So there's words on the wall, I was wondering how do I do this?

I assume they don't rotate like holograms? If that's the case it might be custom maps. Either that or maybe something you can do with the new display entities.

make it the billboard fixed,and background transparent

Also, I was wondering how do you make the texts in the chat big (not the hologram itself, but only the text inside of the hologram)

Member, Amethyst, Onyx is like 3x bigger then regular chat, how do I do it with FancyHolograms? I know they use MiniMessages but it doesnt show how it makes the text bigger in the wiki

You need to use scale options on /holo edit
The text size will follow the scale on the hologram.

But how do I scale a text individually from other texts while inside of the same line?

Why you need scale text individually?
From my PoV this is just 1 big Hologram

Its looks like bigger because bold and capslock
