If you want a simple explanation, VaultUnlocked removed some of the outdated code that Vault had that DeluxeMenus still uses.

Though in DeluxeMenus' case this isn't really an issue as Vault support only adds the givemoney nd takemoney actions and the has money requirement type, all of which can be replaced by your economy plugin's commands & placeholders to achieve the same result
