How do I make a command as a console with the player var

Im trying to make a custom menu for bosses and everything worked fine until I saw that only ops can use this, and it was giving me errors "you dont have one of those permissions " and like a bounch of things, one of the helper in multiverse core said " you should set the /mvtp command to run from console" but I dont know how, I did [console] mvtp dungeons but it doesnt work

replace <player> with %player_name%. If that doesn't work, install the Player expansion like this:

/papi ecloud download Player
and then
/papi reload
