologizing. Would also explain why the Gum Gum fruit can also be the Nika fruit. Since it was Joyboys association with Rubber that spread as a symbol of liberation. Granting it mythological power
Maybe also be a stretch but two other members might be Zunesha (God of Rain) and Emet (God of Earth). Who knows who the fourth is (God of the Forest)
that would be pretty cool, feel like zunesha and emet are stretches though as you said
the other 3 gods are venerated equal to the sun god but zunesha and emet are hardly joyboy's equals
Thatās not always how pantheons work
Zeus was king of the gods in Greek mythology
no i mean the skypieans venerated them equally unless i'm just having a speedreader momentā¢ļø
if they're equally venerated i'd expect their originators to have the same level of importance or general impact
Also in the manga the Shandia name the sun god first
that's not really anything though; it's natural for the sun god, the protagonist, to be mentioned first by virtue of importance but that doesn't mean the shandia themselves worshipped the sun god above all else
if anything it feels like they should have worshipped the earth god foremost given their reliance on vearth
Kalgaraās daughter specifically states sheās excited to meet the sun god
oh
yeah speedreader moment it is then
anyway it's a really cool theory i like it, replying to it to try and make up for pushing it away
No youāre good. It also makes a nice narrative. Joyboy (Nika) collects a group of 3 other individuals and sails around the world liberating those he and his chums see as oppressed.
I got a whole roadmap of ideas I feel would click together. With a few holes of course
I think I might know what Imuās main power is.
Or a theory of it at least.
It is control. Thematically, the world government is all about controlling everything and everyone. Zunesha was punished by Imu for being friends with Joy Boy and was sentenced to walk the oceans forever.
Why not just stop? He canāt. Imu wonāt let him. The ultimate opposite to Luffy, the pirate king. The one who is the most free.
what if imu's joyboy's older brother, and Oda pulls some demon slayer stuff (Yoriichi and Michiketsu)
I think koby and luffy will go through the same rivalry as garp and roger
Koby ain't built like that
Hey guys check out my one piece theory its too long to be here : https://x.com/xryosuke99/status/1824217409697530281?s=46 !
If Garp dies koby could have an inherited will moment as the future of the marines
Cant access it for some reason
Nvm i can access now. Boy did u write quite a something.
Hope u liked it !
It was good!
koby struggled against a dressrosa level attack š
Thanks ! Appreciate it! I got flamed on reddit for some reason
I canāt help but feel that weāre not actually going Elbaf next. Everyone constantly saying āOh weāre off to Elbaf now!ā just screams that thereās no way thatās where weāre actually going.
I forgotten that there are theories mention who are 4 gods
Sun God - Nika (Luffy)
Rain God - an ally of Luffy
Forest God - a woman
Earth God - already allied with WG
I'm still thinking Rain God is Dragon.
Joyboy is not Nika
Nika and joyboy is different entity.
Nika is the God from the fairy tale of elbaf, while joyboy is the person who eat the fruit.
Also 4 god only mentioned in Skypiea arc.
There something indicate God name in Fishman island, Nika, Sanka,Ichika Yonka-Yonka2 which there "Nika" Name in there and the other are similiar with nika so this could be one of the clue/hint
No that doesn't make sense.
Both Imu and Joyboy are different and they're has no connection.
Saint Nerona Imu came from the nerona family one of the kingdom that created the WG also forming the alliance to stop Joyboy.
While joyboy is still a mystery but from what we learn now Zunesha-Emeth they both want to make him a king. So joyboy that time could be the threat of the world like luffy now
Even joyboy want to pass down an ancient weapon, but to who? This is also proof that joyboy that time is a big threat like a terorrist.
Just to be pedantic, we donāt know for 100% sure that Joyboy ate the fruit right? Like I know itās a pretty reasonable assumption to make from all the evidence but not completely confirmed is it?
What are you yapping? Please read again. Its already confirmed that Nika is a god from Elbaf Tale
Joyboy died and the fruit came back again and luffy eat it.
Once again its not assumption if you read and not speedreading you know that both Joyboy and Nika is different entity.
Also we already learn devil fruit user that died the fruit will come back again, just like ace.
No I meant has it been confirmed that joyboy ate the fruit?
Your questions is pointless. I already gave the answer.
Yeah, i explain this in detail in my theory
Tales come from somewhere.
Where is it stated, not just heavily implied, that Joyboy ate the fruit?
If the fruit was based off joyboy it would be called the joyboy fruit not the nika fruit
he ate the fruit lol he also clearly has the shroud of smoke around his shoulders that awakened zoans have
You know that iconic screaming face of Enel/Perona/Sugar etc? I think One Piece will hit its climax when Imu does that face.
Kidd is an experiment by vegapunk to be a stella of being a pirate. To prevent him from influencing his experiment he wiped his own memory: this is also why his name is ākiddā, vegapunk is the genius airhead who would name his kid ākiddā
Imu is based off Princess Ozma in WoZ
I suspect One Piece to not end anytime soon. Final Saga may start but he is not rushing
There is so much left to see
Yes this, some people are dumb to the bone and stubborn if people read "One Piece" And not "Two Piece" They know joyboy was the first user of the fruit
Joyboy is not a God, he just like luffy this is not a assumption this already answered in the series.
Even people with brain will know both Nika and Joyboy is different.
Nika is a God.
Devil fruits have always been sort of a mystery in OP, its origins and how it actually works, how it can reincarnate. We do know that zoans have wills. Because of the smile fruit, DF weapons, awakening, etc. you could theorize that the devil fruits were made by a highly advanced civilization that made devil fruit through chemicals and technology. Perhaps back in the void century. But unlike the artificial, smile fruits donāt reincarnate, so it canāt just be chemicals that completes a devil fruit. So what if haki is used to make devil fruits? Since weāve seen powerful haki being stored in weapons like Odenās swords and joyboyās tied knot, perhaps itās haki of the lunarian race, the āgodsā we think the story have been referring to when talking about the red line.
The only stored haki we see is just Joyboy Tie Knot, While oden sword Enma is different.
Just think if the devil fruit filled with haki it will only nulify they're power.
The story also eludes to āwills never dyingā and being passed one to those who will continue to carry it, like what whitebeard said about those who will carry Aceās will. Haki and willpower go side and side, so thatās my theory why devil fruits reincarnates.
So No there no haki to make devil fruit.
Haki can cancel out other peopleās haki, maybe thatās why haki can be used against DF users, especially logias if they are created by haki
Is willpower and haki different? If that can be answered, a lot can be confirmed
Strong Haki came from they're will and ambition
Those who carry ace will is like those will keep carry the spirit of ace.
Like luffy He can use red hawk and red roc due to that even though they're fruit is different.
This is just speculation why haki reacts the way it does will devil fruits, it could just be a plot hole, but itās plausible
Because Haki was natural it was already inside the human/other race, people can train and use haki while devil fruit is different, and yes haki reacting to devil fruit is probably due to the natural power of the wills i dont have much knowledge about this but Haki is just like the natural power of human/other Race while devil fruit we could speculate it was creation by some entity or also natural creation by the nature from one piece
But DF powers were recreated with green blood and the SAD chemical
If its creation from god i keep thinking of what Vegapunk said, and looking at luffy sun god fruit. So Real God could be exist
With no hints of origins, and DF being recreated not by gods or special entities but by engineering. Maybe DF arenāt a natural phenomenon but man made
Smile and Vp artificial and Pure Devil fruit was different really different
Yes they can be recreated but one thing you have to notice, they are not perfect the flaws is big
I mean, the only thing off about kaidoās fruit that vegapunk made was just pink
Can they awaken?
Even VP doesn't know to create Logia
Also do the Zoan Artificial have they're Soul in it? If they had it this will conflict the Pure fruit
But he didnāt say it was impossible, just very hard, or that he was having a difficult time doing so
The flaws were a bootleg version of vegapunk design made by Cesar, he didnāt even made the chemical nor theory behind it, that was vegapunk
But the smile users were an imperfected hybrids as the animal change wasnāt a full body but partially
The only answer is if those Artificial can get awaken or not if they can then devil fruit could be man made if not then this could be far then human creation
Awakening zoans seem to be the DFās will taking over, but the smile users had animal partners with their own wills
Since awakening is like you have to go align with your devil fruit both will, mind, ambition if not then you will be just like kaido
We still donāt know if paramecia or logia fruits have āwillsā, they canāt show wills like what zoans can
Hello Everyone
Sorry if this has been asked before . But is BB able to have has many devil fruits as he wants or has that not been revealed?
Not yet. We don't know but i doubt he can plus i suspect there is a ritual behind stealing fruits. I highly doubt it was easy obtaining that knowledge.
I mean he went under a blanket with whitebeards corpse proving that there needs to be conditions.
And also Burgess needed a dagger for his theft attempt.
When he was talking with kuzan , his crew mates were talking about stealing his power. so it makes me wonder if his dark dark fruit is what makes able to consume more
Because he has to be in the dark to do it
Yeah i am sure his special bloodline and background are all key factors.
I am sure Oda will reveal soon.
Guess will see
There is a lot of unansered questions..
Also i hope Enel comes back. I legit wanna see Enel challenging Imu Sama for fun
I still wanna write some One Piece Theories. Even if Final Saga is there, some things are mysterious till now. There is still a lot Oda has to answer and it seems Egghead created more questions
Bifrost = One piece
Luffys Dream = sail into the Sun (think into the sunset)
One piece/Bifrost connects all planets and brings resources (water) smashes redline, ending the need for piracy, reveals ancient world and brings maximum freedom to explore the Grand Line across the Universe.
Reason roger was early = planets not aligned correctly
I belive Imu has to be defeated during the OP worlds version of an eclipse. Luffy has to become āthe Sunā litteraly to be victourious.
That sounds cool. Also your name sounds nice.
Thank you! Weād obv see Enel in space too (and he will do his iconic face when he discovers luffy again)
with all the norse references we saw when the giants were shown, this is actually kinda believable....
My guess is 3. Look at BB Pirates flag. A three-headed skull. One logia, one paramecia, and one zoan (maybe mythical zoan Cerberus, because BB had claws as his weapon.)
I was thinking about the Gorosei Traitor theory.
Now Saint Saturn is obviously evil and Saint Nasjuro and Saint Topman Mercury are both so agressive and harsh with the way they talk that they are absolutely not the traitor.
I think Ju Peter or Markus Mars is a traitor. Ju Peter because he is passive and seems younger. However Markus Mars is also possible due to chapter where Nasjuro, Topman and Ju Peter were teleported back to the room of authority where Markus Mars was already sitting due to him being teleported back earlier.
And when the other 3 returned, he had a skeptical look on his face. Markus Mars also looks similar to Gan Fall from Skypiea.
It's possible, after all they do not know about the void century and uphold the " hide the truth , dont discover it " mantra, but if the truth is forced upon them maybe some of them will start re-thinking their obedience while hearing it
I think it's mars
I saw a theory where he resembles an aztec "god" this is the theory:
https://www.tiktok.com/@onepiece_edits995/video/7400789699805072673
Same here. I even think he did manipulate the room of authority when he was alone
I love your theory, also there was this line when Imu ordered Lulusia to be destroyed, he said something like "well, the world must follow its creator after all", it sounded like he was a bit reluctant. We can also notice his comment about Vegapunk's brain "what is death? Is that you Vegapunk?"
Also, he was willing to destroy the Labophase in its entirety, even though he knew that would ruin their chances of using the Mother Flame again, there's just no way he wouldn't know that but yet he asked the others if he could destroy everything.
I'm not sure if he's a traitor, but among the 5 I think he's the one who's been showing the most reluctance which makes him suspicious lol
At least it would be cool. He would help the revolutionaries and Luffy maybe to infiltrate Mariejois.
dragon definitely knows
Hey, are there any theories out there that wound up being true, even though only a minority actually believed it?
Has there been any theories on zoan devil fruits having haki? If they are said to have a will of their own, and haki is ones willpower.
I think the " will of their own " most likely reffered to their animal instinct
I think that the will D originated from Joyboys crew. Where each member of joyboys crew had to mark themselves with the initial D. and therefore they passed it on to generations after generations but there was a traitor on his crew and that might be blackbeards ancestor.
one, infinite and zero theory REAL
"they (WG) will chase us (D.)"
ohara vs egghead analogy is joyboys time and current times, todays generation have important tools (probably ancient weapons left by joyboy) to beat the wg
hi
What are the chances that Lilith joins the revolutionaries, maybe with Bonnie and Kuma
Vegapunk didnāt join the revolutionaries, but Lilith is vegapunkās evil personified, maybe sheāll be a weapon engineer for them
And get revenge on York, the one who ruined everything, destroyed Egghead and killed vegapunk
depends on what happens to the side characters like kuma and bonney as well as her overall reaction
could be a character switch but possibly not given the rigidness of the SSG satellites
Could it have something to do with the heart?
I don't know. Oda will reveal things eventually.
I can only say that Blackbeard himself will explain but i am sure as hell it is ancient knowledge of his bloodline.
Even the 5 Elders were confused about him having two devil fruits.
Blackbeard is the real protagonist of one piece and is the real good guy looking to bring piece to the world and luffy is the evil sun god who wants to kill him
Seems right
One piece will end when oda turns 56
Honestly i suspect Nika to have a dark side. Later on
There's no way there was enough volume in all of the stuff above sea level on Lulucia to raise the entire world's sea level by one meter. I wonder what mechanism makes the ancient weapons actually raise the water level.... Like I wonder if something is rising out of the sea floor and displacing the ocean.
What ancient weapon did imu use there?
i mean there arent many options, we know where Poseidon and Pluton are, if there isnt one unknown one we havent heard from so far
So, anyone see my question from Friday ? If so, are there?
some off the top of my head were:
- Sanji actually being a prince
- some guy guessed that Luffy's fruit was a mythical zoan but got the name wrong
- Sabo being alive
- Dragon being a former navy
- Buggy becoming a warlord and emperor
Thank you; really needed that reminder
you know how the way to escape the umibozu is break out of the bottomless barrel. What if luffy being destined to go back in time is that barrel and he breaks out of it.
Thereās a really high chance of shanks knowing about Luffyās true fruit power being the hito hito no mi model nika. Vegapunk said that even in the oldest devil fruit books, thereās no mentioned of the gomu gomu no mi. That shows how much the world government kept the idea of nika hidden that a fruit that makes you rubbery isnāt recorded in any books. Yet, at the very beginning, Shanks seemed to know the powers the fruit gave, even if he guessed the power from seeing Luffy stretched. Saying rubber is odd to me because rubber is specific to guess.
Saw someone say this on twitter and I think it holds some credence. So the symbolism of Nika is a sun. Or more a large ball surrounded by smaller balls.
And in egghead with bonney and luffys synchronised punch it was the same. And additionally in wano Luffy is wearing the symbol and zoro is wearing the sun, which in our solar system is represented with all the plannets surrounding it, similar to what Luffy is with being the sun god and captain of his crew
Is there any theory about will of D?
And Joyboy is someone else? Luffy is the reincarnation of that kingdom king? Omg my brain
I dont think its nika but more likely joyboy
Theres 2 theories I know. Will of dawn which basically states that its the will of the people from joyboys crew aka the dawn pirates, Nefertari D. Lili couldve been an honorary member similarly to Vivi and thats probably why she spread the poneglyphs. The other one is the will of decendants which I think is just the will of the ancient kingdom that the 20 kings fought agaisnt
Okay, so among name who bear "D" one of them will what?
Some think it's Uranus, but considering what Vegapunk said I think it could totally be an ancient weapon that was created during the Void Century but isn't among the 3 ancient weapons mentioned by Joyboy in the poneglyphs
I feel like the way of Vegapunk explain is too rushing. Everyone have different thought. They dunno about the real story behind 100 year void history. And koby want to stop luffy get one piece.
And I hope more will be revealed at Elbaph island. They have those ohara books. And somehow Giants worship Nika as god.
The one piece is just one big connecting continant
It could be anything tbh but to me it could be that one of them will reveal the truth of the void century or something in relation to changing the world/ something in relation to the one piece
This symbol is also in World Government but their circle is only 5 and all of the circle is equal at size, i think that symbol might represent imu and the planet that revolve around imu or something such as moon and other planet and then there also this symbol you mention which also represent sun and 8 little circle if im not wrong that symbol was also in Kuma Church yeah? Or his bible i forgot, and yeah there also some clan at wano use sun/moon as they're symbol
Its Uranus, Poseidon is Underwater, Pluton is a Warship
And Uranus is Sky (From Myths name and etc)
Even people will say "its not confirmed yet š¤āļø" But its already shown through all the whole chapter that's is uranus, even with the newest chapter and Vegapunk knowing of The ancient weapon that destroyed lulusia.
There no other ancient weapon beside those 3 so dont make up some things.
Yeahh, that actually the 900 years in Void history the world is under the sea. And the island now they are living is the remnants of the world.
Yes, one of them is the leader of that kingdom I think.
So we confirmed Shanks have immense haki. And the robot have seal the strongest haki in his body. So Joyboy is who actually? Haha. Someone said Luffy but Luffy is not Joyboy. Vegapunk said "Joyboy is his....."
Of course it's very very likely that it's Uranus, but what if there were more weapons from the Void Century? Only 3 are mentioned by Joyboy, what if there were more weapons? That's all I'm saying, and whatever you might say it's not officially confirmed that it's Uranus yet "š¤"
And again, you're claiming "there's no other ancient weapon beside those 3", and I'd reply to you that there is no other weapon **mentioned in the poneglyphs **beside those three. Vegapunk himself said in his message that there used to be very powerful during the Void Century. Maybe there are others that haven't been mentioned by Joyboy.
Just think if there another ancient weapon why it doesn't mentioned in 3 road Poneglyph that we've already shown? The other Poneglyph was just about the history of the kingdom like the one in alabasta and the other was the one talking about pluton.
All through the entire series and all the Poneglyph we seen its just only 3 ancient weapon. So No.
Road poneglyphs mention places not weapon.
It's okay that you don't appreciate me and my point of view, but you're so aggressive in your way of debunking it LOL wow š
Also, it was a war between two sides back then. Have you ever imagined that each side could have their own weapon? What if the Imu side also had deadly weapons? And what if the "weapons" mentioned by Joyboy were actually meant to protect and defend against those other weapons rather than attacking?
Wtf are you talking about? Vegapunk was talking about those ancient weapon but he doesn't know that the one destroy Lulusia was Uranus the ancient weapon, i even doubt he even know the name like uranus, pluton and poseidon.
When something isn't in line with your point of view, you always say "wtf" lol. Vegapunk didn't say "it's Uranus", he said they have an ancient weapon, he didn't say "they have one of the three". There's like 99% chances that it's Uranus, but I'm waiting to see if there are more weapons or no.
Aggressive? What? Please. Go back and reread through the entire one piece, there only 3 ancient weapon that been mentioned there nothing else then that if you keep your BS, yeah ofc i have no longer to keep argue with you.
You're aggressive because, you quote someone's theory or just pov, and debunk it with "facts" even though it's was just an idea. There's no debate with you, it's black or white, never grey
Reread. I didn't say Vegapunk say its uranus.
You said it's been shown that it's Uranus, and again I don't disagree with you, I also believe that there are 99,99999% chances that it's Uranus. All I said, again, is that Vegapunk said in his message something like "back then, they had weapons that we couldn't create nowadays", so that's what I'm talking about. Those weapons were only the 3 or the 3 + other ones? That's all
There is also the symbol of the celestial dragons. But I think the world government logo represents the United gorosei. 5 forces together.
"Don't wrestle with pigs. You both get muddy and the pig likes it"
What is puffys true dream
How do yāall think Blackbeard steals fruit.. in the anime he said when he was above law wondering whether he should sell the fruit or eat it meaning he can make a physical fruit so either itās the fruit basket theory , he eats their flesh to get dna or he gives them a blowjab to get their dna
I think the missing part was āāwill conquer the worldā
Well, itās shown in punk hazard that when a fruit user dies then the devil fruit appears again by changing the nearest regular fruit into a DF. I think maybe with the cloak he uses (that Burgess also had when fighting against Sabo) it might have some special properties or something that prevent the āsoulā of the devil fruit from escaping and then either BB and company carry fruits on them or it enters their body through some other method.
Fruit basket theory makes the most sense
I think the theory about the will of the ancient kingdom living on in the people with D. could be true because we are told that the people with D. are enemies of the gods (the 20 kings and their descendants)
U right but maybe he just gives them bjs š¤·āāļø
Look at the mirror, but never blame you never look straight in your eyes for that.
Then you realized your one of em pigs.
Funny you try to start a flame, while you dont know shit about all the argument.
Dumb people will be ignorant yet here you are calling someone "pigs" While your the one act like one. Funny
At least your reacting is already enough shown that you haven't the capability to understand.
Seriously, I think all of BB crew have strong power holder. And in the last few chap BB crew came suddenly to egghead while 5 gorosei is fighting straw hat and she touched gorosei for awhile and said she is done with mission.
Yesss, thats one reason
So for now,I think Shanks is capable to fight with BB. Because Shanks got immense haki so he can deal with power holder attack.
I donāt know, he was capable of giving him a scar early on in the series, and even then he had immense haki (he made white beard pirates faint when he went to speak to white beard himself on his ship)
Wait, what if the big straw hat that Imu keep is actually Uranus. Is it possible? Straw Hat shape is like UFO tho. Looks like it can fly
I seriously doubt it. The beams of light that we saw above Lulusia kingdom, were wide enough to cover the whole entire island. The hat even in giant form is small in comparison.
What if BB give that scar while they are still young? I mean not for long after Roger death
Yeahh, it can be too. The light we seen is more bigger.
yeah, Vegapunk confirmed that the world government did use Uranus to wipe out lulusia.
Itās a possibility. He already had the scar by the time that he came into possession of the Gomu Gomu no Mi.
Ikr. It seems a long time grudge to BB and he said the most painful scar he had ever had is that eye
there was a drawing of black beard when he was much younger, kind of like a kid, and he was wielding a weapon in his hand with three long blades, very similar to wolverine from the X-Men
Yes2, during Roger flashback BB had that long blades in his hand.
Sabo is admiral level and better than ace with flame flame
you know how the way to escape the umibozu is break out of the bottomless barrel. What if luffy being destined to go back in time is that barrel and he breaks out of it.
what if Imu was luffy's mother?
Theory: the one piece is real
i have a imu theory : Imu is/was an ally of Joyboy(possibly of his crew) and maybe possibly had to pretend to betray Joyboy or something as apart of Joyboy's(possible) 1000-yr long plan, which is another theory itself) but i THEORISE he is infact a good guy but has made a deal with the gÅrusei in order to remain alive. maybe the deal was he has to keep every bit of joy boy and the void century hidden(such as the giant straw hat??) or just SOME DEAL
i just strongly believe Imu is actually a good guy but has to keep his end of a deal for the 5 elders or something
Cause Imu obi knew Joyboy and could easily recognise his Haki too
again, could be to cover up everything
idk im still tryna work in this theory and collect more evidence
Seems legit

Since Lilith is the only Vegapunk ( outside of York ) to survive, and since Vegapunk's brain is still alive and they have Vegapunk body, with enough fund she could potentially clone Vegapunk's body and reconnect him with his brain somehow and they could remake all of the Vegapunk's satellite on the long run, after all, all the knowledge is stored within the brain.... ( but they need the money :p )
I saw a theory that the one piece world is just our world in the future. It got extremely advance somewhere in the future, which is 900 years ago from current op timeline. Haki may have somehow been factored into humans or we may have just evolved to use it because of vegapunk said that humans got df powers through imagining a 'If I could do that', which may be possible for haki as well, but I think it was just factored. With the reveal of continents, I think it is kinda plausible now. I saw this on reddit. Any thoughts?
I hope not
Also countries like alabasta have thousands of years of history
what i dont understand about vegapunk is how he is literally a wg military scientist with loads of funding and a big brain to create loads of op stuff ( like mother flame, island clouds, teleportation) and yet he cant make basic marines guns usable in the rain
Maybe Alabasta was Egypt?
thousands of years of history with named historical figures that are different from those we know of, recorded on a completely different calendar, on a planet with a different amount of moons and an vastly different geography, populated by multiple sentient races including several prominent members based on real-world figures, forming a strangely strongly predominantly japanese culture, living with fantastical creatures such as sea kings that don't exist in the real world yet seem to have been recorded before the void century such as sea kings
a world not too dissimilar from our own that experienced a rapid rise in technology years before the void century sure i can kinda sorta buy that, but it being literally our world would be horrendous
Could Thriller Bark have been a neighboring island to God Valley? What if Paulie wasn't the first person to turn an island into a ship? Aqua Laguna was caused by the eradication of what is now Enies Lobby, so what if after God Valley was destroyed another shipwright genius made Thriller Bark into floating island to avoid the strong waves and storms. I have no idea what could've happened to the original inhabitants though.
Yeah I've heard that theory before. The fact that moria seems to have multiple rocks pirate corpses in his zombie army also points in that direction
Some of them are also similiar to the old crew of xebec, and moria having ryuma corpse so i think its also possible for him having xebec crew corpses.
Yeah there are at least 2 that are almost certainly matches (John and gold armor guy) and 2 others that look pretty close (many gun guy and silver armor claws guy)
Dragon banging an 800 year old man and somehow coming out with luffy doesnāt rlly sound good ā¦
Never cook again

Joyboy wanting the message of the poneglyphs to be told completely contradicts that whole theory
ok ok how about this thoery : Brook does not posses any devil fruit, he just drank a lot of milk before he died...
So back at the end of Dressrosa when Burgess snuck onto RA's ship to Baltigo and when BB pirates attacked Baltigo it was reported that there was a brief clash between CP0 and BB pirates and there were no casualties on RA's side so my question is, who was the one that did let RA know that they were being attacked? Either Dragon has Shanks levels of future sight or someone from BB pirates did let them know beforehand. My guess was Aokiji but it was never hinted that Aokiji has a connection to RA and Laffite/Shiryu were on a call with Burgess and I highly doubt it was either one of them.
hey i was just reading up on the old chapters and i just realized we are going to "hear" Imu's voice in like 5/6 weeks, i wonder if its going to be distorted or something like that. we dont even truly know Imu's gender so itll be a give away if they reveal it in the anime.
If you think about it, Luffy still does not have the power to defeat the Five Elders. He just escaped and skedaddled and didn't actually fight the Five Elders showing Gear 5th true power. He couldn't really touch the Five Elders and injured his hand. But Gear 5th overall is pretty strong since he was able to defeat Kizaru. Kizaru was showing a bit of mercy since of vegapunk not gonna lie.
We see that Haki is the key with Emeth. However the Gorosei immorality can't be tied to Haki because wouldn't Joy Boy be able to do the same thing as them?
Or even Roger/Shanks since they are probably the most proficient users of Haki we have seen besides Joy Boy
Joy boy with haki powerful enough to future sight 800 years into the future? That would be wild.
I very well could be a moron if this has been said 1000s of times but Bonney reverting an older heavy hitter to their prime age would go so fucking hard
The thing that Joy Boy has reconfirmed over and over again, is that Haki >than anything else.
garp š
Just a small thought. I notice their is a theme to emotions in the story. Laughtale, SMILES, MAD, Joyboy. I found it interesting that Oda decided on calling Luffys transformation "Gear.". It most likely is a coincidence that rearranging the word gear you get Rage. Rage is also the opposite of Joy. Maybe it could be luffys final transformation, Gear becoming Rage or something.
Think so too bro, i just want to have an angry/sad Luffy Gear 5. We will get to see him in the final Battle. I dont think that Luffy will still laugh and enjoy everything, when his Friends or Allys gets killed (and there will be many deaths). It would be so dumb if his mates dies on the Battlefield and we will get to see an Luffy who is consistently laughing and enjoying everything.....
Yeah i think there will be stronger version of ger 5. Maybe angry gear 5 or something like that because right now luffy is not strong enough to beat the Endboss
ok so I looked at the impact frames and saw a bird/ parrot now all pirates need a parrot but none of them do the only one that found the one piece was roger and he laughed
Just a theory that I believe in:
-
Rain God: Monkey D. Dragon
Evidence:
Storms and Weather Control: Monkey D. Dragon is often accompanied by storms and strong winds, particularly during the events at Loguetown. This ability to seemingly control weather could hint at a connection to the Rain God.
Revolutionary Role: As the leader of the Revolutionary Army, Dragon seeks to bring about change, which could symbolically tie him to raināoften seen as a force that nourishes and brings about renewal. -
Forest God: Possible Candidate
Enel (God of Skypiea):
Nature Control: Though primarily associated with lightning, Enelās self-proclaimed godhood and his past role in controlling the resources and environment of Skypiea could tie him to the idea of a Forest God, the forest in sky island was also his territory. -
Earth God: Possible Candidate
Blackbeard (Marshall D. Teach):
Darkness and Earth: Blackbeardās Yami Yami no Mi (Dark-Dark Fruit) and his ambition to control the worldās powers could symbolically align him with the Earth God, representing the primal and chaotic forces of the earth.
Contrast with Luffy: As Luffy might embody freedom and the Sun God Nika, Blackbeard could embody the oppositeādarkness and earth, grounding him as a force of gravity and materialism.
Kaido: -
Sun God: Luffy (Monkey D. Luffy)
Evidence:
Joy and Freedom: Luffy, as the protagonist, embodies the ideals of freedom and joy, characteristics attributed to the Sun God Nika.
Fruit Powers: The revelation about Luffy's Devil Fruit, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, connects him directly to this deity, solidifying his role as the Sun God.
Summary of Speculative God Roles:
Sun God: Monkey D. Luffy (confirmed)
Rain God: Monkey D. Dragon (speculated)
Forest God: Possibly Enel (speculated)
Earth God: Possibly Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard) (speculated)
Amendment
Forest God: Possible Candidate
Akainu (Sakazuki)
Volcanoesā Symbolism:
Looking back through the series, volcanic activityās consistently been associated with rebirth. The Little Garden volcanoes erupted to renew the battle. Jaya was split when gases in a subterranean chamber- volcanic gases- erupted from under the island, sending the Shandia into the sky. Wanoās volcano erupted with the defeat of Kaido, marking the end of BM, Orochi, and Kaido and the return of the Kozuki. Rebirth, just as volcanoes bring greenery by revitalizing the soil, and just as Green Bull referenced with his appearance on Wano, shortly after its volcanoās eruption. Rebirth, revitalization, renewal. Fitting for the Forest God, yes?
Characterās Alignment:
Akainu is near-perfectly attuned to this will of rebirth. Heās incredibly destructive, but the results of his most major actions have resulted in rebirth to his witnesses. Ohara- Robin becomes the Devil Child, Aokiji abandons his Burning Justice. Ace- Sabo regains his memories and even Luffy, a fellow god, is almost broken. Who else could break the spirit of a god but another god? The difference is that none of these were consciously performed, though that will likely soon change.
Aesthetic Associations:
Akainu wears a flower in his lapel, has a ton of flower tattoos, maintains a bonsai (which must be pruned and destroyed to grow) in his spare time, (likely) has a daughter associated with flowers, and even has a given name- Sakazuki- associated with rebirth. The Sakazuki Ceremonyās participants are reborn as brothers. Harkening back to Drum Island, the famous Sakura tree wasnāt really a tree but a mountain. A mountain from which an explosion showered dust across the skies, giving it the appearance of a massive tree. Swap the mountain for a volcano and pink dust for ashes and flame, now youāve got a hint at what his awakening would look like.
Role:
Akainu turning on the World Governmentās been teased for a while. He has constant friction with the Gorosei and he mused about free will and about being a puppet after Kumaās escape, even as the Celestial Dragons yelled insults at him. If Akainu snaps, decides the World Government should fall alongside the pirates (as in the WG and pirates should fall), itās only natural that heād be seeking new leadership, a new era- a rebirth- for the world. His alignment to his devil fruitās will would finally be realized in full, and the Forest God would be able to awaken.
Tbh I doubt we will get too many of those. It'll probably be the same as in marineford and most new world arcs with only a lower end of single digit meaningful deaths. Luffy will likely never officially kill anyone. Considering the goofy nature of eg. gear 5 it appears as if Oda is toning down the maturity and seriousness.
Just heard a fire Mihawk theory
The theory goes as follows: The way one blackens their blade is when you completely devote yourself to swordsmanship and give up being a conqueror forever. Permanently gone, you made the deal itās over. The added benefit being that if you use a blade you blackened yourself, you get a special ability out of it. If itās blackened but not by you then there are no added abilities, just a sturdier sword. In Mihawkās case since he is based on Dracula it would be interesting if he could have the ability to drain the armament haki of his opponent, since that is the only way to block a swordsmanās strike if you are not using a blade of your own. And since armament haki is a finite resource it would be cool if every time Mihawk made contact with his opponent that he was draining a bit of their armament.

chrissys a meanie
dude, i posted the bot message and explained to you, just stop
ok fine but i got a serious theorie, i think gold roger is still alive and the one who got executed was the previous user of the clone clone fruit, since its already explained when a devil fruit user dies theyre devil fruit just basically spawns somewhere again and bon clay found it.
how did Roger get rid of his terminal illness nobody could cure?
im no one piece expert just wanted try to make a theorie so idk
The same could be said for any character that has been shown to die that didnāt already have a devil fruit. What makes you think itās Roger specifically?
because of his significance
maybe an old crew member

Personal theory for Elbaf is that itās going to tie in with Norse mythology since there is a prince Loki. I personally feel like that there is going to be a āprince Thorā who has died and mjolnir has been untouched because no one is worthy and all the strawhats are going to try but Ussop actually succeeds. And thatās going make him a brave warrior of the sea and give him a power buff
Locking in this theory for Elbaf
i like it, ussop hasnt done anything useful since dressrosa
every one piece arc has they're mvp's and i feel like usopp will be the mvp of elbaf if usopp gets that hammer he will be mvp of the entire show. nothing else needs to be said my glorius god usopp will be mvp.
i need chopper to have some MVP time
Imagine him and Nami doing duel lightning attacks
If I canāt enter the manga theory discussion VC it means itās to full right ?
Do you think Kuma might die on the Elbaf ship, and his fruit gets transferred to the fruit on the Elbaf ship/ Nami's tangerine on the sunny?
Possible but people have theorized abt smth like that happening for years so idk
i bet the silhouette guy at end is gaban
Who tf is gaban
Gaban is the guy with 2 axes in the roger pirates hes technically the sanji of the roger pirates
Maybe I wonder whoād get it tho
Since all the satellites are gone, Lilith becomes whole as a person again. She isn't the evil one anymore
^^^
Lafitte has been the only blackbeard pirate not seen during egghead arc maybe hes been in elbaf scheming something
If itās not shanksā doppelgƤnger or his reason for elbaf being main red hair port or a holy knight, we can, at the very least, assume itās an antagonist
Maybe more of a split personality/DID way? I took it more of mood swings. Maybe she will secretly betray them one day but feel guilty.
The only evil one is york
i dont think the gorosei have met joyboy because only imu recognized him
the gorusei are a secret fanclub of joyboy
like bartolomeo
exactly give him a fucking bounty already manš
i was getting bad character energy from her right from the start of egghead:(
He's like a fucking little boy with a lolipop in his mouth at this point
That theory about Kidd being one of vegapunk's satellites fucking tweaks me out ngl
as in it's really bad ? because it is
A lot of it is based on a weird belief kid uses tech when he doesn't it is just giant chunks of metal he basically telepathically controls
Guys I think the shadowy guy holding a sword beside shanks is the man marked with flames.whatdo you think?
Idk enough about this man to say but I do believe the theory that shanks has connections to the wg/celestial dragons/world nobles/gorosei/imu somewhere. He has SOMETHING to do with some or all of them in SOME way imo
Might even BE a noble or celestial dragons. Who is to say? I sure don't know. I'm new to thinking theoretically about the OP world
true many peeople were saying it could be his brother but that seems too convenient
We didnt see shanks full face when he met the elders so whos to say that was shanks or his twin brother from the figarland family
Do you think luffy will ask katakuri to join the crew if he met him
No
No
will bonney join rev?
Remember the Ussop 10 ton hammer? Lol itās already been predicted
remember this guys THATS GABAN WAITING IN ELBAF.
honestly, where else would she go?
Dellusionally I'd want Bonney to stay w.strawhats since she'll be super wanted because of the Nika form
But realistically she'll go wherever Kuma goes & that's the revs
I dont think so. Kuma finally found Nika he may want to stay with the Strawhats. Heās found the man heās been searching for. Imagine finding whatever religious deity you believe in and then leaving? Kuma and Bonney both could be vital members to the Strawhats
That's a good point I was thinking the revs were working on fixing kumas programming. But I didn't consider your point - personally not practicing religious- & also that who better to fix what vp did than vp
hi
any ideas who would be in that silhouette?
it could be either odin or the man marked by flames since kidd wanted to go to elbaf to see him
odin??
it is all Norse mythology when it comes to loki and elbaf in away plus odin does typically greet people

Like I get it, we all are wondering who it is but why would you not do it in a channel that doesn't have a minute cooldown
Nah i think its gaban cuz
Hello guys, I think I know who's the "man" with a burn mark. And to let you know guys, that person is not a man, but a woman. And her name is "Lammy", the sister of Law.
During Law's flashback, when the soldiers are getting rid of everyone, he hid her sister Lammy in a closet. Later on, the hospital was "burned" to the ground, but Oda never shown if Lammy really died at that moment. My theory is that Lammy somehow survived that incident, maybe someone saved her, but she got severe burn marks.
Take note, Law's family is from D too. So, it's not so far fetch that Oda will bring her back in the story to be part of something important.
She had the amber lead disease even before that....
https://www.reddit.com/r/OnePiece/s/23QbpexAgk right link! Ok so it may be gabban in elbaf
I feel like Gaban will be on the last island of the Grand Line because we saw Crocus in the beginning of the grand line, and Rayleigh in the middle of the grand line before the new world. So I think just think that Gaban will be on Loadstar island
I could see that happening
Yes she had it, but I believe she was cured somehow. Oda never introduced a character with a specific name, then just throw them later on. We never saw her die, so she will be very important soon. Just like how Koala was introduced.
The silhouette from the latest chapter cannot be Gaban, as that would be too simple for Oda to do. I think he's introducing an entirely new character, probably the one with the "eye patch". I believe we already saw the "older" version of Gaban during the Marineford Arc where everyone was worries about what's happening. He looks like a bald guy, with a unique tattoo on his head, and the same sun glasses he wears in his younger days. He's also the same age as Rayleigh so it's pretty much 99% it's him. So, that means the other guy in the silhouette is not Gaban but someone else.
I remember Hiruluk saying he met a guy that has an incurable disease, but was cured when he saw "cherry blossoms", so that was his inspiration for his research. And then, in Marineford Arc, we saw Roger and Whitebeard talking with pink cherry blossoms background similar in Drum Island ending. The guy Hiruluk met and Roger are the same. I believe, Roger found a cure for his disease after they disbanded, but he thought he still needs to die in order for the "fire" of the D to be carried on to the next generation.
"A man only dies when he's forgotten" - Hiruluk
"I will not die, partner" - Roger to Rayleigh
Maybe yeah
why would Oda silhouette Shanks?
and we know pretty much that he left Elbaf
Is the man marked by flames not saul?
true
great theory
I think the guy in the silhouette is mihawk
why? why would Mihawk go to Elbaf
dunno i just think its him
why would he go away from the Cross Guild base, the plans with Croc aso
The hat looks like his, he wears long sleeves and those look like sleeves pulled up i just think its him nothing deep to it
Bro we just Saw Mihawk with Croodile and Buggy the chapter before šš
Or he could just be wearing that tucked white shirt
Yeah i still think its him tho if im wrong im wrong
Before I saw the manga, I honestly thought that it was going to be enel or but I know now itās definitely not š
i feel like blackbeards way of gaining others devil fruits is by doing something with their blood, when we've seen him in the past all of the peoples fruits hes taken have had open wounds, and when we saw law vs black beard laws hat was left behind with a pool of blood, up to this point he looked really pissed off until he saw the pool of blood and laws hat, further vegapunk uses green blood with the seraphims to emulate devilfruits, i feel like this is oda trying to convey to us that blood is a key part of devilfruit copying
are you trying to say BB stole Laws power already?
no not at all i feel like the df user has to be dead but if he has his blood he can save it for when/if law dies as the fruit may still be in the users blood or something along those lines
hm ok
its only a quick theory i came up with but i just started connecting some dots and this is where it got me
I think Borsalino will still work as an admiral, because parallels are a thing. In marineford , luffy fought against 3 admirals, and couldnt do nothing on them, but eventually he will fight against three admirals again, now being capable.
The man who was seen talking with crocus
Post-Egghead chapters may have small arcs like the Shank/Koby/Sabo chapters mid-Egghead. Blackbeard may return to Hachinosou with Devon and Van Augur to see what Caribou has to say. Then then they'll deal with Garp, and then they would probably head to Wano to search/raid the country for Pluto. Yamato vs BB y'all.
Imu and the Gorosei will start making moves. They may become a bit desperate. No one's awakened the fruit in 800 years, and after Vegapunk's stunt, they have the whole world to deal with finding out Nika exists. People who encountered Luffy would connect the dot because of his new white form. People for or against pirates might make the connection that Luffy is Sun God Nika and his presence is going to make a difference.
The Gorosei may or may not send Akainu to deal with Luffy. Akainu may have another conversation with the Gorosei and/or may ecounter Imu and die/defect, but I don't think this would happen. Marines will be dealing with more issues from restless pirates and civillains alike.
The Strawhats are going to Elbaf. Upon seeing Luffy's gear forms, they are now hailing him as the God of the Sun, Sun God Nika. Elbaf will be allies of the Strawhat Crew. I have a feeling the World Government is going to follow Luffy to Elbaf with another fleet but outside their waters to ambush them. We would probably have more Ancient Kingdom lore. Like...only 2-3 generations have past since the Void Century for the Giants considering their life spans, so I don't believe the history is entirely lost to them, may not even be totally accurate, but accurate enough until certain parts are corrected. Loki will appear.
I feel like Loki would be childish, but not in a good way.
Urouge is due to make an appearance any time now. Enel may return. Big Mom may return.
I feel like we won't ever get a silhouette of the One Piece and I don't want one. I want the One Piece to be a total surprise by all accounts. (I probably won't even look at the spoilers that week.)
Did Wapol tell Morgans what he saw? Morgans could put that in the Newspaper too, or maybe he needs proof. Idk tbh
Random thought, but bignews Morgans is always in his hybrid zoan form... wonder if we have seen him as a human character and just don't know it yet... off the cuff thought was he is actually Attachan the wanted poster photographer... tho I believe there was a scene where Morgan's was yelling at Attach for leaving his lense cover on again, so tossed that idea... then thought he may have been a member of rogers crew so he stays as bird man not to be recognized, but still has a way of moving the naritive which I could see maybe Scopper gaban doing it as a way to keep things interesting since his captain was executed, and they are still waiting for whatever they were too early for...
(More a stray thought than a well thought out theory)
That was a marine supervisor. Attach was working for the marines he was fired after reporting to his superior about his failure to get an image of sanji.
I don't think he did. He turned himself in before the illness took him, I believe. Just like Hiriluk unalived himself before he could be killed by his illness, Chopper's mushroom, or Wapol's men.
Technically, Lilith was the personification of evil; York was greed.
I read a great theory earlier about a "marineford mirror" happening at hachniosou possibly after Elbaf which I liked. considering blackbeard have garp captive and blackbeard might want to turn him in to cross guild for the 3 billion berry bounty they have on him. a clash with everyone might happen with Sengoku, Tsuru and Sword / maybe navy, the cross guild and BB pirates and I also think the straw hats will find themselves there. Buggy probably gonna get blackbeards road poneglyph prints somehow and come out on top
Potential for absolute peak if it happens. everything leads into the 4 emperors racing for laugh tale afterwards
Dragon faked his death as a way to get out of the marines
As we learned in the kuma flashback dragon was originally one of the marines and as we can gather from him being the worlds most wanted man, son of garp and father of luffy he was a really strong one perhaps even an admiral.
How did he die? Well recently we know thst the death of a best friend gave akainu bad deja vu so what if the pair had a bad fight leading to dragon taking a fatal hit that made akainu believe he killed the man which could be the reason akainu always refers to luffy as son of dragon (believing that all his mourning was worth nothing)
I know Attach was fired from the marines, but he has also been seen later after the time skip with a WE (world economic) armband as a new job working for the newspaper during the levery/reverie arc taking pictures of guests as they arrive notably Shirahoshi and the other fishmen. Could have sworn I saw Morgan's looking over photos recently talking to him, but may have been anime only or I am thinking of the wrong reporter.
i do think he got cured by hiriluk but even tho he still wanted to sacrifice himself for the sake of the new pirate era
@upbeat seal check this theory out
I read that; that's why i commented. Why would he sacrifice himself if he had been cured? Especially knowing that his child is about to be born.
Kind of like how Ace decided to fight Akainu rather than ignore him. Roger can't turn his back from what he's protecting. Him reaching the Laugh Tale, knowing the truth that he had to protect. He can't runaway from that. These father and son attributes goes way harder than we might thought.
Roger might have turned himself in to the Navy, just becoz it's what's needed for the future that's coming. He already knows that there's people coming in stronger than him, 20 years later after his generation.
To me, if Oda revealed that Roger was already cured before turning himself in, makes his sacrifice much more deeper and stronger. The Hiruluk and that thief guy relationship is just so convenient with the Marineford Arc cherry blossoms flashback to be a coincidence.
So you're saying that Ace inherited his recklessness from Gol? Because the only reason Akainu was even able to threaten Luffy was because Ace hesitated and attacked him instead of escaping once he was free.
Oh yes, definitely. It's what Garp said to Dadan. "Roger never run from his enemies, he even destroyed an entire country's army just becoz they talked bad about his friend". I believe it can't be called recklessness. It's pride and will altogether. They know they can't run away when they have something to protect.
But in Ace's case, the only reason Luffy was in danger is because he hesitated after Akainu talked trash about Whitebeard. If he just ignores him, they escape. The only reason he had to protect Luffy in that immediate instance was because of his inability to ignore Akainu's trash talk.
You're right about his pride. His pride is what got him captured, and in the end, his pride is what got him killed.
We see a lot of this same behavior from Luffy as well, it's worth noting. He will destabilize your local regime for the price of a pb&j. He basically took Kaido on just so Tama could eat more red bean soup when she wanted, up until he met someone suffering currently in Wano taking down Kaido was treated more as a bullet point with no personal investment. Luffy is directly stated to have inherited Gol's will by a few people who knew Gol. If not for his awakening, his refusal to admit defeat against Kaido would have been the end of the journey, so he's just as stubborn as the other two are.
Now, even if Roger was that prideful, I don't see him allowing himself to be cured, only to sacrifice himself to the Marines unless they were right on top of them. Which isn't the vibe I get from what we know so far.
But taking Kaido down was always the Alliance's endgame. Luffy would've taken him out, even if he hadn't met Tama, simply because Momo was his friend/ally and asked him to.
To me, Luffy's reason to defeat Kaido for Otama becoz of feeding him might looks so simple, but it might not be just that.
Luffy might have viewed it differently than us. Otama, cooking her last rice, being hungry all the time, and feeding Luffy without hesitation and informing him about her situation is a "true sacrifice". Luffy understands that she gave him her all, and everythint that she needs to survive. Basically, she gave him her life. So, in that way, Luffy is willing to sacrifice his life even more for Otama.
Correct, I'm pointing out that he had no emotional stake at first and was just doing it because Rayleigh had already told him to get stronger he needed to clash his own haki against other powerful users. Kaido was at first viewed by Luffy as a step on his path to power, it wasn't until finding out the real impact Kaido had on the people of Wano in meeting Tama that he was able to really bite into a cause to fight for. I honestly don't think he'd have had it in him to bounce back several times without that.
I don't disagree about Luffy's stubbornness. My issue is with the idea that Roger was cured before he turned himself in.
I just don't believe that that is the case, and I won't until Sensei shows us otherwise.
Oh, there's zero chance of that. I was commenting specifically about the idea that his stubbornness has appeared in two people, only one of which seems capable of backing it up long term. As you stated, Ace only died because he couldn't keep his back turned to the trash talk. Luffy seems to have a more reasonable approach to this stubbornness, probably due to Shanks' influence in showing him that not every fight is worth sticking to.
Gol was having too much fun with life to give it up for no reason. Even knowing he was too early for the new dawn, if he had another 20 years in him he absolutely would have stuck around to see Joyboy.
Yeah, and we see this in Ace's childhood before Garp brought him to Dadan. He didn't even like Gol, and he still couldn't take anybody talking trash about him.
That's what I'm saying. If he was already cured, there would be no reason to turn himself in. He's already sailed the Grand Line, you don't think he could've found at least one island where he, Rouge, and Ace could've lived together in peace?
Every single D character has the same characteristics. Even though they know, they might not survive a situation, they would do it for someone important to them. Something they have to protect.
-
Law - he cured his disease, he could have survive happily, and he's free. Yet, he goes back to Doffy to took revenge for Corazon.
-
Saul - He could have escaped in the sea, the Navy doesn't know his location. Yet, he revealed himself to Aokiji, just to save his friend that he just met, which is Robin.
-
Cobra - he knows that the rebel army would have destroyed the palace if he pursued crocodile, yet he still did it. He did not care if he goes down as the worst king in the history of Alabasta. He just wants to protect his kingdom.
Lastly, Luffy, I can't name everything coz there was too many times he did that.
The D characters care more about protecting someone or something than their own life. They even laugh in their own death. Becoz they know, they have no regrets in life. They did everything they could when they were living, so dying is fulfilling to them.
Wait, this is incorrect, because Clover was just revealed to be a D. , and he let his brother die and denied his name so he could live.
I hesitate to say that this is recklness stubbornness and not the D tendency to fight against tyranny.
Doffy was absolutely in need of taking down, and Law was to that point the only person with a full understanding of why.
Saul disagreed with the way the WG was handling Ohara. He could tell there was injustice afoot.
Cobra has been revealed as a member of the D line, so him refusing to sacrifice his people for a greater justice by sacrificing himself is pretty in line. As both a D and a ruler, he should be and is an example of an ideal ruler in One Piece, one who is for the people.
Like yes it can show up as stubbornness but only if a character can't back it up. Otherwise these characters HAVE to have this kind of a scrappy streak to do anything of what they're trying to accomplish. It's not really a bad thing, unless you go as far as Ace did.
But, this also enhances the sacrifice he made during the Buster Call. He was repenting for his previous cowardice.
I don't know about him, coz he might have just given the D name. Like Ace said to Sabo "I could give you the D too if you want too".
Pause.
I don't call this as stubborness at all. I view this as self sacrifice. D characters are willing to risk their own lives, for someone important or something to protect.
I'm sorry, couldn't resist
I think Ace was just speaking from a child's perspective, like Sabo should just call himself D., even if he wasn't one. I don't think he knew at that age, or maybe ever in his lifetime, that the Will of D. was a thing. There's nothing to show that.
Ah cool I wasn't sure what context you were discussing this since the idea that Gol threw his life away had been brought up.
Wait, what was that about Cobra?
Cobra never left the palace to confront Crocodile...
We all know from the recent chapters that joyboy is an absolute powerhouse,so much so that his mere haki could bring imu to their knees. But I think that Imu was able to defeat him by exploting his kindness(Just like that kindness of luffy).I think that Imu planned to destroy an Island,Just like lulusia.Joyboy tried to save the people there. When the island was attacked, joyboy used his powers of his fruit to turn into a baloon and stretch himself(like luffy's gomu gomu baloon move) and shield the entire island. However I think that imu mightve used any of the two ancient weapons(I believe it to be uranus because posiden is shirahoshi and pluton is buried under wano) which was so powerful that even joyboy could not withstand it and got severely injured and later die.Now to the real deal about why I am suggesting this..The island I am talking about is Ennies Lobby. The sea around Ennies Lobby looks similar to the void left after the destruction of Lulusia suggesting that an ancient weapon was used there. But the central part of Ennies lobby is still intact indicating something must've shielded it and that something was likely joyboy. There is also more undirect evidence because Ennies lobby is a place where its always daytime and the sun never sets there. This might be beacuse joyboy, who was the user of the sun god fruit sacrificed himself there, leaving the sun's influence
Ngl I was thinking imu was like joyboys little bro. Got jealous of him, got in a sketchy deal with the gorosei and when he went down on his knees he was actually crying cause it's been so long since he has sensed joyboy.
Listen let me cook
I'm from India (Ah yes, we got wifi here)
Our culture follow is linked with the sun god
A demon who is a shadow planet and a part of navgraha(solar entities) always tries to eat sun but fails
Saturn in our culture is god of justice and Jupiter is the most kind and Benefic gods
So, this will make room for teach being the moon god and imu being a totally different entities
the demon succeeded in eating the sun and the gorosei were originally joyboy's alliance
Because Saturn is Sun's sun in our culture and Saturn hates sun
I donāt know if Oda planned this, but when One Piece ends it will be at the end of the (grand) line
A joke in the making 27 years and counting.
Just had a random thought and wanted to write it down... So it seemed unfair that Luffy was the only one with a person that could read the ponegliffs, but then i remembered Blackbeard also has someone now Shanks and Cross guild are the one's shorting, that's where I started thinking there's also Kozuki Sukiyaki and he'll probably teach Momo, but there's no reason for them to help anybody but the Strawhats so what if Blackbeard goes to Wano to claim Pluton by opening the boarders with his fruit and also kidnaps Sukiyaki? I know he already has Pudding but I don't see Shanks or Cross Guild going to Wano for assistance(lol maybe Mihawk) so Pudding escapes gets along well with Cross Guild because of her whole dual personality thing or maybe Shanks saves her š¤·š¾āāļø idk that's as far as the thought went
Also worthy of note, if the last red poneglyph is indeed on Elbaf, then Shanks has all 4 locations thanks to Kiddās crew member giving them to Shanks to spare Kiddās (worthless) life.
We donāt know if he has a scholar to translate them though.
I don't believe Kidd had Zou's poneglyph unless maybe that's where Shanks is heading now, Zou
law gave them to him to be sporting
Yea he gave him 1 the one from Wano unless they had an exchange offscreen the Zou rubbing for the Whole cake one
im pretty sure they both had all 3 that being the feeling of optimism before the crushing
Yoo
yoo
Am I the only one who is confused that Akainu called Kizaru brother? Like, are they really brothers or is it just a sign of respect because Kizaru is the older one?
who knows
but i think its probably out of respect i dont think theyre real brothers
They aren't brothers I think Kizaru is 2 years older tho, they joined the marines around the same time so probably brothers in arms after all those years together
who here agrees that lilith or bonney with join strawhats next?
We already have our roster only person I'm waiting on is Vivi, they can help the alliance Bonney has her own crew so she can go traveling with her daddy, Lilith idk maybe go join Neo MADS her "evil" ass would fit right in
as a temporary guests for this next arc ala carrot? Sure, but as final members of the Strawhats, absolutely not. It's pretty obvious that Vivi will be rejoining to complete the final Arcs.
guys anybody else feel that the current one piece world on earth is actually just a small segment of the enitre universe there? Cause space pirates, space monsters, and lunarians are all confirmed pretty much they come from space. Obviously something happened with Joyboy and Imu that caused the lunarians to become a wanted race, perhaps invaders from another planet? We don't have any definitions on where devil fruits or haki or special races and hereditary powers came from on the known earth, only vegapunk theories and maybe some information we'll get from the inevitable joyboy reveal. BUT considering all of these massive pieces of lore crucial to understand the onepiece world's creation are left blank could it be that Goda is actually planning for a HxH twist to appear in the last arc? Once luffy raises the continents and saves this earth, maybe the space pirates and enel show up and reveal this information, or maybe they are characters that have different lore not with galactic civilizations but something simple with the 20 kingdoms and the motherflame technology.
Yes, with the five elders representing planet names and the moon already being involved via the cover stories and Enel, it's safe to asume so at this point. It can even be that all the planets align at a certain point in the One Piece world and provides a path for access across the other planets (kind of like the Byfrost in Thor)(also maybe why Roger was early?). You are right in thinking that there are soo many spieces and races that how could they have all gone to Earth
also how uranus was said to be a physical flying thing high above the clouds can mean its a spaceship (like enels) with a big ass laser made with the pre-collapsed society's technology or "space" technology which would also be advanced
Then theres nika AKA the sun god so maybe the elders are meant to work under nika instead of imu. but imu is controling the elders to work for imu (this theory only works with the imu having the control fruit theory)
I dont remember seeing the lunarians on the murals on the moon that's why I think they were probably bioengineered like the Seraphim and were ran into extinction by using their flames to power Uranus, the elders having space names is just like why the celestials call themselves dragons in real life people use to think the solar system only had 5 more planets(I'm sure you can guess which)because thats all we could see and that they all revolved around the earth (Imu)
This might sound crazy. But I think the mother flame is going to destroy Elbaf during this arc. The Gorosei know the Straw Hats will be there so it makes sense they'd use it to wipe them all out. That and it would be perfect for Luffy so he can start to focus on taking out the WG for committing such a horrible act. I might not be cooking right now. But I just have this super weird gut feeling that this might happen.
Elbaf in reverse is Fable. Fable is a game that will see a new version released in 2025. The series was developed by Lionhead Studios until the studio was closed in 2016, and is published by Xbox Game Studios. Xbox is from Microsoft. So if you add this all up, Giants from Microsoft must refer to Bill Gates and Paul Allen. If you take their last names and put them in alphabetical order, you get "Allen Gates", or "A. G." which can stands for "agricultural." This clearly indicates that I have no clue what I'm talking about except the Fable part is kinda neat.
Aside from Morley and the marine giants, I personally don't recall any other giants that don't live on Elbaf. The WG is getting really desperate too, especially with all 5 gorosei showing up on Egghead to take care of Luffy and Vegapunk. I wouldn't put it past them to act irrational and completely obliterate what is considered their greatest physical threat. That being Elbaf.
True that. At the end of the day my theory is mostly speculation. It could happen, and maybe it won't. It would be cool to see though imo
My guess: We'll see that the summoned Gorosei were only a fraction of their true power. A common trope in mangas. The one who summoned them would've used up most of his strength summoning them.
Great point, a full power mother flame would be something we should see soon
Guys Iāve a question for u
Oh right, I probably misread
Will oda make imu beautiful or not bc many ppl refers that she will so I ask you guys
Imu will turn out to be a Needlefish Fishman
I think Imu would probably look conventionally attractive. But it would be absolutely hilarious if they look like Charlos or smth lmao
lol thatās funny
It really came to my mind how would be the past of imu and how did she managed to be the ultimate queen
Random Theory:
The image of Raftel was really the cliff Windmill village which Sabo, Ace and Luffy announced their dreams on.
The image was of Raftel 50+ years ago before the Ocean level rose up.
We know the Ocean level is increasing over time in the One Piece world so perhaps 50+ years later the water rose up covering half of the island.
I may be wrong but Roger also never said that the One Piece was on the final island
perhaps itās in windmill village?
A lot of this is most likely bullshit!
Thats an interesting theory
All zoan devil fruits are actually hidden god devil fruits. The clouds that appear around the body of an awakened zoan are actually showing that the user has reached the true form of the original god instead of just taking on attributes of that god. This is the reason why zoan devil fruits are said to have wills of thier own, it is actually the will of the named god. It's is also why awakened zoan fruits have always been in the hybrid form instead of the full beast form. The hybrid form is what the original god looked like.
Hopefully this hasn't been said already.
I imagine that Imu is immortal, and it could have something to do with the ope-ope no mi. Somewhere in the dressrosa arc, someone said something about a previous user from a long time ago giving their life to make someone immortal. That person could be Imu. Which makes sense...
This has been said...quite literally thousands of times
IMU = I am U
just say I'm u
i wonder if we have rush hour 3 jokes when luffy with imu
What if... the one piece is basically every devil fruit, (including ancient and mythical zoan), in one devil fruit. Including revive..
ass theory
doest dragon have a pitch black ship? and controls rain so can make whirlpools? And prolly has a burn scar cuz hes so badass? 4th ponegylph lcoation found

Usopp will have a major role in Elbaf. In Norse Mythology, Fenrir devours the sun.
Luffy is Sun God Nika and somehow, He will lose to this Fenrir and Usopp will save him and slay The Fenrir. Becoming The Bravest Warrior of The Sea.
Usopp will get a new slingshot, people will be glazing him untill the end bro
okay bro

Blud, imu is a man
Howād you know
The smile before destroying the island "Sabo" was on
I aināt trusting anyone that created a theory like this
Looks like a man smile for sure
Fenrir didn't eat the Sun but if there's gonna be a giant wolf on Elbaf it might as well be Fenrir
Can you post the image? The manga version if possible āļø
Adding to this:
Perhaps the island of Raftel was propelled like Skypia over into the East Blue somehow
Which was then inhabited by humans
Do we know if the ocean level is rising? we know that it rose with the use of whatever destroyed Lusania and that it rose during the void century, but is it consistently rising?
As a other example is water 7
Or perhaps maybe after falling back into the ocean it was dropped down lower in the water or somethin
Water 7 is sinking though, its like Venice which is sinking even as the worlds sea levels rise as well
@chrome badger I added a little
It also makes no sense how one little section of the sea just rises
It has to be more than that
Well its nots one section rising its the whole ocean, the only section that is different is the Enies Lobby style hole in the ocean
Perhaps the sections are individiually rising due to them being all attached somehow? Idk
Its just not clear if the world is always rising or if its only when Ancient Weapons are used
Vegapunk said the sea rose 200 m then not as much until the Lusania event which caused a 1 m rise, also worth pointing out Doflamingo said 5m will ruin the world
So there is a limit on the ancient weapons it seems
It would be goofy if the hole in Enies Lobby was being protected by the government because the the hole somehow went all the way through the world into another section so they can uncover the seafloor due to somesort of secret being on the bottom of the water and the red line was built to hold in the water so it doesnt flood into the other sections and also serves as a safe place for the government
Oda doesnt use realistic stuff so most likely he left out the fact about the core

And maybe a section of the red line can move forcing the ocean levels to increase and meaning more water is put down the hole
Everyone is dead from the crew, Brook is narrating the story of OP
Anyone ever explored the idea of laugh tail being under reverse mountain alot like fishman island under the holy land? Itās help complete a lot of straw hats goals and natural progression of story having to go back there.
The crew were able to pick up Shanks and Buggy after coming from Laugh Tale so that's why i think it's on the other side of the red line maybe the calm belts or the blues next to the new world, but who knowsš¤·š¾āāļø
Saw this an it got me thinking. When Roger battled shikki the sea swallowed all shikkis ships, this could suggest the individual they speak of causing whirlpools must of been a Roger crew mate
Seems plausible the same power was used during that battle as the one rumoured to be used by the man with the burn scar
hi
This makes the most sense, Rodger is considered Pirate King after transversing the world. The obvious interpertation is that he reached the end of the GrandLine but I think he went past the New World and came out the otherside of Reverse Mountain. It would also make sense that the last Poneglyph is on the opposite site of the world from the Gorosei, make sense why Rodger was one of the last Rodger Pirates to be left in Loguetown first and before Odin since they would have been back in Paridise/East Blue and dropping him off Before Odin makes sense.
Edit: MESSUP, my bad the ONE PIECE should be on the opposite side of Mary Gesois.
Similar alternaive is that its on a Sky Island on top of the Red Line.
But during Roger's time the last poneglyph was on Fishman island and Roger left before they left Oden on Wano and that was in the new world he then found his way to Rouge all the way in the South blue
Messup on my bad: THE ONE PIECE is on the opposite side of the world from Mary Geoise is what I want to say. Paradise seperates East Blue and South Blue and the Grandline and calm belts have shown to be no issue for the pirate kings crew
Oh ok and Crocus is just guarding it? Why didn't they drop him off 1st or is there no whole on that side of the red line??
one piece is a bathing suit fr
The ships doctor probably wanted to see Rodger off, probably children like Momo and Hiyori too.
It's an interesting theory, because reverse mountain looks like an X.
X marks the spot, right?
Yea I see it
Yeah, its more than that too, since the X is formed by the fundamental world of One Piece due to the 4 seas merging. And the Poneglyphs tell the history of the world. The question though is if it is above the world, like on the Moon or on one of the higher Sky Islands, or bellow the world on the ocean Floor
Also if luffy destroys the holy land and fishman island with an ancient weapon under it itād connect all the seas making the all blue happen
I'm just thinking...
Kid supposed to be killed by Shanks so later on Shanks will take his devil fruit and complete his arm with metal arm? š¤
Lol. Kidd isn't dead
And if Shanks were to have a DF I'm sure he could do better than Kidd's, he's fine with a single are anywayš
Chopper gonna tap beppo
I love the theory of the red line being destroyed, really emphasizing "one piece" whilst achieving all of strawhat crewmembers dreams. I believe as well when luffy told his crew his dream and oda muted it was to "liberate" and bring freedom to everyone. it's why luffy became a pirate
if that's his dream then his crew wouldn't have laughed.
During the foxy pirate arc, they discuss the origins of it. Davey jones is cursed by a demon (gorosei) and lives on the bottom of the sea. Considering how old the legend seems, Iād speculate that Davey Jones was a member of joy boys crew, the OG pirates. Perhaps the term āDavey backā was joy boy fighting for his member back. Could also be why there is the apology ponoglyph at fishman island.
The fact that Hordy Jones exists, heās probably a decendant of Davey, and makes me wonder if fishman island is the creation of Davey jones as a safe haven to escape the preWG enemies. Is the sunken arc Joyboys ship? Itās certainly large enough.
Nothing concrete, but fun to think about.
go watch it again and see their initial reactions + god ussop being scared
i believe the apology poneglyph is specifically about joyboy failing to bring the fishmen to the surface, not failing to save a crew member.
( Let me know what you guys think) (I possibly may have looked too deep but I think it could be true) ( This is all Speculation, and wishful thinking)
Manifestation Haki is a form of Haki I believe to exist in the One Piece world. Not only is it a new form of Haki, I believe it to be the Earliest form of Haki. You can manifest this form of Haki in a plethora of ways. Some exaples include Zoro's Asura Illusions, Sanji's Flames, Brooke's Sleepy Music Notes, Miss. Goldenweek's magic colors, Kin'emon's Foxfire Style, Hyogoro's One Sword Style of the Flower, Klabautermann The Sea Spirit, Kawamatsu's Kappa Style and, Chinjao Family's Hasshoken. This is the weakest form of Haki, but if trained enough I think it can be made to be on par with high devil fruits. Even though while using Haki it most of the time it can't break through Devil fruits. M-H ( Manifestation Haki ) Can be used to make illusions or elements around your fighting style. M-H must have some reason tied to it i.e., The reason for manifestation like Zoro's Asura illusions were made because of his desire to surpass death and become the Demon King/ King Of Hell. Another Example is Sanji's flames, Sanji's Flames are Manifested through his Love for Women or his passion for Cooking. Another is The Sea Spirit Klabautermann, They were created through the desire of stranded sea men collectively to create one spirit that would fix your ship.
Good theory I also think there will be something explaining the non df related magic in the world, maybe thats where dfs and haaki come from in the first place
I think you're tapping into an interesting connection between will and people's ability to influence the world around them, but a few of these things do already have in canon explanations provided. For instance:
Brooke's musical abilities are attributed to his Soul Soul Fruit.
Goldenweek's paints are stated to be a hypnotic effect, which is disputed but still an established concept even in real life. It's the same with Jango, who also used hypnosis.
Sanji's flames are a result of the genetic engineering he received in the womb.
Kawamatsu's Kappa style is closer to a feat of agility than Haki.
Klabautermann are said to be a manifestation of a ship directly, not of its crew. But it's an old legend so who's really to say.
I agree with @craggy pumice that we're probably about to learn a lot more about the power systems in play though, and stuff like swordsmen being able to slice noncorporeal things like fire, or choose what to cut in general is definitely an oddity. Things like a person's will playing into the effectiveness of their hypnosis with folks like Jango or Ms Goldenweek could be an interesting idea, though.
Deep, what do you think about Zoro , though its similar with illusions and "speed" <- Maybe, how would that be explained id say there is another force at play either haki or as @craggy pumice said another mystical force that allows him to create more limbs and become stronger. also we've seen devil fruits been eaten by things before... so do you thinks its possible for him to have a sword with a paramecia that effects the weilder or the world around it if not for haki?? (Highly Unreasonable) I think the only thing that makes sense is Haki, or another (Minor) power system similar to Goldenweek and Jango's hypnotic effect. Also Sanji Has stated that the reason for his flames is not because of his germa enhancements, His germa enhancements are durability, super strength and super speed, If it was fire then why does sanji get two powers as we seen he also has invisibility with the suit and only with the suit, but with his siblings they only have one, What makes him special? Early into Wholecake sanji's father states that sanji was untrainable from birth because of his emotions. I think sanjis will/ passion or love makes him able to create flames from pure will Aka manifestation Haki or something else that everyone seems to be able to tap into also aka zoro.
Sanji's Germa enhancements are only preventing him from being burned i think not the cause of it
Right now my best guess for Zoro is that it's directly Conqueror's Haki and wouldn't really contribute to the point you're making about a more general manifestation of willpower; CoC is unique as a power source and we still don't fully understand it. It likely may factor into this idea as a general form of manifestation would likely have a correspondingly more powerful version for CoC, but that's speculation.
DF being eaten by things is stated to be a result of Vegapunk's research, so that wouldn't be a factor here. It has only ever worked with Zoans, who are established as having their own will which would then animate the object they're infused into.
Sanji said that, Oda said that at first, but Oda was clearly being cheeky by not revealing more about his backstory and Sanji either earnestly believed it or was in denial. Or both, given the events of Wano where another scientist who also worked alongside Judge, Queen, directly states that Sanji's explanation is BS and that this is obviously a result of his unique genetics.
Damn you type fast
ye i'm at work tho so no guarantee on quick replies lol
np, take your time
Also: Sanji's invisibility was at first a result of his suit, so can be attributed entirely to technology, then later he attained a form of "invisibility" but it was entirely speed based. He was straight up running so fast Queen couldn't see him. Queen being a high tier fighter who probably has well developed observation Haki makes this an EXTREME example of speed, but it's still not true invisibility.
Now I think there's an interesting idea in that the powers in general in One Piece are linked to will. VP has stated that the DF represent ideas of what humanity could become, the dreams of humanity, and the users exist in a different reality. These powers could all link back into a general willpower of mankind in some way, with DF being a distilled version of that drive.
yup the idea of inherited will was hinted majorly times in the manga, very well fleshed out theory
Tiny idea is that i strongly believe that the The D. In the Will Of D stands for Devils, The people that stand against gods... š
Solid idea, I'm a fan of Dawn
Also its said time and time again that people with the will of d are the Natural Enemy of God
Dawn why dawn
Right, from what we've seen of Imu at this point it fits the idea of a devil much more, which would make naming the D clan "devils" a useful propaganda tool for their new regime. I believe it is truly Dawn as a diversion tactic from Imu, who has already used the tactic of renaming things to hide their importance like the Gomu Gomu no Mi. There are references to Dawn all over One Piece, from its one shot being called Romance Dawn, to direct references made by characters in the know that Luffy represents a new Dawn for the world.
Yes, I agree. Iām speculating that perhaps that promise/apology, which was never explained in detail, is connected to the explanation of Davey back fights.
Joyboys promise and Noahās ark being directly tied together and the ships pure size, makes me wonder. Imagine unknowingly being a descendant of the one who founded fishman island because of joy boy failing, while living directly beside joy boys ship whose promise to bring them to the surface lay in ruin.
I donāt think oda would introduce such lore of the āDavey back fightā without intent, and itās (I believe) the first time demons are mentioned as an actual entity.
idk what any of this is... maybe me being stupid is my next theory
As far as the clan of D, Iāve always thought itās the will of dreams, as dreams never die, and ādevilā fruits are realistically dream fruits, dreams manifesting in the real world that always reincarnate. Perhaps those with the will of D also have their wills reincarnated in a similar way, but with humans instead of fruit.
Im not gunna lie i skipped the Foxy Pirate Arc
1 Bajarang gun is enough to destroy mariejois and most of fishman island
Probably some stupid ass cd/holy knight/gorosei will enrage luffy and it will led to him destroying it, we also know that fishman island is straight up under mariejois, so prob they will both get destroyed
mariejois + red line blocks fall and crush on fishman island
Extremely unlikely, but BB could destroy MJ and FMI and pin it on luffy using catarina. BB could have pluton at that point, and a motive to be in that area.
i dont know how bb would even possibly go against holy knights, blackbeard isnt anywhere near yonko level
The only thing that makes bb strong is his dfs, physical hes shit, speed shit, durability is shit, maybe endurance.
If the wg finds a way to disable dfs without the special cuffs theyre going to have a huge advantage, and i expect oda to stop praising and worshipping nika and actually buff the villains for once
Goda already fucked up with all of his crazy worshipping, hyped up the gorosei and made a badass panel for them, then starts praising nika and nerf them, yeah this is shit writing, legit the only ones who say that this is good are the villain's haters
bb also had no fucking reason to become an emperor, hes MUCH weaker than the previous two, buggy is understandable since he has crocoboy and mihawk in his side
You can't say this when you take into consideration he put a scar on Shanks who one shot Kid. As well as took out Ace
Oh and he also took out Law. So you're saying all these characters are bad? Just cause BB isn't shown or hasn't been shown fighting doesn't mean he's not an OP character
That's not a good response man. Even if it was offscreen he still put a scar on arguably the strongest Yonko atm
most of blackbeard's goals were done offscreen, scar pretimeskip shanks, escape from magellan, casually pull a quake out of their ass.
The fact that he also takes 2x damage means that any of the current Yonko (except buggy if 1v1 no crew).
And yeah kaido and big mom too (Kaido should still be on Blackbeard's spot since if you think about it, hes still alive and a bigger threat than bb)
Just to add in, blackbeard defeated law but Bepo managed to escape bb? bb's plot armor is in pair with nika one
Idk how buggy gets the nod for having mihawk and croc when BBs crew is absolutely insane.
Especially when croc is kind of weak sauce, letās be real.
problem here is not destroying either MJ or FI, it's destroying the Red Line between which'll take significantly more force. I have no doubt Luffy's gonna pull it off, but busting up a relatively small island, basically the tip of an underwater mountain, is not the same as busting up a massive mountain rising several kilometers above the sea, plus going down to the floor.
i hope you do remember we still havent seen much of Mihawk, seraphim hawk was able to cut a mountain with no difficulties at all.
Bb crew on the other hand is meh, only aokiji (wich will probably be the one to betray them) is a dangerous foe
where are you getting that bb takes 2x damage? that's not backed up anywhere other than him being a massive baby when he does take a hit. most we have is that his logia doesn't function like others to allow him intangibility through attacks, forcing him to take physical hits that other logias wouldn't
We havent seen mihawk going all out
are you reading one piece or piece two???
When ace was fighting Blackbeard and blackbeard got hit he explained that his fruit absorbs the damage, inflicting more pain.
please consider checking before speaking
Slow your roll big guy, you bring that attitude at me and we're not gonna have a fun theory crafting session.
Nowhere does saying he absorbs the damage mean that he's taking double. That makes zero sense. If Ace attacked BB with a fireball, did he take double the heat? Double the burning? What is getting doubled, from where, and how? Is the Yami Yami no Mi simply able to mimic the power and elemental alignment of any attack that hits him to double it?
What you're suggesting is an offhand theory that was already seen as not able to be verified years ago. His fruit acts like a black hole, it's just as reasonable to say that he simply absorbs all of the damage and is not able to mitigate it in any way, such as the use of Haki. In fact it would be simpler to say that, as it brings up a lot less questions.
If you want to prove this you'll have to do what you're accusing me of not doing and produce some references because thus far the only thing you're pointing to is a fight from a decade ago that is already cited as being either mistranslated or poorly explained.
how much more pain he takes is unknown but its 100% 2x+, one single fire from ace made him panic
show where it states directly his pain/damage is doubled and not just that bb is a baby about taking hits because he can't dodge or block them due to his fruit
- double the pain, not effects broš one fireball and he was panicking and since his fruit acts as a blackhole its 100% a 2x+ pain gain
And this isnt just vs ace, vs s-hawk and many others if he fought onscreen
you said 2x damage, that's an effect not pain. Pick an argument bro š
there was this one theory saying that robin is luffy sister š
Does the Shanks scar mean anything in terms of BB plan? I always assumed he was sincere when he said that he was fine living out with the Whitebeard pirates, it wa sthe discovery of the Yami Yami fruit that pushed his events of the story. Shanks being scared may have been something that alerted Shanks like Luffyās meeting with BB but I dont think it was part of a plan
He beat Marco and the remaints of the other white beard pirates, he was part of the group that ousted Ochoko from Beehive Island, he broke into Impel Down and recruited the most dangerous criminals in the world while stealing the most powerful Paramicia type devil fruit fron Whitebeard. Even if you question if the people he beat are Yonko level: Marco, Ace, Tatch, Ochako, Law, Hancock, ect. Heās also clearly a level above them which is enough for Yonko status
I mean Id assume Dragon would act differently when on Ohara. If you are saying he is just a hard stoic character, look at Garp and Luffyās reaction to Ace dying, and its implied Dragon is similar to those 2
Here me out. (This was inspired by multiple people) What if the one piece is destroying the red line? It would make the planet into 'One Piece'. There were speculations of this in the 'Fishman Island' Arc, with Madam Shyarly predicting that Luffy would one day destroy fishman island. Her predictions were said to be never wrong. She saw Luffy standing in flames with fishman island destroyed. Now, you may be wondering what the red line has to do with fishman island. Well, fishman island is directly under the red line, And if the red line is destroyed, it will come falling down onto fishman island, also destroying it.
Really cool theory
Personally I agree thst the RedLine needs to come down.
As for the destruction of FishLand, I can name 2 characters off the top of my head who can transform/disguise. One of which is on Blackbeards crew.
Would be nice of Luffy to ceremoniously destroy their island to bring them to the surface, but at this point it might not even be luffy to do that.. š¤
I honestly just want the one piece to be some glowing orb or something
A theory as old as time itself, but you forget in Japanese one piece is translated to "the great treasure of one piece" and we know Roger found something,so there is an actual treasure. the red line coming down and the destruction of FMI is just gonna be a byproduct of the crew finding the treasures not the treasure itself
so ur saying its not real right?
No that its on Beehive island

Void century and start of all things story š£ļø
The issue is we know rodger found the One Piece, so its clearly something that Rodger couldnfind, destroying the Red Line cannot be the One Piece because Rodger did not destroy the Red Line
It could result from the one piece but it cannot be the One Piece itself

Clouds and Whales - One Piece Endgame
The threat of a great flood has grown more likely since Vegapunks reveal and he also stated the importance of the Cloud creating factory for the future. Clouds seems to be very important and we have seen a sea of clouds in Skypiea so creating a larger sea of Clouds from sea water could be a way to move water from the ocean into the sky. This is where the Whales come into play as they can turn water into steam and spray it high up in the air, and it would require a large whale to do something like that.
The Story of Brook and Laboon could be a foreshadowing of a friendship the original Joyboy had with a Giant Whale, and similarly with how Laboon is capable of waiting for over 50 years there could be a whale waiting for the next coming of Joyboy possibly close to Laugh Tale, and this Giant Whale could be connected with the One Piece treasure somehow.
Creating more Clouds could be a technology that the Ancient kingdom had access to as we have seen another way to make Clouds bigger - Dance Powder! We know from the Arabasta arc from Crocodile that silver is a required ingredient for making Dance Powder. There is a possibility that the Ancient Kingdom had access to alot of Silver - the same way that Shandora is the city of gold. Gold has associations with the Sun and similarly Silver has associations with the Moon - If the Ancient Kingdom was a kingdom that worshipped the Moon, then they could also have access to Silver, which is used to making Dance Powder or similar ways of making Clouds.
Creation of very many Clouds would make for a large amount of rain and that in turn could in theory create a very large Rainbow. We have seen before from Miss Goldenweek that Luffy is easily influenced and colors have emotions attached to them - so with Luffy in Gear 5 could get powerup somehow from rays of light from the Rainbow. As a small hint Miss Goldenweek has the images of Clouds on her shirt.
That's the most basic theory
Enel and Doffy might form an āgod allianceā. I feel like they would go hand in hand and both have not said their last words yet, it is one of the only viable options for Doffy rn. People argue that he might join cross guild, but he would never join something like that imo, and both croc and mihawk hate him.
Enel is guaranteed to return, and he is gonna need someone to team up with and Doffy is kinda the only one who would make sense
The Doffy and Imu parallel is also insane
I donāt think Doffy would ever accept Enel as a fellow āgodā bc Enel isnāt a celestial dragon, to Doffy he would just be another peasant
Also idk if Croc hated Doffy, he suggested that Doffy could work with him as his subordinate
Do you think someone like Doffy would ever be someones subordinate? Even if they were equals, Doffy wouldnāt accept that. Also I think Doffy might accept Enel because Doffy doesnāt see celestial dragons as gods. Enel who basically conquered the entire moon, obtained itās manpower and technology , has one of the most op devil fruits etc. Would be considered equal by Doffy
Oda is sort of keeping us in the dark by not foreshadowing any potential allies Doffy could get. And I think thatās because he wants to make it a grand reveal. I think Doffy will escape by himself like Shiki, and then meet Enel somehow.
Doffyās goal is to annihiliate the celestial dragons and world government. Enelās goal is unknown right now
Are there any good rocks d xebex theories?
aside from the obvious idolizing from blackbeard playing into the god valley parallels and him possibly being like buggy not really
personally to me i think hes tied to the revolutionaries or the man marked by flames somehow since he seems to wear a cloak but thats more of a guess
he could also play into blackbeards backstory, maybe he was the like shanks figure for BB
rocks is imu and shanks is her son
I have never seen a worse theory
What the fuck are those match ups, do you think Robin and Jinbei are elder lvl? Also Dragon has so much potential, that if he ended up fighting old man sengoku I would start a riot.
And I donāt think Luffy would want to battle Shanks, especially if he had bb infront of him
3 way fight could mean Luffy and Shanks are fighting BB together
And all factions wouldnāt just go rock eachother, they would have a strategy and not just go all out.
Also who else is going to fight the Goro sei? I picked the 5 strongest Strawhats besides Luffy?!?!
Itās not gonna be a battle royal in a small cage bro, itās likely gonna be the rev and strawhats fighting together against them
Tf is Robin gonna do against them
And I can more realistically see Luffy fighting bb together with Koby instead of Shanks
I also said this theory was ass lmao I was just bored and decided to think of a fun silly theory
Pluton is a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, specifically the Hito-Hito no Mi, Model: War God Pluton. This transforms the ancient weapon from a mere warship into a living, sentient entity. As a Mythical Zoan, Pluton would have the ability to take on different forms: its original ship form, a hybrid form with humanoid traits, and potentially a full "human" form resembling a giant warrior. This would make Pluton a versatile and nearly unstoppable force, capable of immense destruction and advanced interaction. JoyBoy was the original master of Pluton, the ship was more than a mere tool, it was a companion, a nakama that JoyBoy shared a deep bond. This suggests that Pluton requires someone with a similar will or lineage to fully control it. The connection to JoyBoy ties into the themes of inherited will and destiny, suggesting that Luffy, as the inheritor of JoyBoyās will, is destined to awaken Pluton. The straw hat in Imuās possession could be the key to unlocking Pluton. It might be linked to a ritual or a command that activates the shipās full potential, perhaps requiring someone with the will or lineage of JoyBoy to use it. This adds mystery to the straw hat, making it a crucial element in the awakening of Pluton. Luffyās role in this theory becomes even more significant. As JoyBoyās spiritual successor, Luffy could be the one to awaken Pluton, using the Mythical Zoan ship in the final battle against the World Government. This idea ties together the ancient power of the Void Century with the current struggle for freedom, making the final war a battle not just of strength, but of inherited will and destiny. This theory deepens the mystery of Pluton while enhancing the connection between Luffy, JoyBoy, and the ancient past. The idea of a sentient, powerful warship with a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit elevates the stakes of the final battle, making it a symbolic and epic showdown that could fulfill JoyBoyās long-standing promise of a new dawn for the world.
Okay hear me outā¦
What if Ace's mom had a kangaroo zoan or some other marsupial fruit that let her keep Ace in for so long

would it ruin most of her sacrifice? yes
But⦠it would be a funny reveal
Kanga Rouge
So Chopper has the human human fruit. Is he straight up gonna become a human when that awakens?
I kinda imagine chopper becoming something like captain komamura from bleach, that turned into a human temporarily
I mean, he pretty much became more than a human with all his different forms being a human will be pretty lame tbh
Buggy is his son
Here's the theory
That the gorosei n Imu has been to Raftel n it was around the starting of the void century after having defeated Joyboy.....but when they went there they saw Joyboy alive n Joyboy yeeted them out of the island n then magically relocated the entire island ........n he did all this without the use of Nika devil fruit bcoz he never ate it.
N that the nika fruit actually came after Joyboy died. N then once again gorosei n Imu tried to get to the Raftel n they reached it but with the help of Nika devil fruit but when they did the member of gorosei who had the Nika df had their df taken out due to something that Joyboy already prepped for the retry of gorosei n Imu n then yeeted them out again n suddenly the island Raftel was also again relocated to now it's current position where Roger pirates found it. The thing is the poneglyphs will always point to the Raftel irrespective of how many times Raftel gets magically relocated n Raftel will always yeet out Gorosei n Imu n anyone with the intentions of conspiring with them ..... but it won't yeet out others who found it either by their own efforts or by dumb luck ...however it's required that these people will not, do not n had not conspired with Imu n Gorosei. - @cold gate
Thanks
if pluton a fruit how come franky had instructions to make one
Probably that said "instructions" is rather a deep "analysis" of it that's why people got confused.
If you ever read a very deep analysis report, you might think it's rather an instructions file. So the entire misunderstanding became a telltale throughout the secretive side of One Piece world.
I don't know if this works as thoery, but I think luffy will die at the end of op
bcoz evan took a lot of his lifeforce in impel down arc and then some more at marineford arc
and each time he goes for his nika form, I think its taking a lot of his lifeforce
Because the Ship itself, JoyBoyās ship, was built at Water 7, and then later on the Devil Fruit is given to the Ship thus making it take on the name of āPlutonā
thats still a dumb theory u cant just dumb everything down to a devil fruit ability, the anicient kingdom did make it
where does it say thats its a deep analysis genuially curious
I think kid survived and will become like Moria as someone who was a hotshot coming up made it almost to the top and got his dreams and crew crushed by the new world.
It doesn't, just a hypothesis by me and also the fact that that said "really old and ancient Instructions manual" was written so long ago that it getting passed down without explanations could raise that misunderstanding and also the fact that Oda specifically avoided showing what actually was written in that manual/document and rather showed that Franky flipped through it fast enough in front of CP9 and also burnt it, giving Oda enough leeway to change the said document from "instructions manual" to something else like "a deep analysis of Pluton".
ight bru
If Imu + Elder already been to raftel then why they just dont claim? Your theory doesn't make sense in the first place.
its not my theory, its the guy i pinged
iām sorry you feel that way. iāll do better
Honestly joy boys ship being sentient because of a devil fruit is a cool ass idea. Idk about it being pluton, but its not like we haven't seen items gain sentience because of devil fruits before. I dont see why a ship couldn't eat a devil fruit and become a member of joyboys crew.
damn bru
It could connect to that weird egg on Rodgers ship during issue 0
I have a theory that, Joyboy made the hat for Emeth, like how Ace made the hat for Oars, and Emeth was just trying to go and get it back
- (I'll just copy-paste the thing that I wrote in Reddit lol)
Imu-sama will be revealed to the whole World by Big News Morgans
image of Wapol escaping from Mariejoa
When Wapol escaped from Mariejoa, him and Vivi started to stay in Morgans' ship.
We also know that Wapol entered the ship by saying that he's got some leaked intel, but I highly doubt it was Imu's existence.
Because after running for his life from Reverie, wishing not to have seen the dark side of the world, why would Wapol want to tell such a thing to Morgans, knowing that it'll turn him into a walking corpse if the Government finds out?
image of "We News" ship switching place
Well, the thing is, he doesn't want to tell that information to anyone, and he probably had some information other than Imu's existence while entering the ship, (I don't know what that information was, it's probably something irrelevant)
And he entered the ship just to hide himself from the World Government, we can see this clearly in this panel, where Vivi raises her voice and Wapol tells her to keep her voice down, being afraid of any possible Den Den Mushis nearby.
image of Wapol being scared from den den mushis
So, after all of these signs about Wapol being scared of the World Government, not wanting to tell Imu to anyone, you must be wondering why am I theorizing about him telling Morgans about Imu? I'll get back to this in a bit too, but first,
Even if Wapol did tell Morgans about Imu, why would Morgans tell the entire world about Imu, isn't he with the government?
Well, no. Morgans doesn't side with anyone, he doesn't care about what is Fact or what is Fiction, he only cares about what sells. And "The Supreme Ruler of the World Government" would definitely sell a lot.
But there must be another reason for Morgans risking his life for a headline, a reason other than "selling his papers", right?
(1 / 2)
(2 / 2)
image of Morgans saying something like "I only care about what sells"
I am not sure about that since the Government wanted him to hide the news about Lulusia disappearing, but he killed the Cipher Pol agent who told him the request from the government, implying that he'd do whatever he wanted when it came to newsmaking.
So let's answer the question I left unanswered, why would Wapol tell any living soul about the existence of Imu?
- My answer to this is very uncertain and has many flaws, please improve it or leave your own answers in the comments :)
One possible answer I have in mind is related to the latest chapter (1124), and it's in my opinion the scenario with the most probability of happening, but as I said before, my explanation will have a lot of flaws so please fill in the blanks in your own head.
image of chapter 1124, 2nd page (the page where Vivi hits Morgans)
As we can see on this page, Wapol doesn't want to make Morgans angry, since he will have nowhere to hide from the Government other than the News Ship.
And a whole month has passed since he escaped from Mariejoa, so his fear of talking about Imu must've decreased even if only a little bit, and by now his desire of wanting to stay on the ship may have passed his fear of the Government.
Also, we see Morgans listing out possible topics/headlines, this could be Oda hinting at a much bigger headline, "The Supreme Ruler of the Government".
Plus, the news scene ends right when Vivi calls Morgans a liar, which could be a cliffhanger from Oda, maybe Wapol will get scared and tell him about Imu right away, maybe something else will happen, I don't know.
But I am almost certain that something will happen and Wapol will tell Morgans about Imu, but I don't know what will make him do that, my brain cells aren't enough to theorize that much š
I read the rules and I didn't see a "no sending links" rule so here's the full reddit post with images: https://www.reddit.com/r/OnePiece/comments/1f6qxqq/imusama_will_be_revealed_to_the_whole_world_by/
no, his normal human-form is the full human form. He just keeps hos fur cus the other zoan forms also keep their hair even when transformed
at least pre-timeskip, idk why it got so cartoonishly big post timeskip but could just be him fine-tuning his form or something, idk. Its not as clear cut as i initially made it out to be
Ngl I have a theory that bb will eventually make a move for the empty throne. There was this theory I saw online where bb is darkness imu is the moon and luffy is the sun⦠the darkness consumes the moon and the sun eradicates the darkness. Will also go with is goal of taking over the world.
Theory(theories) for the upcoming chapters 1124+
1.Strawhats will split up once again, (honestly seems plausible heading to the giants island) Maybe one group will be taken by the man with the burn scar (silhouette at the end of the recent chapter?)
2.We will go back to Hachinosu and see Garp and Blackbeard interact, on top of this we will see the aftermath of the reverie at Mariejois and possibly get a reveal (very unlikely)
3. some new events will develop across the world (revolutionary army, Navy) We will see Dragon or Akainu do something.
4.Bounty reveals are pretty much guaranteed so i can see this happened this weeks chapter.
i think the one piece endgame will mirror Alabasta to some degree or reverse some plot points. Alabasta was all about missing rain/water, the endgame will have us fight against too much water. Imu/Elders/WG take the role of Croc. Now, the question would be if the navy takes the role of the nations army or the revos, as its unclear if the whole navy will still fight for the WG in the end. Vivi will play an important role, the ponegliffs/ancient weapon will and so on
what if stawhats meet up with law and bepo in elbaf
When luffy finishes up I believe the empty throne will be there and everyone will want and expect him to take it and he will instead destroy it.
- I don't think they do new bounties untill after Elbaf, because Ussops next bounty will be 1.5 billion and I don't see that happening until after the Elbaf arc
In order for Usopps bounty to go up, in reference to Elbaf, someone on the island would have to be connected to either Big News morgan or the world government. Who do we expect to be on the island thats fits that criteria?
There have been theories that Morgans will go to Elbaf and thats where Vivi will reunite with the crew
i think sanji will be stronger then jinbei
He already is
I only read PCP theories

What paramecia df do you guys think S - Croc has. Perosnally I think its the Venom-Venom
I think either the rust fruit or Buggys
I used to hope it was rust but honestly itd really annoy Crocodile so Im rooting for it to be the bara bara no mi, splitting so small like grains of sand
I just remembered when Axe-Hand Morgan, NOT THE DUCK, swam away after attacking Garp in the Kobe Sequel. After that we got no information on him or where he swam.
as a reminder dont talk about spoilers for the upcoming chapter outside of the spoiler channels
They can't claim because
-
Whenever they have ever reached Raftel, they instantly get teleported back to Marie Joise on the Red Line because Joyboy has Voice of All Things and so he can hear if and when who's coming with what intentions and can also see very far into the future like centuries. This teleport that gets triggered each time for Imu and Elders also work for Marines and any other conspirators who follow them even if they don't know the whole truth or are completely oblivious to it.
-
It's completely required that you have read or know all that's written on each Poneglyph, otherwise the teleport haki might get triggered.
-
No one can claim Raftel or One Piece also because Raftel Island literally gets "teleported" as a whole, to a whole new location in the grand line but still stays in the region after Elbaf or Wano.
-
The reason Imu and Elder fears the Hito Hito no Mi:Nika is because it is the only other thing that can be used to access Raftel, other than learning everything from the poneglyphs. Which is why they have been searching for Nika df, and have been hunting people who have cracked the code to read the poneglyphs. This also makes Robin, very precious and important because they are perfectly sure there is no one else other than her alive now who can read the poneglyphs, so they pursue her so that "Imu and Elders" can fulfill the other requirement for being able to not trigger mass teleport of Raftel.
Which brings us to the next part as to why killing Vegapunk prime was important
-
He actually has figured out a lot of the poneglyphs. He may have arrived at the conclusion that it's a requirement that you need to know this so as to reach Raftel and that's why WG has been purging knowledge on poneglyphs. And also publicly ruined Roger Pirates image as much as possible, so Vegapunk hitched on that ride blaming Rogers pirates and revealed as much information and knowledge of the poneglyphs to the entire world. Marking the entire world with a big fat target mark on their back, forcing Imu and Elders to decide whether they again do a mass genocide of unspeakable amount or do something else.
-
The Elders entire focus shifted from Nika fruit because Elders were able to confirm fighting Luffy that he doesn't know he has Nika df, so he isn't a main target or Luffy would have died there.
-
Saturn called creating Bonney a Nika as his success in his experiment because now "Imu and Elders" has a better chance of staying at Raftel without triggering Joyboy's teleport for a longer time. They still have to deal with Joyboy's ability of Voice of All Things because that still stands as a sure fire way of countering multiple Nika's. But this ties into why killing Vegapunk prime was important is because he probably has a better understanding of what Bonney has become than any other Vegapunk's even if they have access to his memories, because it's not their experience but Vegapunk prime's experience they are experiencing.
The Gorosei that teleported back were only the one's that didn't physically travel there, the only thing Joyboy's haki seemed to do is counter (for lack of better term) the ability like haki does to devil fruits, if there was a teleport thing then Joyboy, the ancient kingdom or whoever hid the island wouldn't have gone through the trouble of hiding it. The poneglyphs have been around for 800years and the road poneglyphs all have locations on them that help point to Laugh Tale, if the island was constantly teleporting then the road poneglyphs would be for nothing
Lol
I got more evidence
Maybe Sai as a worshiper of God Ussop causes him to take the blame for hitting a celestial dragon?
quick brainfart theory of mine
Why is Shanks not JoyBoy
Shanks has one Arm
JoyBoy has one Arm
Shanks owns the straw hat
onlyborrowed it
also Shanks has the strongest haki
same as JoyBoy
also joyboys
silhouette is more like shanks
maybe he wants to be joyboy so bad, or he is the real reincarnation of JoyBoy
3am going to post this idea: Davy Back fight: Crossguild with Doflamingo, Edward Weevill, possibly Xdrake, escaped Moriah, and Law vs the Strawhats, Lodeponeglphy rubbings if Crossguild wins, Garps life if Strawhats win. A sort of what if the Strawhats are at Marineford.
This doesnt make sense. Roger got to Laugh tale and he never had the nika fruit. I doubt the elders want to claim the island since imo the one piece is a huge poneglyph with a message from joyboy to the person that inherits the nika fruit. Hence why Roger said they were too early arriving to the island. Joyboy's haki can't tp people it just nullified Saturn's power that tped the elders to egghead
Plus on the wiki it says joyboys haki sent the elders from egghead all the way back to marijoair which is a mistake imo
Roger getting to Laughtale gets fulfilled by the 2nd point, that being "It's a requirement that you have read and know of all the poneglyphs and only then will you be able to find the Laughtale Island." Also, Roger pirates actually went around for over several years finding all the poneglyphs after Roger had once reached the "known" end of Grand Line, and then he thought there was more, so he restarted the journey and probably thought that these poneglyphs are important so why not hunt them down and see what that reveals.
While the statement that he laughed is true, I was never going into the specifics of what is the One Piece but rather that how Laughtale keeps Gorosei, Imu and anyone who either hasn't read all the poneglyphs(indirectly being revealed to all the information on the poneglyphs also validates as having read the poneglyphs) or that you have Nika devil fruit and that you(plural) are not being backed by World Government or are not going to help the WG get to Laughtale.
Remember my entire theory that I stated so many messages ago, completely does not include what is the One Piece, and that it only includes how Laughtale has never been actually been found by WG(or for my theory claimed they know the correct location of that island, so they avoid declaring that said Island exists because it eluding them proves that Celestial Dragons and WG are powerless against whatever is on that Island).
The reason I say that Joyboy is able force teleport is because his death resulted in the birth of Nika devil fruit. Joyboy's will became the Hito Hito no Mi: Model Nika, and so I say he is able to do force teleport is because he can do whatever he wants just using haki, a feat getting passed to the Nika Devil Fruit, this conjecture is based upon the death of the monster on Punk Hazard Island which formed a true devil fruit near it. While it's true no one's ever been shown to have eaten that devil fruit but if that devil fruit's eaten we will know for sure.
Yeah reading the poneglyphs is a must to get to the island but there's no evidence that the island itself is keeping anyone away from it. The road poneglyphs are a map that triangulate the position of the island so makes sense that u need them to get to the island since the logpose doesnt log it. There hasnt been any evidence that the elders or Imu even want to get to the island as far as I remember. All they care about is controlling the state of the world and erase history that makes them look like the bad guys
Getting to Laughtale might be a very low priority for the Gorosei and Imu and so they just don't even bother to do a lot about it in very short intervals.
They probably think about getting to Laughtale in a long term plan, which probably involved creating Seraphim, Bonney becoming Nika, destroying Ohara and killing Vegapunk to control the information written on the poneglyphs so that they could control who could reach Laughtale. It might even have been Imu's plan to let Roger pirates reach Laughtale but even I think that's freaking huge stretch even for me, and Imu and Gorosei has never shown that they are that level of manipulators.
They want to control the poneglyphs because they tell the story of how imu and the elders/20 kingdoms basically commited mass genocide and sank a lot of islands during the war. I doubt they wanted to make bonney nika since Nika is the symbol of rebellion against the world gov, their biggest enemy, someone who frees slaves and the elders/celestial dragons/Imu see humanity as slaves. Bonney didnt even become nika or gained any of its powers. She just gained the appearance of Nika. I think youre putting too much emphasis on the island rather than the huge history that is one of the pillars of OP
Could be, I'll rethink about it(my theory) from a different perspective too. But I still see that that island is more important than what's been it been shown as. And yeah you are right, I have put lesser emphasis on history.
I feel like the island itself is not that big of a deal, but what it holds in it is huge hence why roger started the new pirate area. I also think he learned the truth about the world gov and the atrocities they did during the war against joyboy and he was too early to do anything about it. Hence, starting a new era makes it more likely for the right person to find the one piece and change the world/end the world gov. At least thats how I view the direction the story is taking. If anything, I'd say maybe Imu vs Luffy at Laugh Tale could be a way to end the series but thats a big speculation
THERE'S THIS CRAZY THEORY VIVRE CARD OF FRANKY WHERE IT SAID QUEEN OF WANO KUNI IS HIS FATHER AND HE ABANDONDED HIS SON
Whatever the island is it's been hidden for 700 years. So it is something but the island does hold the key. I think the big thing is it connected the dots about the WG and shined light into they're depraved past while simultaneously explaining why it isn't as noble as it says.
I mean I agree, thats why Joyboy hid the most important piece there.
Joyboy was killed not because of his War against the World Government but because it was a necessity as he is running amok with his powers and in turn influencing the land. Joyboy is the reason why the World of One Piece looks Cartoony as it is.
guys dont overthink, one piece will be found underwater.. just like normal pirates finding treasure under the sea... under which is an island submerged
Doubt, he was powerful and from a kingdom far more advanced than everyone else. They got killed out of fear
whole hype of laugh tale is there beacause everyone thinks it has one piece
what do you guys think...who is waiting for the straw hats on elbaf
people are hyping up that its gaban'
Are 1125 theories cool now that TCBs out or give it a day or two
Imu is just like vegapunk, long head. Maybe they are relative.
no u are fine, as soon as the chapter is announced to the server you can go ahead
In that case I'd like to cash in this massive W
Imu only tells gorosei certain infos. The wg is way less informed on laugh tale/joyboy/ancient kingdom than many of us recognize.
They probaly just know it as the thing that imu wants secret thats it
They know of it likely, but again just whatever imu needs them to know, then it trickles down a bit to the sengokus etc.
Ok if its safe to talk about 1125, then I think it explains the WG logo in a passive line from our fave queen. There are 3 other bridges connecting, so a central structure connecting 4 other structures which they probably planned to be the last thing standing.
Imuās Power
Before I get into the details of this let me say what I think Garlings ability will be a Wolf one of Apolloās sacred animals. Apollo is the Greek/Roman god of the sun. What better to counteract the sun god then with one of Apolloās sacred animals the wolf.
Now onto Imuās Power. He has the ability to grant DF powers. For he is the god of DFās. But anyone who eats a DF he has control of. The only way to counteract would maybe have a strong conquerors spirit. It would make sense on how some of the Goro sei survived being flung in water and other stuff because he allows them to swim. Imu and Nika were rivals and Imu lost a battle they had and was banished to earth. Where Imu created the DFās.
This is kind of just a crackpot theory but I like it
i agree somewhat but i personally believe imu is mother ocean or has the powers of mother ocean. She's somewhat the opposite of all devil fruit abilities and hates all users in a sense
I could see that tbh.
Only thing is though wouldnāt Mother Ocean love fishmen? Imu wouldnāt let the abuse of Fishman stand .
well i dont think a character like chopper has a strong spirit to be free of imus power( in exampe), i thinks related to the water as her name implies , maybe water devil fruit ? like sometimes the simplest answers are the closest, and for the devil fruits there was a theory about a tree in marie joie that bares it
Oooh like the tree in the garden of Eden and the DF are the āforbidden fruitsā what if Imuās true name is Eden.
yeah there was a theory on youtube about that, im not sure , i watched like a year ago, its been a whiles ince i stopped investing that much in the mange xD
Adding on to this. Maybe Imu can only control those who he has given DF him self. Thatās why he hasnāt ended so many other people
Dont think itd be that underwhelming. For now Imu is made to look like the final boss, the leader of the corrupt world, so I'd say they need to have a power to back that reputation. As for the elders, it was said that the power to have eternal life existed in the past and Imu might have control of it. Hence why they're 900 years old and why they are able to give some of that power to the elders but also take it. And I think when they take it away the years catch up to the body making it rapidly age and die
Do we know what tequila wolf is trying to connect
My guess is a pathway between the upper parts of islands or potentially even directly across from one point of the Redline to the other across the blues, that way the Dragons have a way of getting around the world without having to circumnavigate all the way around the red line to find their stop
Have we seen what the bridges connect to? Besides the redline?
noooo
Maybe the wg flag that was proposed was actually a hint for the polynglyphs? Since it matches with that.
Add Greenbulls power making people look thinner I think we could see whitebeard and Franky in Impel down
How whitebeard came here dawh
skinny Weevil Jr looks like Whitebeard after greenbulls attacks
what do you guys think will happen 1st. After Luffy found one piece, the great war will happen. Or great war will happen 1st and after that Luffy will find one piece. Or both?

Great war first
yes i also think great war will happen first
guys
we all know how the 5 goresie have been living for hundreds of years right?
what if imu ate a fruit or has the power to immortalize people
and she used them to make them immortal as her eternal servants
now stay with me,
in the recent chapter its stated that saturns body got older and he died
what if imu was like fuck u and de immortalized him and the aging effect came all at once making him burst in flames and die leaving only the skeleton which only happens when the body has been dead for years
i think it has something to do with ope ope no mi perenial youth, idk ivankov mentioned it when he revelead "St. Imu of the Nerona" (possibly)
Not to nitpick, but remember, all the Kanji used to reference and describe Imu is masculine....
its a theory gender is irrelevant since they never specified if it is a she or a he
Here's a thought, there's a time time fruit and the last person died. So what if imu has is? That's the only thing I can think of
Is Saul all but confirmed to be the Man marked by Flame? His knowledge would make sense seeing as he preserved the library of Ohara
Who is this? She doesn't seem to be on the wiki? I can't post a pic for some reason, but she is in the rev army and has a feather in her cap. She is in chapter 440 and 593. She isn't listed in the revolutionary army on the wiki and or on the wiki for chapter 593 or chapter 440
Ivan revealed the power of eternal youth existed in the past, which I dont think is related to ope fruit.
But I do agree Imu took away the power of youth from Saturn making him rapidly age and die. But dont think thats his fruit power/main one
So real question, what do we think about Queen possibly being Franky's dad that he kinda hinted at in a Vivre card?
?
Cope
Cope?
I dont buy it unless there's something hinted in the manga
Thing is it's not like the vivre cards just made this up, something so specific would have to have been said by Oda
In terms of other connections, both are funky cyborgs introduced in a song and dance number, and on vol 39/93, mirrored numbers, they're in the same place. Young Queen kinda looks like Franky too
Yuderon made a whole video on it 2 years ago and he cooked it seems
I agree that both of them being cyborg is something to raise an eyebrow, manga cover is debatable. Even then I dont see how that would add anything to the story from where its currently at
What if Laugh Tale is a giant sink and the one piece is the plug that allowed the ocean to fill up?
I think Imu is the man with the burn scar and has the last road Poneglyph. He probably doesn't stay in pangea castle all the time. If you are 800 years I'm sure you want to go out every once in a while. That's when he sails around in his pitch black ship. Maybe he doesn't go out that often that's why he is hard to find. But i think the umi theory makes a lot of sense and his monster shape that we saw a little bit could be that. Also it is said that the man with the burn scar creates whirlpools when he appears which would also fit the umi theory
Also the man with the burn scar is said to work for the government. But how is it possible that almost nobody seems to know him. That's because he is Imu and not many people know about him and those who might know are smart enough not to talk about it. But bb might find all of that out and will try to get to Imu to get the Poneglyph. Hence all the stuff with saturn
Imu is the good guy in one piece! Joy Boy was going around granting wishes based on people desires and it almost destroy the world. So Imu had to get rid of him. Imu is a misunderstood hero!
I think last road poneglyph has to be in Elbaf tho, else where do they go from there? I think maybe its Elbaf arc, great war, getting the one piece. I heard people say Oda plans to finish by next year/2 years so there's not much to work with. If Imu has the last road then the world gov wouldn't be preocupied with pirates getting the One Piece as they would have control over the last thing needed to obtain it. Idk, we'll have to see how Elbaf develops
I just wish we had a transcrip of what every poneglyph's content, we only know what theyre about but not what they say exactly
not a long theory or anything but I think laughtale and the one piece might be located in a high af point in the world. Joyboy probably knew about the world sinking so if he was the first to leave the treasure there or create it whatever it would make sense.
what's y'all favorite large theory
something that covers a bunch of mysteries not just what the one piece is, what is the will of d etc
I haven't read any tbh, maybe because it never occured to me because i've never been very enthusiastic about theories or just never cared enough for it. what's yours?
I think itās under reverse mountain

But the WG having the last Poneglyph won't stop pirates from trying to get it tho. If information got out that they have it a yonko crew like BB could definitely try to get it and it would be a mojor problem for the wg. They would have to mobilize most of their forces to fight them off. Also once BB would start to go for it other yonkos or even the Revolutionary Army might also decide to go for it and join the fight. I think something like that will happen after Elpaf or Lodestar and the winner will go to laugh tale.
Also One Piece will 100% not be finished in 2 years i would bet my life on that.
The world isnt large
The people are small
Imu downsized humanity. He claimed his reasoning was to downsize humanity to use less resources and to lessen the gravitational strain on them, allowing people great feats of strength compared to their size, like an ant, and being able to provide food for everyone, just creating easier living for everyone, claiming he would bring dreams to reality by altering the dreamer
and joyboy was a naturalist who wanted dreams to change the world not the other way around and knew that weakening everyone, as that strength is simply perceptual and not absolute, could be used to control all the people, so he disliked downsizing and he wasnt a giant, just normal, and the abnormal physiologies of people are genetic failures in the downsizing process but imu played it off as another means to distribute the mass on a larger area to counteract gravity, like ant, still
The giants dont take devil fruits because they were naturalists as well and if they didnt give in to science, why would they give in to, as they see it atleast, magic.
Also joyboy fought the 20 kingdoms by stomping them hes kinda a fraud.
how did roger get to the one piece then, he never fought wg head on
hahaha i thought this command was going to show a bunch of theories like a list and you'd choose a popular one to discuss
The last one used to be on fishman island, somebody moved it after roger got it
At that time the Government had not yet acquired one of the Road Poneglyphs. Only after Roger reached Laugh Tale they realized how dangerous it is for them. Maybe they didn't even think it was possible to reach it or they didn't even know about it themselves. But after Roger did it they decided that they will go and get one of the Poneglyphs so that every future pirate would have to go through them to reach Laugh Tale. That's when they stole the one from Fishman Island
Since the island was Whitebeards territory, Im guessing it was either done super sneakily or whoever took it was connected to Whitebeard in some way (like the theory that the man marked by flames is masked deuce)
I think its Shiki, since he was probably the mystery man with crocus (maybe the one on elbaf), if he used to be a yonko he wouldve been ousted by shanks who couldve scarred him (gryphon can light on fire) and with the float fruit he could probably steal a poneglyph pretty easily and create whirlpools by manipulating currents
Hmmm, interesting. Maybe ngl, would have to reread/watch to get the full view. I just think them having it defeats the purpose of their worries. Luffy does not plan around the poneglyphs he just kinda stumbled across all of them. I dont see them going to wg just to get it. Something else would have to drive them there which could be great war depending on how elbaf develops
Also roger didnt do anything to threaten the wg once he obtained the op so I dont think they got scared of that. He did not spread the truth of the world, he didnt attack them. He just surrendered and began the next pirate era. Mostly cuz he was dying but still. Roger getting the one piece didnt really do much to them
I think if BB figures out Imu has the last Poneglyph and tries to get it that will start the final war and Imu might go full ballistic and sink more islands and raise the sea level which will kick the final war into full gear and basically everyone joins for a Battle Royale style battle or something like that
would be cool, tho then what? They b line to laught tale and thats the end? I feel like someone has to confront them at Laugh Tale whoever it is. And Imy is made up to be the final boss as things stand
