I have some placeholders like Luckperms and Vault but every reload I do, they just disappear. I add them like /papi register and when I do /papi list it's in there, but like I said when I do /reload and rejoin it's gone. The plugin files Luckperms and Vault is in the plugin folder "expansion" but just not in the list.

I just realised you said you're using /reload. You shouldn't be doing that.
To reload PlaceholderAPI use /papi reload and to reload your server, just restart

I just did /papi register Expansion-luckperms.jar and vault
Then I did /papi list
As u can see it's in the list but after that I did /papi reload and it's gone so the command /papi reload also makes it disappear.
