There is an extra bold prefix showing every time someone sends a message. It displays the name of the user's highest-ranking group (in bold), instead of using the actual group prefix. I want to remove that completely.

It could be caused by TAB, LuckPerms, or possibly DiscordSRV (less likely).
How can I fix this?

This is most likely from DiscordSRV.

Can you show us the format you have set up in DiscordSRV?

It is probably something you have to change in plugins/DiscordSRV/messages.yml
