does anyone know how i can make gui fill empty slots with items? i tried fill-slots but it doesn't work
also i can't hide the arrow tags, i tried hide_flags but it doesn't go
does it exist a way to hide these things?

The minecraft arrow stuff is from your client. Press F3+H to disable it. There is no fill slots option. The best you can do is use slots: to set 1 item in multiple slots
