A plugin to delete claimed homes after a set period of time?

Hi,
I want to open an SMP server, but my biggest concern are players who join the world, claim a base or area, and then leave and not come back, leaving a permanent and sometimes unfinished building.

I would like some sort of plugin that checks how long a player has been offline for and if it's over 6 months, the claim gets removed, and (ideally) the claimed part gets turned back into the way it was before being built on. Is that a plugin that already exists? Or is that something that needs to be custom made? Thank you,

most claim plugins that ive used have this functionality, husktowns has it forsure, towny i think does too

i think lands also had a land regeneration thing

dont really see a point in doing this tho, as ur basically deleting history

i guess ideally ud target only players with low playtime, but dont think ive seen a plugin do something like that

With towny for example u can set a defined time so that other players can reclaim the town or plots
Maybe you want to delete towns manually the terrain gets regenerated as it was before the claim
