-I was rewatching the onigashima rooftop fight with Luffy/Zoro and the others and the part where Zoro seemingly meets death gave me this thought. I think it’s safe to say that that death itself is coming for Zoro because he’s literally cheated it so many times. Taking Luffy’s pain, the Mihawk fight, hell maybe even vs Shu or Kizaru. So far people assume that the only ones left to tell about what actually happened at god valley are those aged marine m, pirate, and god knight veterans that are left. That we may get a flashback by one of those old time characters. But there is one character already close to the main cast of one piece who may know the details of what transpired there. One who was oddly absent at the introduction of the rocks pirates landing on god valley. Yet he is always seen with his trio constantly and has been by the side of one who was a yonkou. I’m talking about Zeus. In 1096 we saw Prometheus and napoleon with big mom when he and her old crew invaded god valley. Oddly Zeus is never seen but it can be guessed he is there as the sentient cloud was known to be close with big mom and the ball of fire. Even if he wasn’t there, prometheus napoleon or big mom might have told him if what happened at god valley. I predict Zeus may open the introductions of the rocks pirates to the straw hags pirates.

This theory won’t be long, but a typical adventure book thing is traveling to a an underground world. It was already suspicious that Saturn said he hadn’t come to the surface in ages. But now Ginny also mentioned coming to the surface, has a disease that only allows you to live if sunlight doesn’t reach you and that totally fits an underground theme. An underground sea would be almost the only explanation for the ennies lobby and lulusia never filling holes, with water coming back to the surface through some upwards stream like maybe reverse mountain being the exit. Please note the eve tree roots go all the way to fishman island through red line and there could be caverns inside. I already though about this when I wrote my poles theory: #manga-theories message . There are hollow earth theories (they are similar to flat earth theories in a way) where the earth is hollow and there is a continent inside and the poles are the entry points with water connecting both oceans trough them. 1. Ivankov makes the most sense as it's been shown that they have some form of

Can Dragon destroy the rev army? Sure, but new organization will pop up after that. But by "leading" the movement, he could damage control for wg indefinitely

• As we see with Imu, there is a giant straw-hat locked up with the world government that couldn't fit a normal human by any means.

• Joyboy gave Fishman island a GIGANTIC ship that can take the whole population away if need-be. It can even fit somebody like Shirahoshi, so it can likely fit regular giants too.

• Gear 3 and Gear 5 have many techniques related to giants (Gear 3 being pretty much mimicry of giants.) Naturally, filling a balloon with air doesn't make it any stronger, yet Gear 3 does exactly this. It makes me wonder if the stretching abilities are actually just finely controlled points that allow Luffy to achieve part of Nika's original size. Of course, Nika probably did have some sort of stretching ability regardless.

• Gear 5 possesses a Giant form, which retains the noodly aspects that describe Joyboy.

• Zunesha is a gigantic elephant that supposedly had beef with Joyboy and later gained respect for him, continuing the Giant theme around him.

• Shanks seems to base himself at Elbaph, land of the Giants. It's possible that they have a lot of culture centred around Nika over there, as the Buccaneers do. As we've seen, races can be hunted down just for associating themselves with Nika, so this could be part of why the Giants were attacked over the centuries. If Shanks has insider knowledge of the Nika culture, it might be that he sees heavy significance in the straw hat and Luffy's fruit (even back when Luffy was a kid), meaning the fruit itself must be why he entrusted the future to Luffy. If he learned this from the Giants, there's a chance that Nika originated from Elbaph. It'd be fitting too, to have the journey for the poneglyphs end at the location where Nika begun his own.

It might have been the last curse of the Ds or Joy Boy so they could never see the sun or moon light which both are very attached to Joy Boys lore. To be fair there are more sky islands than just Skypiea like Birka, Weatheria, and Balloon Terminal are some of them, also I don’t think Vegapunk will be dying at this point in this arc so he and Bonney may end up like Kinemon and Momonosuke like adult and child duo that travels with the straw hat until Vegapunk finds a good place to hide, Bonney may either stay with him, go on her way (don’t like that option because she is a kid), or she continues traveling with the straw hat and even technically join the crew but not a full crew mate but rather an apprentice (kinda doubt that but it is possible).

Last chapter might be a foreshadow of the crew and their guests going to another sky island. Bonney said that she wanted to see one. That could be a proper resting place for what is left of kuma. Remember how bonney suggested that they might see nika there? Plus the WG will probably know where the strawhats are heading thanks to Lucci. Them going to an sky island might throw their plans to recapture them in a hurdle. Another character that has yet to be given any serious screentime is that fallen monk. Plus it would be a convenient setting for vivi to reunite with her crew given that she is traveling by airship.

As for Vivi she is very likely going to get involved in the next arc regardless of which island considering she knows where they are now and she would probably make Morgans follow them anyways so there is also that.

Theres a possibility the Man Marked By Flames / Man with Burn Scars (aka Flame guy) has a water logia. heres why:

#1: The sea has always been an important part of One Piece. Most of the planet is ocean, they navigate by ship, yada yada, its pirate story. ofc the ocean is important. Devil fruits (and the wills they seem to carry) are also quite important when it comes to the story, and the sea (aka Mother Nature) is said to be their enemy. Considering that, i think theres a high likelihood we will see a water logia at some point (btw, even tho df users are weak to sea water, there could be an exception for this fruit. Not all logias work the exact same, as BB's fruit proves, so who knows)

#2: now if you agree with me that its likely such an opponent will be fought; where could such a fight take place? If you ask me, even though a water fruit seems broken on paper (if you include it controlling sea water as well), at this point in the story, it would essentially work the same as Caribou for any non-df user with haki. Not that busted if you ask me. However, lets say you put the fight on a ship, surrounded by sea water, and with the fruit wielded by a strong user with great haki; that seems like it could make for an interesting late game fight. We already know there is something/someone on the ship that causes whirlpools to form around them. Seems like that is something a water logia could do.

The redline might be an artificial structure blocking the natural release of Pyrobloin into the atmosphere which among things cause gigantification as seen by animals on Skypiea. Perhaps the giant people were much larger than they were now I mean look at Zunesha and the strange beings in the florian triangle (which might be the only small piece of dense Pyrobloin left in the world). than i am aware that the only people who know what the one piece is ( or could have been) are roger and his crew. and what i am proposing is that in the above paragraph is that the moon is a key tool in said destruction. no pirate that is not in lauftale have to know in order for the crew that actually is in the right place at the right time to accomplish whatever. And we know that WB was collecting all the money he can to help rebuild his war-torn hometown, so that could have been his main motivation for joining rocks, essentially joining forces with someone evil in order to do good deeds

I have a weird theory: luffy will get more than one devil fruit and he already has, in some limited capacity. People often point out how Black Beard’s logia doesn’t really make sense as a logia, and I’ve been reading some theories that state that he has the opposite of the nika nika, a moon-moon fruit. It would make sense since his logia doesn’t work like other logias, and he and luffy are portrayed as opposites that are destined to clash.

So I’ve been thinking: if BlackBeard can enslave the will of a fruit to use as is own, or steal it some other way, wouldn’t luffy have something similar but opposite at the same time? What if the nika nika inherits some of the will of a user who died fighting for/with him? We know fruits are born of dreams, and inherited will is a thing, a very important element of the story. Luffy got the red hawk after ace’s sacrifice for him. What if he inherited part (not all) of the fire fire fruit’s dream? Not enough to give him the same powers, the fruit regenerated after all, but enough to incorporate it into his fruit?

Virtually every other crew we have seen operates this way, Allie’s or enemies. What makes Saturn say “so you’re the kind of pirates who stick together” ?

Rocks pirates did not. Obviously notorious for infighting and killing each other, they all had their own goals and reasons for being in rocks crew. Same is true with Blackbeards crew; they all want power and individual notoriety, such as the island captain saying he was going to claim garps bounty not for Blackbeard, but for pirate island.

2 things need to happen for this to be the case. 1: Aokiji is a SWORD spy (which I still think he could be). 2: Aokiji has to die, or otherwise be taken out of commission, which is very possible given the current state of the BB pirates. The reason I believe that Burgess is the one who would be KOed or killed is because if Aokiji is in fact SWORD, then we will probably find out at the same time that BB finds out based on the way the story is usually told. This means that this realization would spark an almost instant fight between Aokiji and BB. If Aokiji doesn’t do something useful, that’s poor character writing, because then his only feat as a SWORD spy would essentially be eliminating Garp; kinda not ideal. So this begs the question of what would Aokiji’s shining moment be. Obviously I don’t think he’s stronger than BB, and even though you could argue his ability to severely cripple BB personally, I don’t see Aokiji being one of the main opponents of the lead antagonist of the show. Therefore, it can be safely assumed that if all up until now happens, the next best thing would be for him to take out one of the Titanic Captains. While ‘newer’ members like Shiryu or Vasco might make a dent on the crew power wise, it wouldn’t effect BB as much as losing Burgess would. Burgess has had almost as much if not potentially more screen time than BB himself, and has been heavily played up as his right hand man. Along with that, it seems like Burgess is truly along as a friend of BB, being present from his first showing, rather than simply being along for the power and opportunity that BB offers the others. So, in conclusion, Aokiji will be discovered to be a SWORD spy who has done something to leak info or etc against BB, BB will turn on him and fight him with his whole crew behind him because he doesn’t do 1v1s like that, and Aokiji will successfully take out one of the most valuable members of the BB pirates before being taken out: Jesus Burgess.

Idk if this has already been talked about before or if there's something to disprove it, but I had the thought a while ago that Big Mom might've caused a genocide on the three eyed tribe. It more or less answers some questions I have about them, like why don't more people try to get Three Eyed Tribe members on their crews, or why Big Mom didn't have the father of Pudding read her ponoglyphs. That's what I believe too, but I think Vegapunk helping Bonney will disguise that hidden fact. I do think dfs have a natural resistance to disease and it may be the reason why Oda never showed Law curing himself on panel. He also could have healed over time and I think Doflamingo just made the assumption that Law used his df ability to cure himself. Law just never corrected Doflamingo.

Doc Q df's ability to give diseases are interesting because antibodies are also created which so the same disease cant be used twice on the same person and the anitbodies spread to those nearby. It's like the dfs naturally fight disease or have high resistance.

We haven't seen any df user die of a disease (I don't think). Its like non df users like Roger can still die. But who knows really.

Also people give shit about Vegapunk but I think he is more of an upstanding guy, the issue are the Gorosai and the system. Not even the Marines are at wrong in general.

I think there are a lot of similarities and opposites in how they aquired their DF´s, both kinda swallowed whole with opposite power (Luffy cannot be hit by guns and Buggy not by swords - the names are also a kind of mimic to it) - Both have very loyal crews. In opposition, Buggy did not want to eat the DF, knowing what it was, while Luffy ate it not knowing what it was. Buggy is materialistic, while Luffy is more of a go with the flow kinda guy.

From what we know, Kuma might not have shown up without Luffy punching a CD, so my guess is Bonney was in Saboady to help release the slavers doing what her mom and the RA have been doing.

She's a pirate and considered to be part of the worst generation although she was only 10 at the time.

I think that whoever is speaking to Saturn is the one that goes to capture Bonney to use as a bartering chip against Kuma. My assumption is its Akainu or Kizaru (those lasers need to be integrated into the pacifistas).

Kuma ends up losing the fight trying to protect Bonney and she gets kidnapped from egg island. Saturn probably pulls the strings by forcing Kuma to be a warlord in exchange for Bonneys freedom or something along those lines. Well, this is just a short theory, and I don't know if anybody has ever mentioned it. It is mentioned that buccaneer has committed a great crime in the past, and it's speculated that they're humans carrying Giants DNA, but think about it....

Why would the crime being a Buccaneer is enslavement? (they could've been lab subject but that's only after Kuma came to VP himself). And it's not really a crime of being a Giant because Marines employ them, even former Giants Pirates.

Now what I speculate: the crime of Buccaneer is simply being born. Celestials hate the idea of inter-species marriage, and Buccaneer is proof of that. We could go even further based on the giant Straw Hats in Imu's dungeon, that Buccaneer could've been Joyboy's descendants and a direct proof of the ancient alliance between humans and Giants. Enslavement is simply the form of punishment suitable for their irrational hate, after all that's how Oda tend to portray the Celestials actions.

Alright so now with bonney's devil fruit I'm wondering if she's one of 3 options:
Option 1
Bonney ate the devil fruit in the time Kuma was attacking the castle. Who gave it to her?/Where did she find it? Did someone die close by who had it? The CD's are known to give devil fruits to slaves to entertain themselves (Boa sisters) so it's possible Ginny was given one and through her death one was close by. I know she was brought as a wife but this is a possibility. It's still a question of how no one found it before this though.

Option 2
Bonney was given the devil fruit upon birth. Possibly by Ginny thinking it could help her daughter or the CD's for fun until it was revealed Ginny was sick and they were kicked out of Mariejois. It's possibke that the Age-Age Fruit was one of the prizes on God Valley and, due to the festivities being interrupted, wasn't given to anyone until years later. If that's the case that leaves the door open to it being the "Treasure of Pirates Island". If it was stolen by Ginny to give to Bonney, it would explain why she mysteriously caught a long dead disease as it could have been punishment (especially since we have a gorosei member who's ancient zoan devil fruit is based on a yokai that spreads disease).

Option 3
Bonney is someone who already had the fruit who used it to revert back into a baby and the cost of this technique is the users memory. Not really much to say about this one, other than the fact that that would mean that Ginny had some sort of friendship with this person while in Marygeois and tried to sneak them out underbthe guise of being her child. Can't really say much more than that but it is a possibility.

Rouge is a wild card as she barely had any moments, same with Saul.

Law is also pretty wild card cause despite being with him for long, he don't really have too much to work with. He never said he wanted to be the best doctor, or anything like that. However when he was younger he did say he want to destroys everything, I believe that's mostly gone but he did say he wants to take down all the Yonkos. So we can infer he also wants to change the world in some way

I don't like the destiny theories mostly just because it makes it feel like people can't control their own fates. I thought of the exact same theory, however to add on, I think Buggy will either be the opposition to Luffy, similar to Roger and Whitebeard. Buggy most likely has Haoshoku Haki, considering his dream in to be king of the pirates, and he announced this ambition in front of Mihawk and Crocodile. He also has exceptionally leadership abilities and is able to rally people with ease. Another reason is that Buggy and Shanks were both on Roger's crew, and I don't think that Roger would pick up Shanks and bring Buggy along unless Buggy has some sort of potential. I also think that the crews are very similar, considering if it is the final fight, Straw-Hats vs Cross Guild, then Zoro would also have to fight Mihawk, and maybe Jinbei vs. Crocodile? Sand vs Water? And Sanji vs the forth member of cross guild, who I think will be Doflamingo, which would let Sanji get revenge for Viola.

Theories of time travel aren't new to the one-piece community. Chapter 1049 has at least confirmed that Luffy is Joy Boy, but how Kaido came to this conclusion beforehand opens up new possibilities with his flashbacks of a potential time loop. The Gorosie ask Emu which light they should extinguish from history "this time", as in not the first and completely. Why is it in English at least called the "Void Century".
