Issues on /dmenu reload with some configs

Hello, while making some Dmenus and adding more items into one, on the reload it does not update with this one specific yml but the console gives no errors. What would cause some menus to not reload but allow the rest to reload?

Do I still need the dev build even though a stable build was done a day ago to fix this issue

Those are the dev builds

releases are usually done on spigot

So the fix should be in the stable build?
