#What's the item flag to hide name box completely?

I want to remove the name box from filler glass panes completely (not just "") and I see it's possible through ItemEdit, but unsure if what flag they're actually using. I tried HIDE_TOOLTIP and HIDE_TOOLTIP_DISPLAY but they didn't work.
