Hi, one question, does the DeluxeMenus plugin have the new custom_model_data format of version 1.21.4?? or does it still have the old format?

#

a few months ago I moved my server from 1.21.3 to 1.21.4 but I saw that the deluxe menus was not compatible with the new model_data format, so I had to go back to 1.21.3 and now that a few months have passed I wonder if they have updated to the new format so that the plugin is compatible, since I am using the deluxe menus and I have custom menus with invisible items but when I had tested months ago those invisible items did not become invisible using the model_data.

DeluxeMenus 1.14.1 supports Custom Model Data Component. This new component is what Mojang replaced the old Custom Model Data with.

Please read the update notes and/or the wiki on model_data_component.

I've been looking at the wiki, but there isn't much useful information there either.

I was able to solve it, the model_data continues working with the new texture pack format of 1.21.4 so there is no need to use the Model Data Component

You know you can just put “AIR” as the material in deluxe menus?

I used item_model: minecraft:blank
Blank is texturepack's invisible item model name.

just use the nexo id for the material ID

You should really have a look at the wiki.. Prob the most useful tool when getting started
